i have talked to an old friend yday (not old nga tiguwang, but friend na dugay na mi wa nagkakita), she said classmates sila j_n_l_e pag college, then barkada sad nya before si b_i, she even went to the wake sa rolling hills, she just said she's sorry for both but does not want to judge anyone.

and you know what, sa ako pagsunod ani na case bah, i thought wala koy kaila nga directly connected (like friend) to the victim or sa family, but i was also surprised to know that i once talk and exchanged e-mails with b_a's sister before when we had some christmas give-aways done. hmmm, somehow, it's a small small world.

Nakabasa siya ug username dire na familiar kaayo sa iyaha na naay gamention na suspect sa iyang name. Mao d ay grabe pud kaayo maka react. Actually uban pud siya during pagsinulog kay mao nay gisulti.

So kamo nay bahal dire kung kinsa inyo saligan especially sa taga teletech pls ayaw kaayo mo pagpost ug info about sa family. ug about sa case.

ihate, you are our only link to the case. we do not personally know the victim and her family. much more the suspect and his/her family.

you may not share what will be the next move or plan of the victim's family.
but at least update us of what's going on.

Busa mag careful mo sa inyong mga info dire kay basin maka hamper kana sa investigation. We also have to consider both families kay let's face it, all families involved in this case are struggling and suffering now but I'd say more so sa family ni Lynn. Dili nato ihadalahig ang families intawon.

How is libel defined under Philippine laws? Defamatory words are those calculated to induce the hearers or readers to suppose and understand that that the person or persons against whom they were uttered were guilty of certain offenses, or are sufficient to impeach their honesty, virtue or reputation, or to hold the person or persons up to public ridicule. Philippine law also presumes every defamatory imputation to be malicious, even if true, if no good intention and justifiable motive for making it is shown (Article 254 of the Revised Penal Code). Malice exists when there is an intentional doing of a wrongful act without just cause.

The libel must be given publicity, circulated or publicized. Postings in a forum, message board or blog can certainly be considered as publication. Lastly, the victim or offended party must be identifiable.

this is only a speculation about the suspect, unless proven guilty by the court , but i do beleive that being envious or jealous can motivate a person to kill.
