Leo I also missed the group as well as you it was a busy week for me just had buried the kid's uncle, and I had run into you at the ICM mall the same day I received the cute t-shirt.
You said to me you really like the shirt as I was proudly displaying it at the mall that day as i was there to use the internet to brush up on my writings as the next day was publish day for the newspaper's here.
I seen all the really fantastic pictures of the groups activities I am so proud of them for being so good in the things they did while they were here. :D

This afternoon the wife of the victim and I paid a visit to the cityhall to make a check up on the mayor and what are the steps being done to implement any actions being taken to give assistance to the victim and his family on both sides of the fence.

Until now there have been no apologies given to either side of the family and the victims mother in Michigan State is getting pissed off after one month of mourning from this day.

I wrote down the proposal in front of Mark Monton and he told me to stop worrying about it and squeezed my hand as I firmly squeezed his letting him know that I was serious in making sure Zach's family is treated fairly and with justice.

I requested around P17.000.00 to the cityhall to give the assistance to the girl so she could get to Manila and stay there for a few nights until all documents are made out and the American Embassy has what they need in order to process the paperwork and the baby will be able to get her American father's socail security.

I also offered as a part of the price it was for two I who would accompany her and the baby to Manila and the A.E. I know where to stay that would make it a a one jeepney ride away from the consulate where she will need to go.

I also know where to guide her at the Embassy and help her translate as well.

Thursday i and the victims fiance will go back to Mayor at cityhall and get answer's as it has been long enough time already.

The mom of Zach's baby is running out of money.

The mom of Zach was stuck with a big bill and the loss of her son who can never come back no matter what but can come back only in memory.

The hospital bill was paid with funds from the account of Zack' and whats makes this case more maddening as time mi-anders on is that the blood bank would not release blood when the Dr. had requested the blood in order to save Zacks's life as he was losing it fast.

I could post a picture in here of Zach' laying on the morgue table so you can all take a visual look at what amount of pain he must of went through.

I asked some worker's at cityhall what's going on?

If this was them in this young mother's shoes how would they like to receive the run around?

Will post again another news when I get it.

If you say that then it's okay for the seamans wife to have some on the side also!

Now' it's not right to be "Double Standard" is it?

What's good for the gander is same as good for the goose!                           :)

And the list goes on.

Husbands go to church here and right after church they go out with a GRO, the lawyers know the laws are not working and same with the police here so they also feel that they must not want to enforce the system here and go along with what are the wrong doings here.
I know a policeman PO3 who is working one week on in the central part of Bohol and I know he is sleeping around with many and especially a Canada lady foreigner behind his wife's back  the next alternating week in Cebu! and her father is a well known political figure here is the province as well.
Sad reality is he says he has no money to see his little daughter or has no money to bring her a birthday gift or a Christmas present?
What kind of a police man and a father is he to keep messing around.
He has children with three different women! (TWOINKS!)

Leo cheating has been going on for years here in Bohol and outside of Bohol.
I am always witnessing seamen in America who get women off the docks for companionship?
I also see those women pose as chandlers selling things and then taking the Filipina chandler instead and paying for her to sleep together in his or her bed.

The Filipino seamen will buy their mistress diamonds, gold, furniture. and pay their mistress's monthly rent!
The same time the Filipino seamen saying "MAHAL KITA" to his wife he is having his arm's wrapped around the mistress as he talks on the phone pretending to be a good boy!.........................bu**** Talaga!

Anglo-Panglao

I need to go to bed...he he he!
#1207
the run way in tagb is okay. it is the airport building itself that could be more moderated as well also. If you have ever used the airport at departure time here here it is so packed with people and standing room only most of the time.

The airport in Anglo has been a long time in planning.

I hope it is run efficiently once up and going, and that there will be jobs for majority of persons living on the island who want to work there and they should be the priority ones to being hired on.

How to tan on the beach when the big bird is always shadowing over you with his big wings and tail...(LOL)

correction January 12th, not 22nd.
#1209
Last Thursday the fiance of the victim and i went to cityhall to visit the mayor.
He was said to be in Manila.

I was given a letter that the mayor had written about the case to the American Consulate in manila explaining why he was not the one to notify them that a city owned water works dump truck and their driver had committed a fatal driver homicide, case.

Mayor wrote the letter to the consulate last January 22nd. 2008.

He also briefed the embassy on the discipline actions taken by him to the ones in charge who should of told him about the death to begin with.

In todays edition of the Bantay Balita newspaper I wrote a story demanding that the mayor help this fiance and 6 months old daughter.

The request I have written were then put into visaya and and it is made into the front page news.

I hope Mike will be able to post it when it comes out in the net in a couple of days.

Mayor was bragging to everyone on the mayor's report that he has been of assistance to both the mother in  the states and to his baby daughter her in Bohol as well as the fiance?

According to the words of Mayor it is all not true, He has not done a thing for them and I have emails from the mom proofing so.

