New rights are given explicit recognition
such as, the prohibition against detention by
reason of political beliefs and aspirations.
The waiver of Miranda rights is now
required to be made in writing with the
assistance of counsel. The use of solitary,
incommunicado and secret detention places
is prohibited, while the existence of
substandard and inadequate penal facilities
is made the concern of legislation.

Corella, the smallest town of Bohol was able to built a bigger town, New Corella in
Davao Province. Corellahanon are noted to be adventurous and harworking people.
They own big tracks of land in the new New COrella. They were the first migrants
who till the wide virgin forest until it become the new paradise. "This land which
I sweated most, then here I will die", according to Eyo Enong, the grand old man
of New Corella.
That's how , we fellow Boholanos here in this Land of Promise.

Election is just a mile away. Many are planning to run for elective position.
This is the last term of Hon. Vito Rapal. Who will run for mayor in 2010.?
Probably, Ondong Bolando the vice mayor is aiming for. Although quite old
but politically capable to be the next mayor. Is there any indications that
the wife or son of the incumbent mayor will repalce him?. In our place in
Davao del Sur, after the congressman finished his last term, his son take
over and he run for governor. His wife also run for board member They were
all elected .This is true in many places of the country. Lolong Ado is the
the best choice for vice mayor or Mayor Rapal will go down for vice to finish
his projects and program for Corella.
I think its to early to talk on these at this time.

Si Sir Ahat ay teacher ko sa industrial noong grade 6 ako and until now hindi pa rin siya nakalimutan kasi napakabait na tao yan. I know Nilo Ahat by name kasi hindi pa rin kami nagkita in personal, maybe he knows me kasi taga Sikatuna rin naman ako but working here in Saudi Arabia. Hopefully, I can meet him someday, kasi marami na akong narinig na magandang feedback on this person. Keep the good work Atty Ahat at please send my best regard to Sir F. Ahat.
