Iraq war is not the main reason of economic crisis.
#4911
No Iraq war is the main reason of economic crisis. The cause of the financial crisis is there were bills passed to give loans to people who did not qualify for them, and like predicted they defaulted on the loans and now the banks are out that money. Too many bad mortgages were made over the last decade or so. It was OK as long as housing prices went up, because they could be re-financed, or paid as the house sold.
And second in my opinion is the spending habits of most american.Living beyond their means. Spending more than they earn. Spending today what they are yet to earn tomorrow.

LGU Philippines / Illinois Governor arrested today
December 10, 2008, 03:38:46 AM

CHICAGO (AP) - Federal authorities arrested Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich Tuesday on charges that he brazenly conspired to sell or trade the U.S. Senate seat left vacant by President-elect Barack Obama to the highest bidder.

Blagojevich also was charged with illegally threatening to withhold state assistance to Tribune Co., the owner of the Chicago Tribune, in the sale of Wrigley Field, according to a federal criminal complaint. In return for state assistance, Blagojevich allegedly wanted members of the paper's editorial board who had been critical of him fired.

A 76-page FBI affidavit said the 51-year-old Democratic governor was intercepted on court-authorized wiretaps over the last month conspiring to sell or trade the vacant Senate seat for personal benefits for himself and his wife, Patti.

Otherwise, Blagojevich considered appointing himself. The affidavit said that as late as Nov. 3, he told his deputy governor that if "they're not going to offer me anything of value I might as well take it."

"I'm going to keep this Senate option for me a real possibility, you know, and therefore I can drive a hard bargain," Blagojevich allegedly said later that day, according to the affidavit, which also quoted him as saying in a remark punctuated by profanity that the seat was "a valuable thing - you just don't give it away for nothing."

The affidavit said Blagojevich also discussed getting a substantial salary for himself at a nonprofit foundation or an organization affiliated with labor unions.

It said Blagojevich also talked about getting his wife placed on corporate boards where she might get $150,000 a year in director's fees.

He also allegedly discussed getting campaign funds for himself or possibly a post in the president's cabinet or an ambassadorship once he left the governor's office. He noted becoming a U.S. senator might remake his image for a possible presidential run in 2016, according to the affidavit. And he allegedly said a Senate seat would also provide him with corporate contacts if he needed a job and present an opportunity for his wife to work as a lobbyist.

"I want to make money," the affidavit quotes him as saying in one conversation.

The affidavit said Blagojevich expressed frustration at being "stuck" as governor and that he would have access to greater resources if he were indicted while in the U.S. Senate than while sitting as governor.

U.S. Attorney Patrick J. Fitzgerald said in a statement that "the breadth of corruption laid out in these charges is staggering."

"They allege that Blagojevich put a for sale sign on the naming of a United States senator," Fitzgerald said."

Among those being considered for the post include U.S. Reps. Danny Davis and Jesse Jackson Jr.

Blagojevich also was charged with using his authority as governor in an attempt to squeeze out campaign contributions.

His chief of staff, John Harris, also was arrested.

Corruption in the Blagojevich administration has been the focus of a federal investigation involving an alleged $7 million scheme aimed at squeezing kickbacks out of companies seeking business from the state. Federal prosecutors have acknowledged they're also investigating "serious allegations of endemic hiring fraud" under Blagojevich.

Political fundraiser Antoin "Tony" Rezko who raised money for the campaigns of both Blagojevich and Obama is awaiting sentencing after being convicted of fraud and other charges. Blagojevich's chief fundraiser, Christopher G. Kelly, is due to stand trial early next year on charges of obstructing the Internal Revenue Service.

According to Tuesday's complaint, Blagojevich schemed with Rezko, millionaire-fundraiser turned federal witness Stuart Levine and others to get financial benefits for himself and his campaign committee.

Federal prosecutors said Blagojevich and the chairman of his campaign committee have been speeding up corrupt fundraising activities in the last month to get as much money as possible before the end of the year when a new law would curtail his ability to raise contributions from companies with state contracts worth more than $50,000.

According to the affidavit, agents learned Blagojevich was seeking $2.5 million in campaign contributions by the end of the year, with a large part allegedly to come from companies and individuals who have gotten state contracts or appointments.

Blagojevich took the chief executive's office in 2003 as a reformer promising to clean up former Gov. George Ryan's mess.

Ryan, a Republican, is serving a 6-year prison sentence after being convicted on racketeering and fraud charges. A decade-long investigation began with the sale of driver's licenses for bribes and led to the conviction of dozens of people who worked for Ryan when he was secretary of state and governor.

FBI spokesman Frank Bochte said federal agents arrested the governor and Harris simultaneously at their homes at 6:15 a.m. and took them to the Chicago FBI headquarters.

Bochte said he did not know if either man was handcuffed or if the governor's family was their North Side home at the time of his arrest. He did say Blagojevich and Harris both were given time to get dressed before being taken to the headquarters.

He also did not have any details about Blagojevich's arrest, only that he was cooperative with federal agents.

"It was a very calm setting," he said.

The governor was to appear later Tuesday before U.S. Magistrate Judge Nan Nolan to answer the charges. The time was not immediately set.

