Hay over na jud ang Thanksgiving. Stressful pud ning daghan tag handaon heheheh.Bitaw akong mother inlaw tabang siya ug handa kay sa ila man place mi nagtapok.Gidala nalang nako akong niluto.
Gi bake nako ang turkey ang uban kay murag roast man siguro ug dili man gani ilang i fry.Pero murag daghan man nasunog aning fry. Sayon ra pagluto ani sundon ra ang instruction.heheheh

Na bisan pag kapoy Father wad on nalang ang kapoy kay ug di ko magluto mangapasmo siguro ning akong sakop. Ug di man gani mapasmo paimpatso kay puro unya junk food ang kan on. Rain or shine basta ajong tempo luto permi hehhhe. Nabusy ko ug suwat ug mga address sa christmas Cards father.Perti mang daghan gud diay ning naa sa ahong address book looy man ug naay labyan mao lupkon na raman tanan aron way magmahay.Lain man pud ko ug magpadala ug card kay pakapinan pud naho ug handwriting nga suwat suwat hehehhe.

turkey soup
mao ni ag sabaw sa gipabukalan nga bukog sa turkey. Giluto ni nako last saturday kay akong mga anak gipanghilantan akong gipahigup sila ug sabaw mao naulian.Gisagulan ni nako ug carrots,celery,1 can potato soup,ug dice potato sad then asin ug pepper mao ra lami man sad heheheh homemade soup gud mao lami jud.

Bran muffins

2 cups boiling water
4 cups kellogg's All Bran original(makita ni nimo sa cereals department sa kelloggs nga brand)
1 cup butter
3 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
2 cups Kelloggs All bran buds tapad ra jud ni sila sa all bran original
5 cups flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Pour boiling water over all bran orignal;let cool.Cream butter and sugar.Beat eggs and add buttermilk.In separate bowl,combine 100 percent bran buds,flour,baking soda,and salt.Mix with buttermilk mixture and finally add to cooled mixture. Refrigerate. Bake in muffins tins at 350 for 20 minutes(bran mixture can be keep in refrigerator for 4 weeks. One of my most favorites sa muffins kay maayo ni kaayo sa digestive system nato.

Turkey Tetrazzini (mao ni imong buhaton ug naa kay daghan left over turkey.My husband favorite ni.
2 or 3 cups cooked turkey
6 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour

1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt (or to taste)

1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
In large pot, melt butter; add flour and whisk. Add 1 cup milk, seasonings and chicken broth, turkey.Place cooked spaghetti in bottom of baking dish and top with tetrazzini mixture.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. Pwede sad ni butangan nimo ug mushrooms.

Tater Tot Casserole
 (32 oz.) package frozen potato rounds
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can French-fried onions
Preheat oven to 350°F. (175°C.). Grease a 9x13 inch-baking dish. Arrange tater tots in the prepared baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cheese, and mushroom soup.
Pour this mixture over the tater tots. Sprinkle onions over the top of the casserole.

Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.

Parmesan chicken

Boneless chicken cut into pieces

@Happy I'm glad moangay ka moanhi diri kay mas nindot bitaw ning recipe nga gibuhat jud first hand sa imong kagufah. Lahi ra bitaw ning molili tag recipe unya way tay sure unsa kaha ni maayo ning naa jud bitaw review gikan jud sa atong kaila.

Dia ra akong christmas ornament nga home made. Humot kaayo  ni christmas na christmas jud.Pasensya na dili kaayo daghan akong na picturan kay mao raman gud ni nauna ug kauga.My kids like chicken mao ang chicken nga cutting mold akon gigamit.Daghan pa ni naay gingerbread man,rain deere, star,moose ug uban pa.

Do not eat! murag cookie di ba
4 oz. ground cinnamon (cheap spices can be purchased at dept. store)
1 tbsp. cloves
1 tbsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. white school glue
3/4 c. applesauce
(Do NOT eat!)
Makes about 12 large ornaments.

Any spices can be used, the spices are only used to give the ornaments a good smell. Combine spices in a bowl, mix together. Add applesauce and glue. Work with hands until smooth. Mixture will be like wet dough, if too juicy add a little more spice. Roll out to a 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with Christmas ornament indented cookie cutters. Cut a hole in upper edge of ornament with a drinking straw so ornament can be hung.

Place on rack to air dry for several days (3 or 4 days), turning until dry. Do not put in oven. Great gift toppers or ornaments.

1 lbs.white almond bark
2-12oz package chocolate chips
1 large jard dry roasted peanut

Melt almond bar and chocolate chip in microwave.Pwede gani ni sa slow cooker.Stir and drop by teaspoon on wax paper.Let it cool and store in altight container.