The personal belongings are not yet delivered from the Philippines either, and in that luggage was the lap top and Rolex Watch and many other expensive things of the victim being returned back to his mother in the states.

The victims mother also thanked my friends in here for contacting them and she said she was happy that i have nice friends who care and you know who you are, its the lady with the handsome cat and the parakeet...he he he he!!!

Okay thats the up to date so far and the first trial will be on the 23rd, and the victims Atty, is Atty. Lim.

I am not going to spell check this as i have been up all night thinking of the strategy i will use to approach mayor with the victim and the baby and get those requests that i have asked for.

I say just expand and update the terminal in Tagbilaran. There is no need to disturb the environment in Panglao.

Fortune, I feel and share your same resentments buut for some reason it appears the school has their own book on how to handle such things in my eyes there should be no specific school that should be allowed to make their own rues as it should be one book rued for every school.

This is what is holding this employee to his work.

I was so disgusted with all the sip sip and the attorney crap and being told to me and behind my back that I was being unethical when i was being realistic?

I stopped printing about it in the newspaper.

I passed it onto another media colleague from DYTR. (ANDY NALZARRO)

Kit was not able to write about it as the senior writer for the Chronicle because of having family members working at the school where the incident had taken place.

I put my reputation out on the limb to report what is the real and get told often I am unethical?

To me unethical is not being able to talk or tell about what are the real down falls of society.

I will update this post anytime I get new information.

Please note I was the one to write about the American killed by the city owned dump truck last week as the Chronicle did no write ups concerning the issue?

This is a pioneer newspaper of Tagbilaran the incident happened just a matter of five minutes or less walking distance from their media headquarters, Imagine?

It's hard when their is no media willing to help back up and support what is the real happenings? (Unethical).

Media white Washing?

When I hear of missing person from drowning in the water I get paranoid to return to that area of water for recreation due to the simple fact I may come up from  a dive and up pop up "BOB" straight out of the water looking at me with a puffy bloated look to him?
I tend to avoid the water's until the body has been found and retrieved?
Salt water has buoyancy maybe they are surfaced somewhere or washed up on the surf waiting to be found?
#1214
This Membreve dude is giving me a headache along with other media men here.

He is the type to butter up the media and then pay them off to make his side of the story Suave do not say that I never mentioned it in a reply before.

Sure glad I do not do much writing about politics here.

Scott thats great news! Steve Perry was the lead vocal before to that group. They have been around for a long while the most prettiest song they sang back during the 90's was "OH SHERI" the lead vocalist Perry had and awesome voice I hope that this home boy Pinoy rocker can produce similar hits and sounds where ever he happens to abound toward?
Great Job!

These guys are lucky now a days seamen are required to take many hours of seminars and constant up grading with seminars on international laws and safety and solas up dating as well.
Maybe it is with the constant up grading of these type of seminars that is keeping these men cool and safe as can be so far?

Dancing Queen.......That's What I am!

History: My first band attempt was during the years of 2002/03 as i was a back up singer with some solo performances for a band that I had joined here in Bohol as my outlet.

My solo stance was sang with accompanist of my combo that included Dod-bass guitar, drummer Herald, Keyboardist Mascaranis, lead guitar was Roel Lithuena and that guy can play like the master of Joe Satriani one screaming guitar thats out of sight!
The lead singer was Anne.

My solo parts were the Donna Sommer Medley and the ABBA Medley when performing with the band.
My stage performance during an intermission at the activity center at ICM for the grand finals of quest for the voice was done with the song Dancing Queen.
Every time we have a media talent night and many in media are talented here in Bohol then we get together and have a great time and I am always asked to get up and sing and dance to that song.
No matter how much I try to run from it it is pasted on to me good.....he he he!

My Ford Windstar if she still rolls down the prairie roads when i get home after being here for several years has only a tape player AM/FM and XM so it just depends on who I have with me in the van when I am driving?
If my passanger falls asleep do to my smooth and carefull driving so be it I will run a Spanish love tape.
If I am alone I will play R&B stations and groove in my driver's seat.
he he he twaj mwatwa my van seat....(LOL) It is an R&B movement in dancing.
If moms with me I will play Twang music (Country).
My older sister I will play David Bowie
I just simply accommodate who is with me and what they like as far as music.
I aim to please everyone at least try too.
If my passanger likes to yak up a storm then so do I and never mind the noise when listening to one speak as you never know when you have a chance to learn someting from some one?

Until now the Mayor of the city has made no plans as far as contacting the victims families on either side.
The victims Fancie see me on regular basis when ever she needs a shoulder to lean on when having to cope with her common in laws sudden death.
I will do my best to keep all of you up dated any time I know there are steps being made toward justice.

Often that word policeman haunts me in Philippines?

On the other hand I have heard some PNP men say that Evagelista is more friendlier to the teams then the current Provincail SSUP?