Gun sales in U.S goes up so high right after the election.People giving up their gun for food? Economy crisis must have hit hard in big city.Criminals are smart they know they will avoid household who have guns.I'm for keeping guns and be more responsible about it.It's your only protection against these bad guys.People living in the country own guns and these criminals know they would never dare set foot on other people property or they be shot.I remember reading a sign post in someone property it says NO TRESSPASSING THOSE WHO TRESSPASS WILL BE SHOT AND THE SURVIVOR WILL BE SHOT AGAIN  actually its funny but have strong message.Remember the California riots before. The black people burn lots of white businesess and these business owner think owning a gun is evil. They just watch their building burn down into ashes but the korean people who own guns they sit on top of the rooftop with their guns and those black people never even dare step close to those business building who have guns.
Immagine how much these black people have let down when they realize Obama promise for them will never happen.Lets just hope this will never happen or else there will be big riots everywhere.

General Topic / Apple Ipod Touch my review
November 30, 2008, 06:43:11 AM
I am pretty sure naa mo ani nga gadget.I get mine this week.If you ask me I would say this gadget is pretty cheap for what it can do to you. Here's what I can say.
It's no surprise that Apple has been on a screaming rampage of success with its gorgeous, high tech products these last few years. Every new release seems to cast a heavy shadow over its predecessor. This is certainly the case with the new iPod touch. The improvements over earlier designs - bigger, better LCD, touch screen controls, thinner frame, Wi-Fi access, etc. - are dramatic leaps forward, not only for the iPod itself but for future Apple products. The 16GB iPod touch, selling for $399 USD. The most obvious point of attraction to the iPod touch is the stunning new design. Based on a cross-breed of theiPhone and the 3rd generation iPod nano, the iPod touch has a super thin body that measures only .31" (8mm) thick; it's much thinner than the iPhone. Overall dimensions are - 4.3" x 2.4" x .31", or 110mm x 61.8mm x 8mm. The entire iPod touch weighs only 4.2 ounces.
The iPod touch, like the iPhone and the updated iMac, represents an official shift from Apple's signature white plastic product designs to a new, stylish black, glass and metal configuration. Apple clearly has a knack for making already-gorgeous products even more striking and elegant.
The iPod touch has a seemingly huge 3.5" color LCD screen that has "Multi-touch" technology built in. Multi-touch tech uses a thin membrane grid underneath the glass iPod screen. It's like a super tight mesh net that covers every last square millimeter of the LCD. It's sensitive to the tiny electric current in the human body, and when touched by any live part of the body, the multi-touch activates and sends an "I was just touched here, here and here" signal to the iPod touch interface software to respond by opening menus, zooming in on images, etc. Multi-touch does not work with typical PDA styli, pens, fingernails, teeth, etc. It needs skin contact to activate. Indeed, you can control the iPod touch with your fingers, nose, toes, your elbows or other parts we may not want to know about. The iPod touch, thanks to its Multi-touch interface, has a full on-screen keyboard that can be used for typing in website addresses, updating contacts and calendar events, entering , wireless network passwords, Google searches, online forms, mobile blog posts, etc.
The iPod touch has an internal accelerometer - a tiny device that senses whether the iPod is being held vertically or horizontally, and flips the contents of the display accordingly. This makes watching widescreen movies and viewing horizontal (landscape) photographs much more functional and enjoyable.
The iPod touch also has an ambient light sensor, which can tell whether it's bright or dark out and will adjust the screen brightness accordingly. This can be more comfortable on your eyes, plus it helps save battery life.It also plays video: movies, TV shows, video podcasts or music videos. It doesn't matter if the video content is standard size (4:3) or widescreen (16:9), the iPod touch will play both. In fact, you can even direct the iPod touch to play video full screen (often cropping the left and right edges to utilize every last pixel of the LCD) or zoom out just slightly to play a true letterbox/widescreen version of the video with no cropped edges. According to Apple, you should be able to get upwards of 20 hours worth of video content on the 16GB iPod touch. Of course, this will vary greatly due to different bit rates of video files, but it's a safe estimate.Like earlier iPods, the touch can display full-color photos. What's new, however is the convergence of the accelerometer and the Multi-touch screen to allow for on-the-fly rotation of images from portrait to landscape mode (vertical to horizontal), flipping through photos with the swiping motion of your finger, and the amazing ability to zoom into your images using two fingers in an inward pinch motion. Zoom back out by using an outward un-pinch movement. Apple estimates that 20,000 photos can be stored on the 16GB flash drive.
It also plays video: movies, TV shows, video podcasts or music videos. Of course, this will vary greatly due to different bit rates of video files, but it's a safe estimate.I always watch my news on my ipod touch and my kids love it too since they can watch thier movie kung magbyahe mi.Yes you can watch youtube bisan pa ug magbuntagay.

I download it on my apple ipod touch.Visit www.itunes.com then go to podcast look for nightly news with brian williams it was aired last monday November 24.

By Ian Williams, NBC News correspondent

Laguna, the Philippines - Robert Zeigler was a terrific host, bubbling with enthusiasm as he told me about the new varieties of rice that could bring enormous relief to the world's poor.

"This is a transformational technology. It gives me goose bumps," he said, pointing at clusters of rice stems emerging from a flooded paddy field. "These are tailored for floods. They basically hold their breath underwater."

He was pointing at a new variety of flood resistant rice, bred by the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), where he is Director General. "This will basically remove farmers in many parts of the world from being the victims of floods."

An assistant reminded him he was already late for another meeting, but Zeigler was getting into his stride, passionate about the Institute's research. They're also working on a variety of rice resistant to drought, he told me, and the Institute hosts the world's biggest seed bank â€" 100,000 varieties in cold storage inside a vast vault.

