Ever had Callos? Ning luto ahong nobya ana last week...she cooked it the way they cook it in Bacolod City. It is made of beef's foot and tripe that she mixed together with chorizo de bilbao , chick pees, tomatoes, pepper and potatoes. It was my first time I tried it and o man o man...it tastes really good.
In Hiligaynon, they call Humba as "Cadyos". Lami pod ilang style....
Katilaw nako sa una. Karon pako nauli, Bran... ako tiwason luto ang escabeche I prepared last night. Prito ra jod ko kutob because somebody sent for me a chicken/sausage gumbo. I ate it instead because it was ready to go hehehehe...