#1223
Most or all communities should offer some sort of recreational courses in swimming and a class often known as boat safety class where you learn what to do in an emergency situation such as a boating accident and such other water incident accidents.
You can actually blow up your pants (Jeans) and tie them off once they are filled up and put it around your neck and it will help keep you afloat and keep your head above the water.
It was a neat class I really liked it and learned from it when I was younger.
You would love the class on swimming have them teach you floating techniques first so you can get to know how to properly handle your body in water according to it's buoyancy.

Kyle is just as cute as Koykoy and Kit now you have three gawpo king brothers.

He looks like he is a bright and energetic kid.

Even my 9 year old was asking only for books this year for Christmas?

I can see why for the simple facts that the art work on book illustrations can be out of this world.
I think it is great that these kids are willing to learn always instead of being influenced to do things that would be considered bad habits!

Mike you look handsome as usual, I always hope you stay that way. (Sweet)
Atty. told me he received your text yesterday.

By the way I did mention your regards to him and he always smiles when I mention your name.

That place your at looks really neat?

Take Care!

For as far as safety issues are concerned lets see more street lamps/lights put up and working as I was walking to a jeepney to head to Booy area last night I could not believe how incredibly dark and spooky the area has become.

Dark places such as that as described is just inviting crime to come on in!

Clean bathrooms with anti disinfectants and not with the stinky awful muriatic acid that smells like APE PEE, I am not saying that I know what it smells like but I am sure I am not too far off?

Definitely the badjou daghan na deri sa eskina and this country says it has laws on abuse for children.

Have soap and toilet tissue here and paper towels to dry your clean kamote on after using the C.R.

More trash cans inside the malls and on the streets so people are less likely to litre.

Find some street washing trucks and start getting cleaning agents out to scrub the streets with at night or early in  the morning to reduce the environment of less infection and viruses.

I am worries about diseases that are so easy to get through wearing slippers on the street how to avoid getting staff when some persons are urinating and feces and having dugo on the streets?

Have more handicap curves (Ramps).

Put up signs in town and along the road reminding person not to be abusive and to to have road courtesy.

To put up signs warning drivers that the province tolerates a certain alcohol level or they will be prosecuted if caught drunk while driving.

Make sure all police out fits and policemen have the proper equipment to be able to respond better to crimes and faster.

Add more lights even four way intersections would be nice.

There is just too much cars and tricycles on the streets no a days.

Have the malls open until 10pm

Have radio stations play music and give news updates 24 hours around the clock.

First off thank you to all of you who have sent condolences out to both sides of Zachary's family.

I heard from the Attorney handling the case on Zachary's side that there is already a scheduled hearing for the third week of this month some time around the 21st or the 23rd.

I will let you all know about any further up dates.

something certainly needs to be done because the streets reek of hock!

We also need more traffic signals and fewer men to urinate on the streets as well.

Some places in town spell like Pee Pee Gardens?
#1237
Bambi Good comment.

I have other friends who live here also as permanent residents and the buzz among some of them is if the peso rate keeps going down they will have to eventually be going back home ward bound.
The salary has not increased but the prices here are now at $1.00 for a plastic 1 litre of coke.
You people have to realize some people do not make enough here in one day to even buy that one bottle of coke.
Most contracts are good for 6 months of employment.
Christmas time there were plenty at the malls but  just right after you can really see the big difference.
I use to have wait in fairly long lines a few months back but now around 7PM you can cruise up to any checker and be the first one waited on.
There are still plenty natives complaining about crisis.
Even I have been staying home more often.
My bills are sky high and we live simple.
A guy from Canada was telling me at BQ Mall last night that his dollar from his country was better then mine?

Normally when i visit in Canada I end up with a higher exchange but not much higher.

The resorts are not cheap like they were just a year ago here.

Even a van hire to Panglao is P500.00 and up.

Gas here is at a phenomenal price.

Next week the tricycle rates will be increased to P7.00, but I am already paying more then that.
I have noticed tricycle drivers are also refusing to ride those persons who are living just too far away for the gas.
We do have a glitch in the economy here but no matter what people do still go out and spend.

This morning I received an email reply from Michigan state, the home town of Patricia Gibson, who is the mother of the Downed tourist victim Zachary Raczok.
I want that it be known for everyone what is really going on here.
I have pasted her email here and how she feels.
Please read this and remember this is being said to a mother who's one sons life was taken away from him at such a young stage in his life.
Taken away and also mishandled negligently by local city government who has accepted that they wee negligent already.
**********************************************************************
Precious, thank you for asking about us. We as you can imagine are devastated by Zach's death. I can't believe he is gone.
I was so upset at the length of time he had to lie there waiting for an autopsy that I was told he had to have. I never requested it.
I think that if I wanted more info I could have gotten it by calling the
Dr. but did not because I just haven't been able to face it.
Most of all I am alarmed and appalled at the poor care my son received. By what I have heard, he was not even touched for 40 minutes after the accident! I also heard he was conscious, I wonder if he had been in USA if he could have been saved.
I realized he made a choice to be there and I guess that is just a consequence of that choice unfortunately.
I am so sad because I think he was just starting to settle down, he had a beautiful baby and fiancee. Because of this drunk driver, he was robbed of his life, as was his family.
Words can't express how bad his whole family feels, I just am sick over his loss. He was  my first born, he had so many dreams and aspirations. It is a tragedy.
Thank you for caring for him, although it will not bring him back.
Give Pie my love and Christine as well.

