Bay Hubs, saludo ko's imong semantic analysis.

Sakto, guys. Sagad ahong nadunggan ani, i-apply sa tawo nga kanhi musimos unja by mere stroke of luck (seldom by hard work) miasenso unja karon hilas na jamo og sinultihan.

langaw - way nahot
kabaw - wealth, power, influence, importance
nakatungtong - suggests fortuity rather than ability

Murag sakto na lang ning "ambot sa langaw" kay medyo there is some sense. It means he is completely ignorant or has nothing to say. Pero pag sumpayan pa og "pilay edad sa ok-ok", he will be giving signs that something is wrong with his reasoning or probably he is not in the mood. but this is a good point and appreciate it.

Salamat, Bay Ben. He he, permi man gud ko kadungog ani from friends who are victimized by said behavior. Ang sagad isumpay ani is something like, "Pero langaw lang gihapon." One even said, "Ngano kaha ning nadato, no? Gatuo man nga na-brayt pud."

Sa laing bahin, nakadungog pud kog niasenso nga miingon, "Brayt man kaha na sija, nganong purdoy man lagi gihapon."

P.S. Gabaan man pud ta anang Mr. President, Bay Bugs. ;D
