hi! ive'd been reading this thread for almost a week now, and i'm so interested with this case, kasi some of the suspects, is familiar to me, especially the prime suspect, i know her sis kasi, any updates for this case?, i also read that someone is threatening the victims family? grabe nman, namatayan na nga, ano pa kaya ang gusto nila sa family? and am just curious, nbasa ko dn na sabi may mga politicians involved, what is Ms Lynvi in Cebu, cguro maganda cya ano? to be the suspect to sell her or what?? (envy, jealous or wala lang tlaga trip lang kasi high sya sa drugs or drunked??)and the suspect is not that rich, para may sumalo sa kanyang politician, (well, sorry, but i really don't know, kaya ko nga tinatanong bakit may ganitong mga issue??) i hope wla akong na offend sa query ko..thanks & God Bless to all, specially sa family ng Victim...May she rest in Peace.

the victim, if its true that she gave her wallet to the suspect, was so trusting then.

by the way, if indeed the wallet was voluntarily given by the victim to the suspect, how come the suspect kept it? she should have returned the said wallet to the family. though i doubt it. our wallet, like our cellphones, is a part of our life that we can't live without.
why, if i am the victim, go out without my wallet?
everything is inside my wallet - my credit cards, my identification cards, my atm card, everything.

right?

i have one real and true friend (tested by time)
but i haven't given to her my wallet for safekeeping!
it's not that i do not trust her but as i've mentioned earlier,
it's a part of me that i can't live without!
but if it's normal for one to endorse his/her wallet
because they are friends, my only question
is why will the suspect keep it?
upon knowing what had happened to her friend,
she should have given the wallet to the victim's
family!

ozone, were you able to read the news about a certain pastor in san isidro, talisay who were released by the police because it was proven in the lower court that it was illegal when they apprehended the suspect (pastor)?

maybe that was the reason why the police did not apprehended the suspects right away because they are still waiting for a go-signal from their supervisors just to make sure that the defendant of the suspect will not use it to dismiss the possible case.

please do not generalize all police as b*g*.

Hello Everyone.....I am just new n this group, but from the time i heard this gruesome killing of this Call Center agent, i've been following the posts in this forum....It's really unbelievable that a bestfriend lady could kill her best friend or could be the mastermind of killing her bestfriend..This is really a very shocking news especially to us who are away from our beloved hometown...I am just curious now cause it's been a month...all i want to know is what happened now to the suspect/s...I am really praying intensely na sana the suspect/s will be prosecuted cause they have no right to roam in our society.....

before my cousin told me about this suspect (info was given to my cousin by her friend)
i was quite appalled by the idea that the reason behind the killing might be money, envy and greed.
but when my cousin shared to me what she knew about the suspect,
i am now convinced that it was envy and greed that really
pushed the suspect to kill the victim!

before my cousin told me about this suspect (info was given to my cousin by her friend)
i was quite appalled by the idea that the reason behind the killing might be money, envy and greed.
but when my cousin shared to me what she knew about the suspect,
i am now convinced that it was envy and greed that really
pushed the suspect to kill the victim!

ozone, were you able to read the news about a certain pastor in san isidro, talisay who were released by the police because it was proven in the lower court that it was illegal when they apprehended the suspect (pastor)?

maybe that was the reason why the police did not apprehended the suspects right away because they are still waiting for a go-signal from their supervisors just to make sure that the defendant of the suspect will not use it to dismiss the possible case.

please do not generalize all police as b*g*.

Im not telling sila tanan what i mean are the ones handling this case, naa naman names na g implicate then naa naman sad mga ibedensya nakuha, why wala nila gisakto ang investigation para masuta dayon kung nag tug an ba sa tinood ang suspect, ang san isidro case lahi to na kaso kay wala sila nakuha na concrete evidence , aside from that the question there is the way of arresting the suspect kay wla kuno warrant question ang legality sa warrantless arrest. On this case they can issue man sigur ug a sort of invitation sa mga suspects coz their names were mentioned by the prime suspects.

more or less ang nakabalo lang didto is ang neighbors, schoolmates ni j_n_l and few people who knew them. maybe sa iyaha hometown samar which is a few hours away from tacloban.unless ipa bombo radyo which im not sure if naa pa ba. but then again naa news black-out.. so wla idea ang mga tao didto. either fabricated or exaggerated ang news na umabot didto, ang percentage sa truth sa balita is very slim.

employing this technique is very scary to the ones being targeted to. it's one of the causes why so many witnesses of other similar crimes wouldn't go out into the open for fear of death threats perpetrated by such lawless thugs.

yes,but the suspect will undergo a series of psychological and psychiatric evaluation, if found out that she is mentally ill during the events of crime then she will be freed, but if found out also that shes pretending to be a mentally ill person, then shes guilty of the heinous crime and will be jailed for the rest of her life.