A morning with Dr. Zeigler at the Philippines-based IRRI leaves you wondering how the world could possibly be facing food shortages, but travel just a few miles from here and there is a very different picture.

Rice farmers are abandoning their land, unable to afford the new seeds. Half the paddies in this area lack irrigation, and few farmers have basic storage facilities. The soaring cost of fertilizer and pesticides have eaten into the small profits they could make from rice, pushing them into debt.

"There's no money in it, there's no point," said Sionong, whose family had been rice farmers for three generations. She's converted her paddies to blue grass for the lawns of housing developments, which are also replacing the paddies. Another farmer told me: "Maybe after ten years, we won't have any rice farmers any more."

The farmers here have little real power. The local market is controlled by three powerful traders, who buy at a price they set, and who sell the fertilizer and other inputs. They have the storage facilities and the driers which add value to the rice.

A mill, started by the farmers as a cooperative, lies overgrown and abandoned. It is a stark contrast: the innovative promise of the IRRI, and the grim reality of the local farmers.

In thirty years, the Philippines has gone from being a rice exporter to the world's biggest importer, unable to keep up with a population that has almost doubled to 90 million over that period.

When world food prices soared earlier this year, the Philippines was one of the hardest hit, scouring world markets for expensive rice in a bid to head off a crisis that threatened to bring down the government. Although prices have fallen somewhat, during our visit they were still double than those of a year ago. A costly subsidy program was calming the poor districts of Manila.

"Rice is central to the fabric of Asian societies," Zeigler told me. "In terms of economic security, political security, economic growth, if you don't have abundant rice supplies, you can kiss goodbye to that stuff."

Experts blame years of government neglect in the Philippines, a sense that the battle against hunger had been won - a dangerous complacency in the view of Zeigler, who for years has urged governments to pay more attention to food research and the welfare of farmers.

"We have a tremendous challenge facing us," he says. "We've got to be continually vigilant to make sure we have adequate food supplies for the next generation." Photo by Ian Williams: Filipinos line up for subsidized rice in a Manila suburb.

Heeding the warnings, the government has just launched a billion dollar program to bring seeds, water and other help to farmers. It has banned the conversion of rice paddies to industrial or residential use.

But in the villages close to the IRRI, there's skepticism about government promises and doubts that the money will ever reach them. "We've heard a lot of talk, but little is every delivered," said one local agricultural official.

The hope is that the shock of this year's food price rises will concentrate the minds of government - and the farmers, in a country that thought it had defeated hunger.

It is so sad that nobody wants to farm anymore since seed price, pesticides, and fertilizer were too expensive. There is solution in this.People in government think about the hungry people wa ba mo makonsensya nice mo kaayo ug mga balay, nindot ug mga sakyanan pero the rest of the nation gigutom.

Base on my own experience some Pinoy mamili sad ug ka level nila unya ikaulaw kung makauyab sila ug pobre.Naa ko uyab sa una Pinoy perti ka inlove but I always notice that when we are in public he act like he never know me.They were not rich maybe middle class.Friends know we are boyfriend/girlfriend but if some people ask him he always deny gikaulaw ko niya kay lagi pobre ug kagikan.
I had one crush back in high school he is aware of it iya gyud ko ginawong ug estorya nga tapusan daw ko pangadye ug requim usa siya pakasal nako.Pobre lagi daw ko dili ko deserving mo level nila.He even tell me kutob ra daw ko magpamaid sa manila sa among ka pobre he is so wrong I went to college after high school.
Another boyfriend in Mindanao I can tell gikan siya sa prominent family. He also act like the first boyfriend.Segi siya pamisita sa balay but kung naa makakita namo mga silingan in public maglikay siya. One time in davao nagkita mi iya sister unya naa diay siya adto naglikay gyud siya.
So to all single pinoy ayaw basihe ang status sa tawo kung manguyab mo.Respect the poor girl.

Inspiration & Hope / Re: Why God allows suffering?
November 24, 2008, 12:47:09 PM
IT IS good for us to have trials and troubles at times, for they often remind us that we are on probation and ought not to hope in any worldly thing. It is good for us sometimes to suffer contradiction, to be misjudged by people even though we do well and mean well. These things help us to be humble and shield us from vainglory. When to all outward appearances people give us no credit, when they do not think well of us, then we are more inclined to seek God Who sees our hearts. Therefore, a person ought to root himself so firmly in God that he will not need the consolations of people.
When a person of good will is afflicted, tempted, and tormented by evil thoughts, they realizes clearly that thier greatest need is God, without Whom they can do no good. Saddened by their miseries and sufferings, they laments and prays. They wearies of living longer and wishes for death that theymight be dissolved and be with Christ. Then they understands fully that perfect security and complete peace cannot be found on earth.SO LONG as we live in this world we cannot escape suffering.