Melt caramels and cream in double boiler. Add nuts. Drop by teaspoon on buttered cookie sheet. Let stand an hour. Melt chocolate and pour over caramels.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 stick (1/2 cup) real butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup miniature semisweet chips

Soften cream cheese and butter. Beat well and cream in brown sugar and confectioners' sugar. Add vanilla extract. Fold in chips. Refrigerate in a bowl for 3 hours. Roll in chopped pecans.

To serve, pour caramel sauce over the top and add more chopped pecans. Serve with sliced apples, graham crackers or vanilla wafers.

Yummy Sweet Potato.Pwede sad atong local version sa kamote ani. Slice the camote,butangi ug butter ug brown sugar then bake 350 degree for 1 hour.

whole wheat flour banana bread
WHOLE WHEAT BANANA BREAD   
3 lg. bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup melted butter
Mix the above ingredients together in a large bowl.
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dates
Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, sugar and nutmeg. Stir into banana mixture, mixing well.
Stir in 3/4 cup raisins and 1/4 cup dates.

Pour into 1 large or 2 smaller greased bread pan. If 2 pans are used, less baking time is required.

Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.


Easy Italian Meat Loaf
2 1/2 lbs ground beef or chuck
2 large peppers, red or green, coarsely chopped
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
1 large sweet onion, chopped
4 slices bacon
1 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced or pressed garlic
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/3 teaspoon oregano
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley (do not substitute)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt or beef bouillon powder
2 eggs
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup ketchup (or more as needed)
onion and garlic powder to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, seasonings and remaining ingredients except ketchup and bacon, adding breadcrumbs to mixture last. If meat is low in fat, add up to 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix well.

Press meat into a loaf shaped pan, forming a dome shape. Brush top with ketchup and sprinkle with onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover with bacon slices. Baste occasionally with additional ketchup during cooking, being careful not to allow oven to get cold or additional cooking time will be required. If desired, cover with thinly sliced onions.

Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours.

Humot kaayo  ni christmas na christmas jud.Pasensya na dili kaayo daghan akong na picturan kay mao raman gud ni nauna ug kauga.My kids like chicken mao ang chicken nga cutting mold akon gigamit.Daghan pa ni naay gingerbread man,rain deere, star,moose ug uban pa.

Do not eat! murag cookie di ba
4 oz. ground cinnamon (cheap spices can be purchased at dept. store)
1 tbsp. cloves
1 tbsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. white school glue
3/4 c. applesauce
(Do NOT eat!)
Makes about 12 large ornaments.

Any spices can be used, the spices are only used to give the ornaments a good smell. Combine spices in a bowl, mix together. Add applesauce and glue. Work with hands until smooth. Mixture will be like wet dough, if too juicy add a little more spice. Roll out to a 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with Christmas ornament indented cookie cutters. Cut a hole in upper edge of ornament with a drinking straw so ornament can be hung.

Place on rack to air dry for several days (3 or 4 days), turning until dry. Do not put in oven. Great gift toppers or ornaments.

To serve, pour caramel sauce over the top and add more chopped pecans. Serve with sliced apples, graham crackers or vanilla wafers.

3 lg. bananas, mashed
2 eggs

Mix the above ingredients together in a large bowl.

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dates
Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, sugar and nutmeg. Stir into banana mixture, mixing well.
Stir in 3/4 cup raisins and 1/4 cup dates.

Pour into 1 large or 2 smaller greased bread pan. If 2 pans are used, less baking time is required.

Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.


Easy Italian Meat Loaf
2 1/2 lbs ground beef or chuck
2 large peppers, red or green, coarsely chopped
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes
1 large sweet onion, chopped
4 slices bacon
1 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons minced or pressed garlic
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/3 teaspoon oregano
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley (do not substitute)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt or beef bouillon powder
2 eggs
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Pasagdan pud ni nako sila usahay ug hiwa hiwa ug gulay or prutas ba ron. Mao ni sample picture sa ka creative sa akong mga anak.Nagbuhat mi ug gingerbread house last week. Among gamit recycled milk box. Kanang gamay bitaw nga milk box. First imong butangan ug icing ang box then ipilit ang graham crakers.

