I had a baked salmon yesterday for lunch! and fried white fish for dinner.

Today im planning to get a very good bread here in this town we are in. Hmmm thinking of getting a strong cappuccino.

A group of us batchmates decided too cook. Chicken was the agenda, lol.

Chicken Adobo (i cooked this) and Sweet and Sour Chicken (Job cooked this)

simple but special menudo (my style):

1/4 kilo pork cut into cubes
10 pcs. hotdogs (cocktail size) sliced diagonally
1 can porks and beans (small one)
2 pcs medium sized potatoes cut in cubes
2 pcs medium sized carrots cut in cubes
1/2 cabbage sliced according to what you like
1 pc medium size onions
2 pcs garlic minced or sliced into bits

to prepare:
heat a small amount of oil in the frying pan (just enough to cook the pork)
saute garlic and onion then put the pork to pan
cook for 5 minutes until such oil will come out from the pork
add the sliced hotdogs then mix well
add the carrots and potatoes and mix well
add 2 cups of water and then simmer until the carrots and potatoes become tender
add seasoning, salt and msg
then add the porks and beans then mix well
add the cabbage then simmer until tender
then serve it hot

hola, your menudo is done. taste yummy yummy...
note:
if you want to feel more the taste of pork and beans just increase the size.
the pork and beans will serve as the neutralizer/maximizer of the taste.

ganahan man gud ko magluto luto sa balay. ganahan ko makakaon ug lamian yet dili kaayo mahal nga mga pagkaon nga ako ang magluto nya naay sustansiya which is gikinahanglan sa akong mga kids.
