Simple water therapy: Drink 1.25 (more or less) liters of water first thing in the morning. (Human nimo pangihi tingali.) Drink the water within 10 minutes only. Then, relax for around 30 minutes before any physical activity--pugngi ang kalibang. (Maybe you can do very light chores meanwhile.) Eat no sooner than one hour after the therapy. (Up to two hours, the better.) Do this every morning without fail. N.B.: Per my experience, you have to wake up 3 hours before starting the work day, to give yourself ample time.
Rice-free diet: Actually, kon lisod jud, pwede brown or red rice, pero gamay ra pud. Short-grain rice preferable. No-no ang white rice. Fruits and vegetables ang main diet, pero I often add meat (lean) and fish, he he. Fresh salads are best, pero para busog ang feeling I eat generous amounts of boiled vegetables--radish, broccoli, carrots and okra are my favorites. Choose your own. Sweet, salty and oily food to be avoided at all cost. No carbonated drinks. (Whisky, by the way, is not carbonated. Joke