Ray,
Ikaw man ang overzealous nuon imo man gibali si Lorenzo.I find your post full of pride and judgemental towards people living here in U.S.A ,as what I said bisan asa nga lugar naa jud ang dautang tawo.Yes daghan abortion diri sa America but you got to remember kung imo i compare ang philippines sa America mas dako ang population diri.Besides most people practising abortion here don't know God or hardly beleive in God.Kara usa nato i judge sa Ginoo sumaa sa atong gibuhat.I beleive also nga mas severe ang punishment nga ihatag sa Ginoo adtong nakadungog sa iyang Ngalan ug nagsimba pero wala mosunod sa iyang mando.
If you knew all things in the world and had not charity, what would it profit you before God Who will judge you by your deeds? Many words do not satisfy the soul; but a good life eases the mind and a clean conscience inspires great trust in God.
If you wish to learn and appreciate something worth while, then love to be unknown and considered as nothing. Truly to know and despise self is the best and most perfect counsel. To think of oneself as nothing, and always to think well and highly of others is the best and most perfect wisdom. Wherefore, if you see another sin openly or commit a serious crime, do not consider yourself better, for you do not know how long you can remain in good estate. All men are frail, but you must admit that none is more frail than yourself. Our opinions, our senses often deceive us and we discern very little.Every perfection in this life has some imperfection mixed with it and no learning of ours is without some darkness. Humble knowledge of self is a surer path to God than the ardent pursuit of learning.
DO NOT yield to every impulse and suggestion but consider things carefully and patiently in the light of God's will. For very often, sad to say, we are so weak that we believe and speak evil of others rather than good. A good life makes a man wise according to God and gives him experience in many things, for the more humble he is and the more subject to God, the wiser and the more at peace he will be in all things.
Peace my friend,I know nga usahay we think our opinion is good but then later on we realize nganong gi post pa to nato without even thinkin unsa ang backlash.

nakahibalo kaba manang, nga sa ato-a man gud, tigulang na kaayo na nga commander sa mga demonyo-- nga naga puyo diha sa pilipinas, its the same spirit when it first came in the 15th century, if you remember your history...

maajung adlaw,

Human heart never change. The sin of yesterday is the same sin of today. That"s human fallen nature. When we commited sin bisan wala pa ta makadungog sa teaching sa atong Ginoo we are fully aware nga nakasala ta once makareach na ta anang gitawag ug Age of reason.Sinning without repentance is like murdering your conscience. One sin lead to more sin ug mao na ma dead atong konsenya di na ta aware nga di na diay mao atong gibuhat. If the devil can't get you in one way he will try getting you in other way.Lets  say gibuhat gyud nimo ang tanan nga di ka makasala ug gifollow nimo ang teaching sa Ginoo time come ma overzealous ka.Mao ni nga time makaingon ka I am much better than them. You will start judging people instead nga mo understand sa ilang weakness.Their pride sets in.Nganong napapha ug nag all out war  si Lucifer sa ginharian sa Langit it;s because of his Pride.
What good it be if I tell you I accepted Jesus Christ in my heart but contradict all his teaching.Dapat mag uban jud ang pagtuo ug ang buhat.I am not perfect nor Holy but I am doing my best to follow all God plans for me I follow the best I could  sumaa sa iya mando.Yes I am great sinner and I am aware of that.Do I afraid to die?Certainly not.I am just hoping that Our Good Lord will show infinite Mercy on me when I stand before him on my judgement day.
On your post about why there are so many disaster in U.S.A sometimes we need wake up call. It;s a blessing in my own opinion.Where there is excess and abundant life usahay malimot ta asa ni naggikan and we sometimes feel wa ni kinutuban.
Nothing is perfect in this life the only perfection is in heaven.Ang kasakit, kalamidad ug kagubot grasya sa Ginoo this way mobalik tag ampo niya.
On economic downfall it's blessing too.People in U.S live in excess while other country almost have none. This way ang mga tawo will humble thereself.

Philippines is worst,it really go downhill so fast. In my own opinion mas daghan faithful sa church in U.S.A suprising right? Kung unsa nakita ninyo sa T.V not all of them tinuod.Media like protraying hate crimes and violence.America is the new garden of Eden bless with all natural resources.
Daghan true to their faith diri sa U.S daghan magpakamatay in the Name of Jesus Christ. Kung ang good catholic american pasultihon ang pilipinas daw catholic in name only.
My husband is very good catholic and I was very surprise sa iya knowlegde sa catholic faith. They always observe Holy days, they do fasting and abstinence ,avoid eating meat on friday, they go confession frequently, they refrain themselve to receive communion kung di makakompisal, they pray the rosary daily, once a week adoration sa chapel.
Kung ako pasultihon daghan faithful people sa U.S true to their faith.yes wala lang gidisplay like sa pilipinas but deep in every homes lig on ang pagtuo.

BNC & Manay,

Gi introduce pa gani to siya sa among class.

Mao nga nawad-an ko ug gana.

So, ang akong trabaho karon is International Trading ug mi angay ko ani nga trabaho.

So wala diay nahitabo sa Hanopol hydro plant?Dapat man gyud bayaran ang naagian nga property.
Here in our county sa Illinois naay plan nga magbuild ug windpower energy plano pa ug gi inform na mi daan nga maybe among farm mabutangan ug usa  ka windpower thingy unya gawas sa makabeneficial pa mi mag abang sad ang company sa nagamit nila nga area sa among land dapat ana pud diha.
About anang import-export trading madato ka ug dali ana Macky heheheh.Mao properous ang U.S kay daghan sila goods for export kay very rich man ug natural resources.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates â€" Somali pirates hijacked a supertanker off the Kenyan coast, seizing the Saudi-owned ship loaded with crude and its 25-member crew, the U.S. Navy said Monday.

Lt. Nathan Christensen, a spokesman for the U.S. Navy's 5th Fleet, said the pirates hijacked the Sirius Star â€" a newly commissioned ship owned by Saudi oil company Aramco â€" more than 450 nautical miles southeast of Mombasa, Kenya.

