Ajo ka kay 16 ra, ako kay halos balig duha ka balikbayan boxes nga maoy maximum limit ron sa eroplano bwahahaha... I added almost 100 lbs sukad ningari. Ajo gani gipatubo pod kos Ginoo'g pila ka inches upward bwahehehe

Father, kung wala pakoy gestational diabetes, dili ra kana ang mapuno nako.. imbesahuol ko adto nagpasalamat na hinoon ko kay wa kaayo ko nidako, kay gipa diet manko, healthy balance diet jud, perti kontrol, then check sa sugar level everyday.. pero mao lagi pud, boring mga pagkaon hehe kay puro no sugar, wala cake ug ice cream

Had so much fun last night with the Stacey and the guys. A group of us: Myself, Stacey, Tiff, Sonya, Shalabh, Job, Korosh, Ross, etc went out to Plaza and did some salsa dancing. Afterwards, went to the Club, danced and just had fun.

Life is sweet. Woman is beautiful. Now, back to work. he he he

I answered, "General Surgery, then,hopefully, supraspecialize in Thoracic Surgery."

She jokes, "oh, so you're a man of your hands?"

Nagluto ko ug pancit para dad-on sa trabaho kay b-day man nako ugma...nag gama pod ko ug fruit salad kay moangay man sila...treat lang nako kay ang akong mga work buddies are the best!! Naa pod mga contra-bida pero sigi lang ...ignore na lang ang negative..we just focus on the positive aron naay harmony sa workplace.

It's good to hear you're a good patient... ako jud kay dili man. Gahig ulo, kusog gehapon mo habhab maski daghan na bawal hehehe. Gusto ko magngisi kung simbakohay motabok nas pikas bwahaha. I hope I'm still here to tell a few stories noh?

Today's 2nd reading was beautiful,
from the letter of St. James,
"...show me your faith without actions, and i will show you my faith through my actions."

The missal and message Father Ranuflo provided was also very uplifting, and powerful.
Its good to be back again. Our church choir is growing, thanks be to God.

He has heard our simple prayers for more student-community contribution.

Akong gibuhat rong adlawa ingsimba then after church we take our kids sa Grants Park sa St. Louis which own by Anheuser Busch company the maker of Budweiser. Nagsafari ride mi didto kay ilang animals nagroaming lang. Then ang pit stop sa horse stable nga naay hospitality drinks nga beer.Pili lang ka unsa nga beer sa budweiser.Perting jugom naho hahahha kay free gud mao to nalurong ko.Perti kahubuga heheheh natug ko tunga adlaw wa na ko karemember pag uli namo hehhehe.