What you'll need:
7 graham crackers
Frosting for glue (recipe below)
Assorted small candies for decorating
Ribbon
Pastry bag and tip or Ziploc bag and scissors

Frosting
1/2 pound confectioner's sugar
3 tbs. butter/margarine
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 - 2 tbs. Milk
How to make it:
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and easy to spread, but not runny. Add more sugar if too runny.
If you have a pastry bag, place frosting in bag and use a small tip. You can use a Ziploc bag cutting a small hole in the corner.
Place one graham cracker flat on the table, squeeze a little frosting around all edges. You may need an extra pair of hands.
Place one cracker on each side standing up. It now looks like a box without a top.
Carefully squeeze more frosting on all outside corners from top to bottom and around the bottom of the box.
Let stand for a short while to let frosting harden a little. This will make working with the roof a little easier.
Now squeeze frosting on two of the top edges of the box and place the last two graham crackers in a V shape on as the roof. Looks like a triangle on a box now from the side. It may overhang if you can get the frosting to hold for you.
Squeeze frosting along the top of the roof where crackers join. Let stand again until frosting hardens a little.
Now comes the fun part - with leftover frosting, cover the roof to look like snow. (two sides are left open) Then squeezing small amounts on candy, place candy on the house to decorate. You can use the frosting to add things like doors and windows. Just use your imagination.

Cake Ingredients:   
2 Sticks(One cup)   Butter

1 teaspoon   Vanilla
2 teaspoons   Baking Powder
1 teaspoon   Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon   Baking Soda
1/3 teaspoon(or less)   Salt
Filling Ingredients:   
8 ounces   Cream Cheese
1/3 cup   Granulated Sugar
1   Egg
1/4 cup   Canned Pumpkin
1 tablespoon   Corn Starch
1/2 teaspoon   Vanilla
Preparation Directions:
Filling Preparation:

In a mixing bowl, beat ingredients until very smooth.
Set aside and prepare cake batter.
Pour into glass dish on top of batter as described in cake instructions below.
For Cake:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Mix in pumpkin and sour cream. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
Pour 1/2 of batter into a buttered 13x9 inch glass baking dish.
Add the filling mix, spreading the batter evenly in the dish.
Add remaining batter and lightly swirl into filling.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Cut into twelve servings

Chewy Granola Bars

4 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease one 9x13 inch pan.
In a large mixing bowl combine the oats, flour, baking soda, vanilla, butter or margarine, honey and brown sugar. Stir in the 2 cups assorted chocolate chips, raisins, nuts etc.
Lightly press mixture into the prepared pan. Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes then cut into bars. Let bars cool completely in pan before removing or serving.

Dia napud koy recipe nga giluto para sa mga viewer. Pamahaw ni nga pagkaon.

humot kaayo ni ug maluto na kay mag ilog ang baho sa chocolate ug saging.
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. chocolate chips
3 med. mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and butter. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is creamy (1-2 minutes). Add banana, eggs and vanilla. Continue beating, scraping bowl often until well mixed (1-2 minutes). By hand, stir in flour, baking soda and salt until well moistened. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon into 12 greased large muffin tins. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan.

Next recipe breakfast casserole pwede pud brunch. Pwede ang i layer nimo ani sa ilawom bread,croutons, pero ganahan ko sa hash brown.Unya instead sausage akong gibutang sa ibabaw bacon akong gihiwa ug ninagmay.

2-3 slices bread (cut in squares)pwede hash brown or croutons.Lami ang hash brown potato ug lasa
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
Salt
1 lb. bulk sausage(pwede usa ka box nga bacon ani)
2 c. milk
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
Place bread pieces in greased casserole. Brown sausage and drain. Spread over bread. Add 1 cup grated cheese. Make mixture of 6 eggs, 2 cups milk, salt and 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard. Pour over above and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Giluto ni nako from the scratch.
Hamburger Stroganoff Recipe
You can substitute the sour cream and lemon juice for a cup of full-fat plain yogurt (room temperature). Do not allow to boil.
INGREDIENTS
Butter
1 lb ground chuck
Salt and pepper
1 yellow onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
8 ounces sliced cremini mushrooms (can substitute button mushrooms), sliced
1/3 cup of dry sherry, dry white wine, or water
1/2 cup chopped parsley, loosely packed
1 1/4 cups sour cream (room temperature)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika or more to taste
8 ounces egg noodles
METHOD
1 Put a large pot of salted water (1 teaspoon salt for every quart of water) on to heat, for the pasta.
2 Heat a large sauté pan on medium high heat. Melt 1 teaspoon butter in the pan and swirl it around. Sprinkle the bottom of the pan generously with salt. Working in batches as not to crowd the meat (crowding it will make it hard to brown), break up the ground beef and add it to the pan. Sprinkle the meat with salt. Do not stir the meat, as stirring will prevent browning. Once the meat is well browned on one side (a couple minutes, depending on how hot the pan), use tongs or a fork or a metal spatula to flip to the other side. Once that side is browned as well, use a slotted spoon to remove from the pan and set aside. Continue to brown the meat in batches, adding a teaspoon of butter to the pan with each batch if needed, and salting the pan and the meat, until it is all browned. Remove meat from pan. Drain excess fat from pan.
3 Lower the heat to medium. Add the onions to the pan. If you are working with very lean meat, you may not have any residual fat in the pan. If this is the case, you'll want to add in a tablespoon of olive oil or butter to the pan. Cook the onions, scraping up the meat drippings, until soft, about 5 minutes. Remove onions from the pan (add to the meat).
4 Depending on the cooking times of your particular brand of pasta, this is likely a good time to add the pasta to the (should be now) boiling, salted water.
5 While the pasta is cooking, add a tablespoon of butter to the pan, increase the heat to medium high. Add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté until nicely browned (about 4 minutes). Add the sherry (or dry white wine or water) to the pan to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits. Let the sherry reduce by at least a half, then lower the heat to low.
6 Remove the pan from the heat. Mix in the sour cream and paprika until smooth. Return the pan to very low heat, and not let the sour cream boil (or it may curdle). You may add a few tablespoons of water to the mixture to thin it out a bit at any time. Stir in the lemon juice, and about 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of salt (taste). Stir in the meat and onions. Stir in the chopped parsley. Add more salt, pepper, and/or paprika to taste.
7 Keep the stroganoff on warm heat until the noodles are done cooking. When the noodles are ready (al dente) drain.