Somali pirates have seized several ships off the Horn of Africa coast in the past week, but the latest hijacking â€" of a tanker the size of an aircraft carrier â€" marked a dramatic escalation.

Somali pirates are trained fighters, often dressed in military fatigues, using speedboats equipped with satellite phones and GPS equipment. They are typically armed with automatic weapons, anti-tank rockets launchers and various types of grenades.

The tanker seized Saturday is 1,080 feet and can carry about 2 million barrels of oil.

Lt. Nathan Christensen, a spokesman for the U.S. Navy's 5th Fleet, said the Sirius Star was carrying crude at the time of hijacking, but he did know how much. He also had no details about where the ship was sailing from and where it was headed.

The ship was sailing under a Liberian flag. The 25-member crew includes citizens of Croatia, Britain, the Philippines, Poland and Saudi Arabia.

The same ra sad na sa isda.Kung dili na nimo amnon ug harvest madaghan then modagko.Kung imo na sila studyuhan once modagko ang isda asa man sila mo prey adto sa gagmay mahulog ug mahurot ang mga gagmay isda kay gikaon sa dagko unya ang younger population man sa isda ang mohatch ug laing isda kung mahurot sila kaon sa dagko way nay laing isda worst also once ma over populate na sila mapareha pud sa ubang mananap usa lang ka disease ang mo wipe out wala na dayon.Dapat i incourage jud nga naay permi managat ug moanam ug puo sa mga isda ug ubang wilflife pero dapat pud di palabian.Mas healthy ang ecology kung balance tanan.

Really bright future under OBAMA administration.Things will be better.Do people in U.S really in bad condition? Everytime I watch news murag puro man gloomy ug murag giportrait kanunay sa media nga daghan gyud naglisod. How come wala na nako na feel diri sa among community?wala man lagi gi forclose nga house diri nor business nga nagsira. Ang presyo sa pagkaon very affordable man kaayo.
Ang ako ra napansin karon ang grain price pastang pagkaubosa.Corn price last summer is 7.30 karon 3.50 nalang dollar per bushel ug ang soybeans 15 karon 8-9 maybe dollar a bushel.I know under Obama administration mobalik ni ug saka.
This is U.S all I see is prosperity.Tungod ba ni kay I was living in sheltered life here or maybe because akong mga silingan kwartahan. The other night me and my husband nag attend ug land auction sa among silingan 175 acres we are hoping to bid the land pag abot namo napuno ang hall. They ended up selling the land 7,500 .Ako gyud gitan aw ang nawong sa mga nag bid murag di ta katuo nga makaafford sila ug 1.2 million dollar farmland.Cash pa gyud ni pagbayad I mean dili utang .I rather invest my money in land karon kay sa mag set akong kwarta sa bangko nga who knows dili sad stable sumaa sa akong nadungan.Kung naglisod pa ang mga tawo how come makaafford ang uban ug 7,500 per acres nga land.

Another fact about Obama is gi announce niya nga modagan siya pagkapresidente diri sa Springfield  Illinois 35 miles gikan sa amoa where diri sad si Abe Lincon nag announce mismo sa may capital building.Ako man daw papulihon sa na vacant nga senatorial position ni Obama.ang last sentence di na fact mao nay ingon gidamag ko.

General Topic / Why Jews have more weatlh and power?
November 11, 2008, 12:49:30 AM
This is my response about the bickering about the Bad people in other thread.Sorry I lost track of the bad people thread and just start new one.
There is always bad apple everywhere no matter what country, race and religion. On why the jewish people are wealthy?
Jewish people are use to be God choosen people.Jewish tend to end up with more wealth and power out of proportion to their number. They still and always enjoy the protection and blessings of material things because through them Jesus the Son of God our Saviour was brought up into this world.
After Jesus died all God choosen people are the one who follow Jesus Christ and accept all the teaching His Church established. But still the jewish people  will continue to enjoy God left-over blessing and protection because Our Savious Jesus is from their lineage. We maybe never get to enjoy the material blessing as God choosen people on earth but if we follow all the teaching we will surely enjoy the Heavenly blessings in heaven.

Why the German murder lots of Jews?
After world war 1 the jews ended up with lots of businesses and wealth in Germany thats why German got fed up with them and wanna kick them out. With the hyper-inflation in Germany the average working German was starving to death.

Easy dumped the first guy. What his business of asking you he wanna marry you when he is not financially stable.Maghisgot gani ug menyo dapat kanang ready na in all aspect. It's very irresponsible for someone proposing marriage without even thinkin kung ready na ba gyud.I often hear people say money don't matter but it matter esp. when you two got married.Think ahead if you wanna marry your boyfriend you gonna be living in poverty and you will work the rest of your life while your husband goof off.

Dream have meanings.Sometimes its God will maybe that He sometimes warn us in our dreams about some life changing event.St. John Bosco found God messages on his dream.I know how to interpret some dreams ug matinuod gud ang akong interpretation di ni hambug.Murag I have gift nga makabalo unsa ang meaning sa dreams but I try to ignore it kay basin makasala unya ko nga kara dream nalang akong hubaron.I give my full trust with the Lord Our God.
Kung naa ko dream nga ang meaning dili maayo all I can do nga dili unta matinood ang meaning and it really keep me more closer to God kay at least mag pray man ko pervently nga dili gyud matinuod.Every dream I remember dili gyud nako tuyuon nga akong hubaron ang meaning and I tell you what sometimes it feels like a curse mas maayo pay wala ko kabalo sa meaning.I always feel happy kung nindot ang meaning.
I try to ignore some of my dream and just pray hard instead.I can read dreams and sometimes I can read mind esp. sa naay tinaguan nga secret ma read na nako ambot dili gyud na nako tuyuon.