First off I would like to say that I really wish that the editors son would of printed inside the web site the follow up I had with Mayor Dan neri Lim last Friday even after hours.

He is a friend of mine do not get me wrong. I just keep my private and my professional separate and report about issues that need to be shared for the public to be awakened on.
I know at times I may come across shrewd or what some one refers to as a name that my mom never wants me to say *****,  (Read female dog.).
Some times media persons come out that way, I usually consider them the shakers and the movers who wake the average persons up from living in a Barbie world.
Look at Bill O'reily he is popular and he is to the direct point.
Look at Geraldo Rivera another hard hitting to the point media man who some years ago got a chair thrown at his nose for saying it out right.....ouch!?
My columns are reviewed by one of the nicest smartest and best attorney's around before they are put to print so as not to be taken as liable and slanderous to persons.

Often what my columns are about are what persons our readers bring to my attention and often i set up a realistic drama in how it can suck in an audience and let them see and feel what i see that hapens here.

I also write about my own convictions how you all do in here as Oaf's abroad and how you feel  and I do not say that your saying mean things about my place.
If thats how you you feel I respect that and I have to understand it as well.
I am not lamenting anyone for how they feel when they are away from home and living in a country that is hard to adopt at times.
We have what is known as democracy and a freedom of speech, as well as a freedom of the press (JOKEX3.)

Even tho I have been at odds with my editor but we are getting along and he is the one who told me on New Years day that one of my fellow Americans has been killed by a city dump truck and to go to the funeral home and talk to the common law wife.
When I reached the funeral home I was heart sickend that it was my American friend from our foereign circle here in Tagbilaran.

I have also discussed crab mentality in my columns here and advised readers it is better to encourage everyone and that you want them to do better always instead of not allowing anyone to be happy in life and move along in life for doing better things.

My goodness people who are so against me in here I have lived here 6 years i know what I am talking about my kids have been in both the public school systems and the private school systems here.

I have many friends in the local city government, and the provincail and the National and when they see me they wellcome me with open arm's.

I am not perfect but here I am darn to to and darn to do not and lately it is just over whelming and confussing on which way is up and which way is down?

I am often asked to encode write ups coming from organizations who want me to get the point out and across.

I actually write for two papers here in Bohol.

I have five years of school journalism from the old school, and that was many moons ago.

I am not into black mail and bribery as a media man here like most here are.

I am not paid to do write ups I do it as my love for the art's to tell it straight and how it really is.

I do not believe in stealing another one's works and encoding it to satisfy my  thoughts.

I write off the top of my head, from what is my heart, and my head.

I did notify PIA today and informed them that wrong information was being given about me and that they were being used for the reference.

My friend at the PIA office was not so happy and wanted to know what to log into so he could make a comment.

He also told me i have no problems with them and I know how he is and he is always good to me.

                                        **************************************

About the baby girl of the victim and his Fancie, we are friends and because i went beyond being a journalist and a media man I spent time getting to know the family more at the final days at the funeral home.

We are always in touch and are almost neighbors in fact. She is a sweet Boholana lady, who has been what I would have to say one of the hardest times and has been one of the strongest and youngest persons to go through what her and her baby are going through right now and it is awful.

I am also receiving emails from Zach's mother and she is ever so thankfull that there is a story such as this and persons here who are Zach's friends who care.

She wants justice for what has happend to her son.

The name of the Zach's mother is Patricia Gibson, they have forwarded me an address in the states.

His remains will be buried this coming Monday at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, located in Grand Rapids Michigan.
The mother also stated it will be a close immediate family gathering for his service as well.

She plans to have the story I have written that speaks of her sons goodness just before he was killed during the service.

I feel so homored that she liked the story and the good things said about her son enough to have it read out loud this Monday when he is being buried.
I am also sad for the entire situation and everyone involved.

If anyone wants to do what Lyndy has suggested it's a sweet and kind ideal.

The fiance told me yesterday that her funds remaining are not enough to get her thru the next month, and that she will have to sell her furniture that Zachary bought last month when he had come back from his work

She has no other work but has worked in the past. She loves her baby and says "Even tho Zachary is no longer here....(pause).......My baby makes me happy!"

Again Thank You, for those who have spoke so nice in here.

God Bless!

Happy New year Grazie!!!

Thanks for the support!

