Aye humok man ni sa ato butsi, pero wa may lami oi, naa kay rcpe ani mr layman? kadtong gahi nga binangkal ang akong ganahan.

Wa ko kaayo kabalo sa insaktong proportion Tams. Ang ingredients ana kasagaran kadtong mga recycled bread pulbuson uli mixed with flour and egg with flavoring. No need of using yeast but a bit of bromide as hardening agent. But bromide nowadays is a taboo to bakers. I don't know the substitute.

Today was nice, another good day in school. Our biochemistry professor introduced to us the specifics of Vitamin B12, uses, synthesis reactions, deficiency related diseases, syndromes, active forms etc.

Our biochem professor is interesting because when he tells us 'class is dismissed', he will ask the first person to stand up a question relating to the subject matter he covered--rather vivid and specific questions. And if we are incorrect--we are embarassed in front of our colleagues.

Some of my batchmates don't like him. I don't know. I think i I like his teaching method; I have alot of respect for how he does things.

The man knows his 'stuff'. A genius, if i say so myself.

I went to the gym earlier this evening. Job, Shalabh, Kwan, Jason and I.

To our surprise there was an aerobics class going on when we came in.

Had class from 8am till 3pm. Ning rest ko till 7pm, then at 7:30 ning adto sa gym with pareng Job.
After gym, ning adto mi sa balay ni Jason to eat some Curry Chicken and Rice.

Getting ready for our genetics review tomorrow. Reviewing some clinical folders right now as well.

Ning dokdok pood diri for the time being.

My father in-law was early released from the hospital because he is not cooperative (dementia), I served him schicken soup and he ate well. IÂ´m happy, hope I could do more for him.

Tita, when Lolo lived with us back in 2003, we had to care for him completely. Hard bitaw kaayo to provide palliative care, pero, for me, it allowed me to bond with my dear Lolo.

For me, it was my turn to care for him, as he cared for me when bata pa ko sa unang panahon.

You are a woman to be admired!