Share the wealth ba.Redistribution matud pa.

Another example, akong cousin who was taking care of her very sick daughter nga naay leukemia, naburos sha but the doctor adviced her to terminate the baby kay she was very much exposed to her daughters chemo therapy and radiation procedures, and thus can harm the baby, terminate jud oi! Abort with no second thought, it was a MUST!

So kanang mga pataka ug tikangkang unya ma buros, naa ra na nila if gusto ba sila ipadayun or dili they have options, either padayun or adoption...

So everything here when it comes abortion religion doenst anymore matters...

Having an abortion means killing someone who is already alive, because of the inconvenience of their existence.[Killing your unborn child because he maybe at risk of potential radiation exposure is exactly the same as if we killed someone  who is so expose to radiation  - if we said "Well, we don't have the money to take care of this person if something goes wrong in the next year or so, so we'd better kill him, so that we won't have to pay her hospital bills or we wont be expose to this person.
I hope you would agree that it would be monstrous to kill someone because they might get sick in the next nine months.
It's the same thing, because the unborn child is just as much a human being as you are, and as I am.
Its just too bad that there are these rotten rapists about, where do they get the nerve?
Bearing a rapist child is quite a trial I think for the women.Every conception is the will of God no matter rape or incest etc, and I know it's hard on the woman victim. What did this child ever do that it deserves to die? Killing the child is not going to un-rape the mother, nor is it going to punish the father. There is a common emotion that seems to make us think we can undo the original violence by more violence.

Bisan pro abortion ang nakadaug nga presidente Calle he is not the one who make the law anyway. He will sign the bill into law or veto. It's the congress who make the law so mag ampo lang ta naa pay daghan tawo sa congress nga mo stand for life sa mga unborn ug life overall.

On why withrawal is sinful to married couples first of all because the main purpose of marriage is procreation. One of the greatest mistakes the human heart can make is to seek pleasure as a goal of life. Pleasure is a by-product of the fulfillment of duty; it is a bridesmaid, not a bride; it is something which attends and waits on man when he does that which he ought. To go through life with the idea of always having a good time is not to have a good time. A boy does not eat ice cream to have pleasure; he has a pleasure because he eats ice cream. The satisfaction of the appetite of hunger gives pleasure, but one does not eat just to have pleasure. One does not marry to enjoy pleasures of the flesh; one enjoys the pleasures of marriage because one fulfills to the utmost the functions and obligations of the married state. A good husband wants to love and to have a happy life; a wicked husband wants to be loved and to enjoy himself. The good man seeks a woman to complement his imperfection and to work toward mutual enrichment. The evil man wants to immolate a woman in order to enjoy himself. The happiness of marriage is in a certain sense a prepayment of God for its trials. Because its burdens are many, its pleasures are meant to be many. The honeymoon precedes the labors of birth, and is a credit God extends in advance because of the responsibilities involved.

Wanna make things clear here.Onan's real sin, many now maintain, was not the spilling of his seed on the ground, but rather his refusal to fulfill the Levirate law which required him to give his sister-in-law Tamar a child after his brother Er* had died. That levirate interpretation seems to have convinced most modern scholars. However, we must ask if there is not something also wrong in the way Onan failed to fulfill the Levirate law. After all Onan's younger brother Shelah did not enable Tamar to have a child, but he was not slain. The crucial difference between Onan and Shelah was that the latter did not "lay" with his sister-in-law and then interrupt the act. (cf. Gen 38:14)
Tamar did finally conceive a son by tricking her father-in-law. Judah's incest was shameful, but it was not punished as severely as Onan's coitus interruptus. All this is jarring to our modern sensibilities. Still Matthew saw some merit in it. Tamar is one of four women mentioned in his list of the ancestors of Jesus!(Matt. 1:3)
On rape.Rape is an act of violence not procreation.
On rape victim who bears a child of a rapist: My take on that is Try focusing on the child and not the mother or the father. What did this child ever do that it deserves to die? Killing the child is not going to un-rape the mother, nor is it going to punish the father. There is a common emotion that seems to make us think we can undo the original violence by more violence.

Withrawal or Onanism is actually displeasing to God. "Coitus Interuptus"So when Onan went in to his brother's wife he spilled the semen on the ground, lest he give offspring to his brother. And what he did was displeasing in the sight of the Lord, and he slew him also." (Gen. 38, 9-10)
If we were to apply that principle to understanding the sin of Onan the result would be pretty straight forward. The act which God abhors is enjoying sex without accepting its natural consequence: the conception of a child.
I sometimes think nga how close we are nga wa mo exist.Do you also think that? What if sa days nga giplan ta sa Ginoo nga ma concieve atong parents nag sex unya giwithraw.I am number eight child and very grateful about my existense.Made me wonder sometimes what if my parents never cooperate God plan, what if after number seven child ingon sila nga sakto na siguro wa gyud ko mo exist but I am thankful gi accomplish sa akong parents ang plan sa Ginoo.
He has plan and we are here to accomplish His Plan.

