I was invited to bless a newly opened Creole Restaurant this evening, Le CafÃ© De Bon Temps. For starter ako order was C.B.T. Crab Cake (Lake Ponchartrain Jumbo Lump Crabmeat blended with herbs and spices with spicy pepper jelly cocktail sauce); Sweet Potato Andouille and Spinach Okra Gumbo Soup du Jour and Market Fish with Dirty Rice Pilaf and Vegetable Do Jour. Balibad nakos dessert bwahaha.