I wonder if www.wowbohol has the balls to say that to my face I will be on the hunt but I think I know who it is and I will meet them soon.(Saturday for sure)
One of those persons who has something mean to say but has to hide?
If they are so opionated and know about things said between my cheif editor and i and that person is complaining is one person only?
I am not banned I am not allowed to write about elections, and that kind of stuff. I am not banned.
Everyone was treated terribly by Manila media the last two times ago when she had come to visit.

Not just me.
local media was being shoved and pushed around and pulled away when Manila media was hounding her.

You can ask Chito Visarra how we the local media was treated in the past when Gloria came to Bohol.

My editor at the time was too sick not to show up for the two days up untill the last hour when he had seen me in the corner crying because the woman at the PIA was hounding me about some wrong news she had received from some crab mentality media person who was jealous I had a picture taken with Ate Glo.
So many media here complain that they never had a picture taken with her and it was unfair.
Thats what it boils down too.

We call it an inside job nice to my face and bad at my back?
#1242
Mike, I had done a follow up but June never put it on the web site. It was at the back page titled just before deadline.

June should of pasted it also made me mad.

Fred Amora really liked the story and said it was also allot of help.

It had two sides the couples side and the city government side.

They do not even put my name on my writing or post up my columns lately?

The write up in regards to the Mayor's reaction was a good one.

The next day he slammed me and the paper on the radio over Mayor's report......when he said he would not.

I am use to persons who try to discredit or hide or white wash what is the truth.

I will send you a personal reply in a moment please reply to it? Thank You!

Lorenzo...................I really like the way you put that. It was allot of work to do the write up, and it was really terrible as Zachary knew how to handle Filipino even in his business in Manila he was stiffed by the management whom he had trusted to run it.
Even tho it happend he kept giving to the people here and to his fiance the beautiful Boholana and for her family to live better as well.

I had her here this afternoon to read the kind messages of condolences from others here in tubag but she teared up and shuttered when she had read the blog that says the insensitive text that "It was the Americans fault........."

I was also insulted by some one here who does not have an aviator picture nor does he go by his real name but he thinks he knows such confident things about me that are not true? (Whats her name is in my picture)
He has comments that are bad but he hides?

The fianci was hurt as I said earlier this morning I was going to have her over to show her that people here cared?

I am so ashamed to what she has read?

Often people try to paint Bohol as a pretty picture they tend to hide and hide and really white wash things when they go bad.

If things are good I say so if bad I also say so.

I say what I see and my publisher is the one handling her case. (Iwrite with The Bohol Standard not in the Chronicle, correction my friend, also Mike has a column in there.)

He is a great atty. and he knows right and wrong also.

He is family to Mike and I as well, (WE are all close to each other).

Lorenzo I can not express myself enough for your thoughtfull insight.

Happy New year

To you!

I am not going to justify myself.

This post has turned in the wrong direction.

I do plenty here.

Philippine persons in my city and county back home are not treated poorly.

In fact many in America are attracted to their physicall beauty at first.

I am not saying always poor Filipinos.

I will say i do allot of positive things here.

You do not see my heart then you do not see the lord.

#1246
it was the American's fault why he died. it wasn't the fault of the Dumptruck's driver. it's already a Filipino culture that when an American died in the philippines though his/her fault, we always blame the poor Filipino.

You have some sort of either a lack of manners or some sort of lack of insensitivity, and you are some what biased towards Americans as I do recall the Nicole case about the rape that you Philippines persons totally blew up about with the U.S. Navy man and was she not a willing pick up girl with a background of wanting to willingly date and sleep around with many Americans?
Do you see the Americans lamenting about your slipshod government here?

Or maybe you are the friend of Peter Blanco.

Please show some consideration to Cleofe as she could be reading this.

Also show some respect to the other Americans who are reading this as well.

I have noticed that when bad things are done by your people here that you all try to hide it or white wash it.

If it is a foreigner you blame them and get all over dramatized about it.

Do you see the Americans pointing fingers at you Filipino?

In fact the city mayor admitted the city government was at fault.

Maybe my follow up story with the mayor would of woke you up, if it would of been published in the internet.

How would you like it if a Filipino person had the same thing happen to him in another country and no one gave a rats ass?

Have some cooth!

After i had presented the shocking concern with documents of the accident, and the sketch of the police report, and the police report with a copy of the Americans death certificate the Mayor Dan Neri Lim was only left to "JOLT!"

What a slap in the face that an American writer in the local media would have the job to confront the mayor the robust has to have it his way mayor at that and then he reacts in a follow up interview with me that he and the local city government were totally negligent in the way the case was not handled by either the Mayor or the water department.
Last Friday in a discussion with mayor and a follow up to the story  that was also printed on the back page of Sundays The Bohol Standard edition Mayor admits to negligence resulting in the following disciplinary measures; The driver Peter Blanco was terminated for life to work there ever again.
The city water Dept. Eng. Wellington Pilongo was also suspended as of Monday for one month with out pay.
The police have filed a case against the driver.

