Breakfast: 2 eggs cooked over-easy, 2 slices canadian bacon, water
Morning snack: 1 pc part-skim mozarella cheese stick
Lunch: pan-fried salmon in olive oil & lemon juice, greek salad w/ olive oil and lemon juice dressing, water
Dinner: crab cakes, hush puppies, french fries, a slice of choco/vanilla cake, iced tea
(I tried to stick to my diet, but we went out to eat for a birthday dinner, and I misbehaved! huhuhu)
