the only Food is not Kosher sa atong Fecha Dos is Sugar in any form aka Carbs...Believe me, i ate just like the same like before and why still i gained weight?
its because i dont exercise much...walking is not enough...pag cardio lang na pa taas sa hangin para jerjer...