When I had questioned the mayor on wether or not if Peter was his Barkada he shrugged his shoulders foreward and backwards and said "No thats not even true."

I am confident that i did a great job on aspects reporting everyone side that was involved.

Maybe I will do a follow up with the police tomorrow?

For next Sundays edition  of the news.

I really admire Kit Oppus she is a good friend and we are both partners together for U.S.Aide for Against trafficking in the Philippines.
She chose me as the first and only media advocate to represent the Bohol Province.

My first Guest Speaking appearance will be done in Loon for the WCCD PNP workers, with the Christmas party to follow later on in this month.

Kit has supplied me with plenty of materials and has made me my own Cd the latest one from the USAIDE organization funded by America.

She makes a great concert queen in my heart always!

She sticks to her work through thick and thin.
#1250
Mike it was reported later that she had passed away at the hospital.

She was reported of dieing from some short of shock done to her body after the trauma.

A bamboo was stuck through a part of his body not determined if it was struck into her from the assault and murder or if it had gone through her as she rolled down the cliff?
#1251
Yes Mike is right I was the one to write the story and I stayed with his fiance for two days up to the last moment until his remains were shipped to Cebu.

His fiance is a very beautiful and strong willed Boholana lady.

Every day we talk to one another or we text and she is taking it day to day.

When she comes to visit me next time I will let her see all your well wishes for her.

That's all very kind of you!

Thank You!

Typical ungrateful woman who borrows I do not pity here not at all.

I have been a lender here too many times just to end up being fooled, and then thrown away after they get what they wanted?

It's frustrating to try and trust people.

One of my first writing assignments away from column writing was when the Mayor of Panglao had asked me to go to his office and look at the municipal property and tax record of where the old municipal cemetery use to be but when the owner was in a hurry to develop the property he buried the cemetery to accommodate for tourism.
Oddly with an exception of last year around the first time the BBC had a commemorative dive they have lost tourist every other year do to drowning incidents in their swimming pools.
I was able to slip past the gate and explore the boundaries as was said on such property deed, and checked out the facts and you could see the old tombstones as flat as day but easily taken to be mistaken as limestone.
Even the old dap dap tree where pioneers of the island had told me about the poor burying their dead there and most especially babies and children.
The place was under that very tree.
It is from the dap dap tree located behind the old dive shop/boat house shop, located back about some 200 metre's and reaches all the way to the small swimming pool near to the cemetery.
I was also interviewing a land surveyor who showwed me off record that the cemetery is still registered to the municipality of Panglao.
He also showwed me the boundaries and high lighted them as well.
He was not there to survey the property of BBC just parts and do some surveying for the airport as well.

daghan nanoman chicks boys pala denhi sa Bohol sud sa PNP!

No wonder anytime you talk to a policeman the wife is always looking cross eyed as her man is talking to another lady in front of her?

Even she knows its about business.

I can not say I blame the wives.

Marraige was due to her parents forcing him to marry her as he was the one who got her buntis. that is not a good enough reason to get married in my book.

Here is a cell number to a friend of mine in case anyone coming here would like to resreve in advance to have sight seeing?

There is an apartment rental near the bodega of Alturas of companies and it is scarey I was told by a dear friend that rents there she is planning to move away as there is a moomoo living there she said?

Before jumping into a rental check out the history?

I know people are very superstitious!
#1257
Good Point.

Makes me wonder why Philippine person most think that all white foreigners are Americans?

I do not see so many Americans here but I do see plenty white foreigners from other European countries.

Just because we are white does it mean we should all be refereed to as Americans?

We foreigners actually have a toot when we get accused of being from another country we are not from!

I am surprised at ABC?

You would think that these well established broadcast companies would have learned their lessons years ago especially when lawsuits were plentiful during the 80's for many of these broadcast companies CBS,ABC,NBC, e.t.c

If they have poisonous bows and arrows and blow guns.......?
It would make me even bu**** in thinking that I would take such a chance to venture into something that is small but sounds terrible?
Ha hu ha!

I just attended the Guindulman LGU Xmas party as I have many friends all over now since I have become a USAIDE Rep, against trafficking in Bohol as a media advocate for the group.

I was given money and presents from the Mayor and snacks and beverages from Joyce who is the courts clerk there, and the Dr's wife, and the Guindulman PNP!

Earlier in the day I swam at the provinces dirtiest beach behind the municipal hall and thank goodness acting chief of police is a friend of mine he cleaned out the stations private C.R. so that i was able to use it while swimming at the beach......I was treated very nice in Guindulman. :)

If he looses weight he again should also buy another kind of belt to hold up his britches to hold in his bitches every Saturday on the Mayor's report. He he he!

I have to voice what i feel is a legitimate complaint in regards to scheduling concerts during nights that are on the weekend and a just way too much to handle for the local fuzz busters of Tagbilaran City.
These concerts often breed things tat are not good.
These things not good often require polices assistance but the complaint here is the lack of police and everyone wants to complain about Mario uy having a police man as a personal body guard when the employment for police here is down?