If you guys like reading this little book about An Unpublished Manuscript on Purgatory here is the site. http://my.homewithgod.com/gertrude/purgatory/  ako gicopy ang mga words nga which maybe apply sa atong state of life.
The manuscript contains very interesting statements about the life beyond the grave, particularly about Purgatory. The details are intermingled with much spiritual direction. Its authenticity is beyond doubt.

A nun, identified for us merely as Sister M. de L., C., of a convent at V., without warning began to hear prolonged sighs beside her. This was in November 1873. She cried out, "Oh, who are you, you frightened me. Whatever you do, don't show yourself. Tell me who you are?" No answer was forth coming. The sighs continued and even came nearer. In vain did the poor Sister multiply her prayers, communions, ways of the Cross, and rosaries. The sighs did not cease and remained unexplained until February 15, 1874, when a voice she recognized was heard saying "Do not be afraid, you will not see me in my sufferings. I am Sister M. G." Sister M.G. was a nun who had died at V., a victim to devotion and duty, February 22, 1871, at the age of 36.
The suffering soul then told her former companion whose advice  she would come frequently in order to sanctify herself. The plan of God was that Sister M. L. C., by her holy life should relieve and ultimately deliver her, who in years past, had tried her patience so sorely. The answer did not lesson the fears of Sister M. de L. C., who requested her visitor to depart and never again. But it was useless. She was told that she had only to bear it as long as God willed it. This was just what she dreaded. For several years the mysterious relation continued between the living nun and the departed religious. It was Sister M. de L, C., herself, who related these events from 1874 to 1890, in the manuscript which is here given to the public.
Our Mother Superior is in Heaven since the day of her death, thanks to her suffering and great charity.

