I've discovered that sinigang mix works amazingly well as a marinade for chicken,

^mao jud na akong reaksyon at first ms belle,

pero lami jud kaayo,

Here's how to do it:
You need 2 lbs of chicken (breasts, thighs, legs), then 1 tbsp salt, then one 40 gm or 50 gm pack of sinigang mix...you rub the 1 tbsp salt all over the chicken pieces, then rub the sinigang mix sa chicken pieces pud, make sure you use all the contents sa packet. then you put the chicken pieces in a container, cover it and marinate in the fridge for at least 6 hours (i marinated mine for 8 hrs).
set your oven at 360 degrees fahrenheit, bake the chicken pieces uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until brown...

believe me, this is one of the yummiest chicken recipes I've tasted, and the best thing about it? it's idiot proof! not even a kitchen klutz like me can mess this up LOL

panihapon gabii - buffet dinner sa seafood harbor, klase klase man to, crab legs, shrimp, gamay nga rice, orange juice (mahal kaajo dire sa virginia beach oi)

pamahaw - morag american breakfast jud ni, di mawa ang eggs, hashbrown, sausage, ham etc  (wa pa ko kahibaw kay paingon pa mi mangaon kay may free breakfast man ang hotel)  kuan diay veggie omelet (broccoli, mushroom, cheddar cheese), cinnamon french toast, orange juice