When there is a concert taking up police time it just the police ten times longer to respond to a domestic call or a call which could be more serious and lead to homicide if the police do not respond much quicker then the normal 3 hours it takes them to respond to other assistance and emergency calls just because the people attending the concerts are making trouble and using up all the man sources that we currently have here.
ICM should plan their events better and should also be required to pay more incentive pay the city police to always babysit the privately owned business's events?
#1262
Sr. Nem' Monton has submitted news into tomorows Bohol Standard in how he feels about this recent bill?
#1263
makes sense to me especially with all th seamen who have been getting captured and kidnapped over there in the past year?
Those are nothing but trouble areas for merchant marines to travel into as well.
#1264
I am sure SSUP Edgardo inking was given a fine or it is in the works by now.
I am positive the Bohol standard will be loaded with toasted roasted news that will amaze all of you.
I know so it was written by me on another scandalous topic regarding Mayor LIMS administration in a negligent case regarding imprudish homicide with the use of a city owned utility truck........Read it on the web when it comes out this week or pick up a copy at the local newsstand.
#1265
Salamet Happy....... In tomorrow's issue of the Bohol Standard we will be printing another story regarding another rape case where the victim a 14 year old was found by her parents over a cliff and naked and bruised from being assaulted and raped.
It had taken place in Loboc Bohol with in the last two days.
I also plan to get in touch with my friend who is working inside the fiscals office to bring me the latest update about the last hearing on either Wes, or Thursday this past week.
As soon as i get the latest info you can count on me to post it.
Hope everyone's New year is going well so far?
#1266
I went there recently with my little prodigy to take her biological police man father  a Christmas package but had to bring it back to Tagbilaran as the father would not accept the gift as he text to his coworker on duty he would not accept any package of gifts for his family for Christmas from his daughter from his first girlfriend.
he was at the Camp in town playing basketball as if he was still in an adolescent mind with his attitude. he was a nice person prior to his post position in Sevilla which has changed him. maybe Sevilla police station will control his womanizing ways as his post before was the Tagbilaran airport where he had recruited many females dates.
As reported by his wife.
#1267
I appreciate this info as I can use it on Jan, 10th I will be the invited guest speaker at this years womens provincail police Christmas party in which I will be speaking to over 70 members of the PNP in Loboc.
The topic is regarding anti trafficking and woman against the law and womens and children's rights.
Will let you all know how it goes?
I was chosen of all the media by camp Dagohoy to speak on these topics this year and I find it an honor to be even considered and complimented in such a way.
My write ups and column that i do in The Bohol Standard was the reason I was chosen as I was told by the planners of the party for this year that I know how to move the readers.
You know what they say in the actor's world "Break a leg!"
#1268
Thats a great story might use the quote in a write up of mine.

Column that is.

We need more honest persons such as this man.

Honest persons are hard to come by these days.

Ate Glo?

this country is in such a crisis and people are tired of increases and other bearocratic nonsenses that go on here.
Tonight the casheirs at one local mall had absolutley no customers in line to buy groceries.

The thing she needs to work on are wage increases and stabilize the tax system to be able to allow some of these people even one meal a day.

We need to concentrate on the wellfare and health of the families and indivisuals here to kep a strong body and mind to help in controlling the coruption going on here always?

General Topic / Re: Dishonest Police as Friends
January 01, 2008, 04:39:35 AM
Well an update and it was a gutsy wutsy move on my part!

I waited for almost one month to hear from him now?

He continued to disrespect his kid the one he says he loves so much?
I went to the wives house in Jagna and she volunteered plenty of info to me that she has proof in how her husband is.
I told her that I was the one to pay for her child's birth I told her everything I had done to try to get him to go back to her.
I showwed her the text messages that said he was with a girlfriend from Canada and asked her if she was separated?
She was in shock and near tears when i told her what she did not know?
The two month new son was covered in mosquito  bites and the child of his who he says is the apple of his eyes has a mouth fall of rotten and black and falling out teeth and decaying are the ones that remain in her mouth!
This makes me more mad as I see this a neglect.
The wife says she cries often for what he puts her through.
I told her things she needed to know.
I let it be known that all the policemen I know here have told me he is a long time separated from his wife.
I told her about his trying to sell his Pajero to file annulment and she has never worked and he complains that he is tired of carrying the entire budget load as he is supporting the wife's family as well.
I told her to stop crying over a mean person who only thinks about himself and to concentrate on the kids well being and get a job and move on.
The kids treatment and looks are a reflection of their dads behavior that which is being "Rotten".
This year my theme is going to be hang out with persons who are heart to heart and from the heart!

My darling is a Filipino 2/0 seaman and just came home after serving a 15 month contract with a vessel that frequented Africa allot.