If you were as perfect as God wishes you to be, He would be ready to bestow many graces upon you. God wants you to be holier than many others. If you make the intention, God will accept whatever you do, for all the souls in Purgatory, just as if applied to one particular soul. Next to the Mass, the Way of the Cross is the best prayer.
If you could only know what I suffer! Pray for me, please. I suffer intensely everywhere. My God, how merciful You are! No one can imagine what Purgatory is like. Be kind and take pity on the poor souls.... Do not neglect the Way of the Cross. While on earth you will frequently suffer in body and soul, and often in both together.
It is so beautiful in Heaven. There is great distance between Purgatory and Heaven. We are privileged at times to catch a glimpse of the joys of the blessed in Paradise, but it is almost a punishment. It makes us yearn to see God. In Heaven, it is a pure delight; in Purgatory, profound darkness.
God loves you more than many others. Has He not frequently make it known to you? No, indeed I am not the devil; I am Sister M. G. and I will pray for you. Yes, I can pray even now and will do every day. You will then realize that the souls in Purgatory are not ungrateful. Those who are very guilty do not see the Blessed Virgin. It gives great joy to God when anyone is the cause of freeing a soul from Purgatory. You do well to pray to St. Michael and to urge others to do so. One is indeed happy at the hour of death when he has had confidence in some of the saints. They will be his protectors before God in that terrible moment.God wants you to sacrifice yourself for Him without reserve. He loves you more than many others, hence He will give you many more graces.... Be careful not to lose any of the graces that He gives you. Live only for God. Try to procure His glory everywhere. What good you can do for souls! Do nothing except what pleases God. Before each action recollect yourself for a moment to be sure that what you are going to do will be pleasing to Him. All for Jesus. Love Him well.
Yes, I suffer very much, but my greatest torment is not seeing God. It is a continuous martyrdom. It makes me suffer more than does the fire of Purgatory. If later on you love God as He wants you to, you will experience a little of the pining, which makes one long to be united to the object of one's love, to Jesus.
The Purgatory of religious is much longer and more rigorous than that of many people in the world, because religious abuse special graces. Many nuns are abandoned in Purgatory, by their own fault, of course, for nobody ever remembers them. No one can have a real understanding of the sufferings in Purgatory. No one thinks of them in the world. In Heaven God receives infinite adoration, but as it is on earth that He is offended, He wills that also on earth, proper reparation should be made to Him, by your loving Him and consoling Him for the neglect that is heaped upon Him everywhere. When God wishes a soul to be entirely His, He begins by crushing it, very much as apples are crushed in the press - to extract its passions, its self-seeking, in a word, all its defects. When a soul is sufficiently broken, He reshapes it according to His will. If it is faithful, it is soon transformed. Only then does Jesus load it with His choicest graces and inundate it with His love. We see St. Michael as we see the angels. He has no body. He comes to get the souls that have finished their purification. It is he who conducts them to Heaven. He is among the Seraphim.
Our own Guardian Angels come to see us but St. Michael is far more beautiful than they are. As to the Blessed Virgin, we see her in the body. She comes to Purgatory on her feasts and she goes back to Heaven with many souls. While she is with us we do not suffer. St. Michael accompanies her. When he comes alone, we suffer as usual. When I spoke to you of the great and the second Purgatory, it was to try and make you understand that there are different stages in Purgatory. Thus I call that stage of Purgatory great or worst where the most guilty souls are, and where I stayed for two years without being able to give a sign of the torments I was suffering. The year you heard me groaning, when I began to speak to you, I was still in the same place.
What is the best way of honoring St. Michael? The best and most efficacious way of glorifying him in Heaven and honoring him on earth is to spread devotion to the souls in Purgatory, and to make known the great mission he fulfills towards these suffering souls. It is he who is entrusted by God to lead the souls to the place of expiation and to bring them to their eternal home after purification. Each time a soul arrives to increase the number of the elect, God is glorified, and this glory in some way communicates itself also to the celestial minister. It is an honor for him to present Our Lord the souls that will sing their thanks and His mercies through all eternity. I could never make you understand the intense love which the Heavenly Archangel has for his Divine Master, and the love which God in His turn has for St. Michael. Neither can I convey to you a true idea of the love and pity St. Michael has for us. He encourages us in our sufferings by speaking to us of Heaven. How do they celebrate the feast of St. Michael in Purgatory?
On that day St. Michael comes to Purgatory and returns to Heaven with a great number of souls, especially with those who had been devout to him in life.
Do you know what happens on earth?
I only know what happens in so far as God wills it. My knowledge is very limited.
Do you know each other in Purgatory?
Yes, in the manner in which souls know. There are no names in the other world. You cannot compare Purgatory and Earth. When the soul is free and released from its mortal shell, its name is buried in the grave with the body. I can only give you a small insight into the nature of Purgatory.
Do you speak to each other in Purgatory?
Souls communicate with each other when God permits it, and after the manner of souls, but without words. Yes, it is true I speak to you, but are you spirit? Would you understand me if I did not pronounce words? But for myself, as God wills it so, I understand you without your pronouncing any words with your lips. There is communication between spirits and souls on earth. Thus when you have a good thought or a holy desire, they have been communicated to you by your Guardian Angel or by some saint, and sometimes by God Himself. That is the language of the souls.
Those in Heaven for whom prayers are said on earth can apply those prayers to the souls they wish to benefit. It is a very consoling thought for those in the other world to know that their relatives and friends on earth do not forget them, even though they have no further need of prayers. In return, they are not ungrateful.
The judgments of God are very different from those of the world. He takes into account the temperament and character of each and what is done by carelessness or pure malice. To Him who knows the most secret recesses of the heart, it is not difficult to see what goes on there. Jesus is very good, but He is also most just.
Are sudden and unprepared death acts of God's justice or mercy? Such deaths are sometimes an act of justice, sometimes one of mercy.
Is the fire of Purgatory like that of earth?
Yes, with this difference, that the fire of Purgatory is a purification prescribed by God's justice and that of earth is very mild compared to that of Purgatory. It is a shadow compared to the furnace of Divine Justice.
Some souls have their Purgatory on earth by suffering, others by love, for love is a true martyrdom. The soul that really tries to love Jesus finds that notwithstanding all its efforts it does not Love Him as much as it wants to, and that is for that soul a perpetual martyrdom caused by a love which is not without great suffering. It is, as I told you, rather like the state of a soul in Purgatory, who continually leaps up towards Him who is its only desire, and who at the same time hurled back because its expiation is not complete.
Does All Souls' Day and its octave bring great joy to Purgatory and many releases?
On All Souls' Day many souls leave the place of expiation and go to Heaven. Also, by the special grace of God on that day only, all the suffering souls, without exception, have a share in the public prayers of the Church, even those who are in the great Purgatory. Still the relief of each soul is in proportion to its merits. Some receive more, some less, but all feel the benefit of this extraordinary grace. Many of the suffering souls receive this one help only in all the long years they pass here and this by the justice of God. It is not, however, on All Souls' Day that the most go to Heaven. It is on Christmas night.
Are many Protestants saved?
By the mercy of God a certain number of Protestants are saved, but their Purgatory is for many long and rigorous. It is true they have not abused grace like many Catholics, but neither have they had the marvelous graces of the sacraments and the other helps of true religion, thus their expiation in Purgatory is prolonged.
All things pass and pass quickly. Do not fret so much about things that will end one day. Aim at what will never end. By our holy actions united to Jesus, let us embellish our heavenly throne. Let us raise it up a few steps nearer to Him whom we shall contemplate and love throughout eternity. This is what should be our sole concern on earth. For a soul that He loves, Jesus does things that at first seem impossible. That is how He will act towards you. It is Jesus who is drawing you to Himself sweetly and gently but at the same time strongly and perseveringly. Do not refuse His Divine attraction.

In the lighting of candles we remember and truly live the words of Our Lord: "I am the Light of the World." In the lighting of candles we not only pray, but our prayers become smaller symbols of the One Light of Christ.
There is scriptural basis for this intercessory prayer for the sins of others and for the dead in the Old Testament. Job's sacrifices purified his sons (Job 1:5); and Judas Maccabeus "made atonement for the dead that they be delivered from their sin" (II Macc 12:46).

The Allergists voted to scratch it, and the Dermatologists advised not to
make any rash moves.

The Gastroenterologists had sort of a gut feeling about it, but the
Neurologists thought the Administration had a lot of nerve, and the
Obstetricians felt they were all laboring under a misconception.

The Ophthalmologists considered the idea shortsighted; the Pathologists
yelled, 'Over my dead body!' while the Pediatricians said, 'Oh,
Grow up!'

The Psychiatrists thought the whole idea was madness, the Radiologists could
see right through it, and the Surgeons decided to wash their hands of the
whole thing.

The Internists thought it was a bitter pill to swallow, and the Plastic
Surgeons said, 'This puts
a whole new face on the matter.'

The Podiatrists thought it was a step forward, but the Urologists felt the
scheme wouldn't hold
water.

The Anesthesiologists thought the whole idea was a gas, and the
Cardiologists didn't have the heart to say no.

In the end, the Proctologists left the decision up to some a$@holes in
Washington.
