ang akong nahibaw.an pwede man itrace pero maglisod kon prepaid sim ang gamit. ang dali itrace kay ang postpaid line. morequest ra ka sa mga telecommunication companies pero naa pud sila requirements such as court order ug uban pa. ila pa pud ni ireview kon iapprove ba nila ang request. basin pwd pud gani sa NTC d lang ko sure sa NTC.

many were invited but only few showed UP ... m not even surprised I was 1 of those who were invited, and since I dont mind police investigating me and any1 not GUILTY wont be scared to any questions nor to d family , I went to the station, was interrogated for hours and still M NOT BEHIND BARS... Dats hw an innocent person should take it .... Any 1 can be a suspect but those of course GUILTY will hide and will think for an ALIBI....

look at pheanz,
he/she was invited and, since not engulfed in guilt, went to the station and
breezed through the interrogation - - - because he/she is not guilty

but those whose name were dragged (and was printed in the newspapers)
they have no reason to hide unless they are guilty or knew something
and are not willing to help the victim
they should come out in the open and
prove their innocence...
no reason to fear for their lives...
because their conscience are clear.
unless... well... hmmmm.....

100% sakto jud ka pheanz. everyone is a suspect, ana man jud na basta naay investigation. problema ron nga ang primary suspect's alibi is not quite convincing. mo testify lang tingali jud ang tanan. aron mahimotang nata sa ato beautiful life dba...

i guess lawyers always question the legality of whatever action taken against his or her client to make the case be dismissed.
if, after some deliberation and discussion and investigation, it was proven that whatever action taken was legal, then that's the time that the lawyer will focus his or her attention to the actual crime committed and will focus on how to defend his or her client.

hmmm... i am blabbering again...

To be honest, when a lawyer finds his client to be responsible, the nearest thing he can do, as a defense (for he is receiving payment from his client to defend him or her), especially if the case was sensationalized, IS TO GO POLITICAL.
Meaning, he will question the legality of his client's arrest,
the manner by which the arrest was effected, did the police able to say the miranda warning to the accused, such other matters that will, in the end, relieve his client from the crime.

This part is also crucial, for once the manner was wrong sa pagdakop, ang pag-execute sa mga police unsay sulod sa warrant of arrest, etc. mapawalang bisa man ang pagdakop, so matechnical ang mga police. the bottomline of this is that: PRESERVATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF THE ACCUSED.

Hello to all concerned, I am very happy knowing that you guys have been very supportive of the victim. I don't know the victim nor the suspect. What made me interested in the case is because of how the victim was killed. So grossed. I hope justice will really be served the soonest possible time to ease the pain of those who are left behind, family, the child, friends and relatives. Indeed, it is so sad that the person who was considered a friend by the victim is now the number one suspect. Di ba, a friend should be the one to defend her/his friend in times like that? Just so frustrating:)

As part of d hot pursuit operation, SHE might not knw d frst day BAI was found, she was already d SUSPECT, remember on a MURDER case last person touch is d PRIMARY SUSPECT, FYI , d day d wallet was recovered , SHE was not detained SHE was just under custody for questioning just lyk oders, SHE was arrested after warrant was served and also MURDER case was filed, it may look like she was already arrested coz she delayed all her answers during the initial interrogation, collapsed and was brought to d hospital (with police escorts) of course as she is still to answer sum questions nd if NOT, then a case can be filed againts her if m not mistaken since m not a law student (OBSTRUCTION of JUSTICE)..........................