He told me it was so dangerous near Africa and security and caution are constantly at red alert.
Yea they are lucky to really be all okay.

Last year I wrote a pretty graphic warning on fireworks including a picture of an exposed flesh ans skull an injury from a result of a firework that went west instead of straight up into the sky to fill it with color.
The victim was in his 50's and was a spectator to the fireworks in the sky, but one of the shells from the box had gone straight into his head.
He lived and is doing fine.
I was able to get a picture of the victim and his injury and used it in my write up.
In the states we are not allowed to handle the large bloomers like the one's you see in the skies.
That is unless you are a trained pyrotechnician.

This year was a depressing New Years Eve here in Bohol it is truly crisis here and there are not so many fireworks or people roaming about like in years gone by past people just do not have the funds to buy as much this year.

Again another mystery to be looked upon eh eh eh eh!

One paper allows me to write about politics and the other one does not so i can still stretch my big nose into finding out what needs to be known?

Oh boy oh boy oh boy!!! :)
#1279
Well it sounds like that area of trouble should be dredged to stop that kind of thing from happening.
Its an accident as we have been experiencing bizarre weather this year?

Does anyone remember the title song sang by artist Rick Smith: "You Take My Breath away"

It is the song that happens to "Flow" into my head every time a take a pungent waft of the drains that are close to the sidewalks running along CPG streets the smelliest spots are across from Julies bakery and in front of the Metro Centre. :(

General Topic / Re: Filipino Family Fighting Deportation
December 31, 2007, 12:56:03 AM
I have to comment. being that they are people under God why did they not be honest in the first place about up dating their paper work on their marital status?
America has a way of haunting your past whether it be from bad tax records from years gone by or what ever the case America is is cracking the whip on INS issues now because it is going to have allot to do with the 2008 Presidential elections coming up next fall in all States.
This outcome with win or lose the fate of the struggling campaign for the Republican Party.

I have a hard time accepting the fact that it has taken me almost three years to finally pay for my residential status here in the Philippines.
It is grueling as their where many tests to endure and from needles, urinating, feces samples, and my breast being squeezed in a machine for a chest X-Ray.
Now the bummer side of it is now tourist visa holders can stay for more then one year here in the Philippines with out having to exit the country.
What they put me through here was pain as my papers had been burned in a Manila INS office and my dad and Lola passed away 12 days apart and my passport was part of those paperworks that was charred.
I was not able to fly to catch up with either funeral as the fire was under investigation and restoration.

He is a Dr. and being from here they always have strict paper processing laws and rules right down to the correct spelling of the name.

I do think think they will end up being deported as America is not so hard most of the time.
They just have to dance to the loop holes to save their status let this me a lesson to those here who give false information or who use fixxers.
It will catch up to you indeed!

People are doing these days with what they can in order to survive.

Unfortunantly it is a hassle dishonest and takes up a waste of time.

There is a new LTO officer inside in charge now at the Tagbilaran branch. Maybe I need to do some snooping sense it is right down the road from me?

I love a mystery!

I Will try to get this out before candle day he he he am writing for two newspapers now, and in one I am the editor and writer for the English section of the Bantay Balita.
I am also assigned as the the only media advocate to travel around Bohol and attend meetings on womens and children's issues and it keeping me busy as well.
In the other newspaper I am allowed to do my column and other write ups that do not have to do with dealing in politics.
I am planning hopefully next week for the new years week to get the dedications in there.
Thank You and Happiest of New Year to everyone!
#1289
I heard some popular media men were stiffed by one particular brown noser media member of  Eng.Membreve, as he had gained the trust as an honest media person here in Bohol who had handed him a list with media members on it whether they were there or not.
Some were there and they were stiffed as in the money was given to him for all members and all but five of them had received their monies? Walay Klaro Jyud!

What's wrong with Filipinos these days?

There is so much negativeness and such even for things that are done right or wrong?

You know the old saying "Damned to do and damned to do not!"

I am sory to see such a mean thing being said to a guy who is really nice here in Bohol.

#1291
Wow! I missed the party please save my tshirt nalang because some of us work all night in printing the newspaper and do not get to bed untill early AM hours.

I say keep the cock fighting in the ring and not in the bed always just to avoid more over populating of the country and its already current conditions!

Look at it this way as there is not much to do n this Island but to produce most often and the more past time in events like this then less baby's to worryabout at least the men have something to do instead of you know what all the time.
#1296
Tonight I had a discussion with a friend of mine who is working across from the fiscals desk and both the alledged suspects are being questioned at separate times instead of together.

This makes the person who is concerned for the two minor women very angry.

One alledged suspect was interviewed in the morning, and the other one was around 2 O'Clock PM,

He felt it was unfair because the subpoena said to be there in the afternoon.

I am always on stand by to guest the updates for you all.

I love the greetings! They are so cute!

Thank You everyone and i wish you all the same as much. :)

Yea it was called Black Label!