Dia napud koy recipe nga giluto para sa mga viewer. Pamahaw ni nga pagkaon.

humot kaayo ni ug maluto na kay mag ilog ang baho sa chocolate ug saging.
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. chocolate chips
3 med. mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and butter. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is creamy (1-2 minutes). Add banana, eggs and vanilla. Continue beating, scraping bowl often until well mixed (1-2 minutes). By hand, stir in flour, baking soda and salt until well moistened. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon into 12 greased large muffin tins. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan.

Next recipe breakfast casserole pwede pud brunch. Pwede ang i layer nimo ani sa ilawom bread,croutons, pero ganahan ko sa hash brown.Unya instead sausage akong gibutang sa ibabaw bacon akong gihiwa ug ninagmay.

2-3 slices bread (cut in squares)pwede hash brown or croutons.Lami ang hash brown potato ug lasa
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
Salt
1 lb. bulk sausage(pwede usa ka box nga bacon ani)
2 c. milk
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
Place bread pieces in greased casserole. Brown sausage and drain. Spread over bread. Add 1 cup grated cheese. Make mixture of 6 eggs, 2 cups milk, salt and 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard. Pour over above and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

All-purpose imong gigamit?  Gabutang ka'g vinegar sa imong dough to make it a bit white or sa imong steaming water?  But it doesn't matter kay pag konsumo lang man.  It looks so yummy!  Tigbuhat bitaw ko ani pero di mokaon akong bana kay exotic ra daw.  At first kaingon nya wa daw naluto kay puti pa!  I enjoy making siopao!

Murag ang gamiton sa atua nga flour ani kahinumdom ko sa culinary arts namo pag high school kay katong snow sheen flour man siguro to.
Lami man pud Grace siopao jud ang lami hahahha bisan na mess up ni nako pagmix ug una. Wa bitaw mokaon akong bana heheheh bisan giunsa ug agda heheheh. Sa puti dagway diay nga color ani mao ilang feeling hilaw pa.

Moangay jud ni sila motabang tabang labi na si Melissa.Si Michelle medyo dali ra laayon.Usahay kung imong patabangon madoble imong trabaho hehehhe pero motabang man jud mao tagsaan nako sila ug bowl kay mag ilog man mao tagsaan unya dapat pareha sila kay ug makuwangan ug itlog ang usa mocomplain dayon.

Cel dia ra ang unsaon paghimo ug siopao.
Ingredients
•   6 cups flour
•   1 cup white sugar
•   1 package active dry yeast
•   1 lb cubed pork loin or chicken thighs
•   2 teaspoons cooking oil
•   6 teaspoons baking powder
•   1/2 cup boiling water
•   4 teaspoons oyster sauce
•   4 teaspoons light soy sauce
•   6 hard-boiled eggs
•   2 green onions
•   4 teaspoons brown sugar
•   1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in 2 t. water
•   2 cloves garlic
•   1 cup lukewarm water
•   3 teaspoons salt


METHOD

Siopao Dough:
1.   In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder, set aside.
2.   In another bowl liquefy yeast in lukewarm water then add 1 cup of the flour mixture. Mix thoroughly.
3.   Cover with a cloth and let rise 1 hour.
4.   In the meantime, soften the white sugar in the boiling water.
5.   Stir well then let cool to lukewarm.
6.   Pour into the yeast mixture, and then add the rest of the prepared flour mixture.
7.   Stir to blend well. Grease a large bowl.
8.   Turn dough out onto a floured board and knead for 3 minutes, you want your dough smooth, not sticky.
9.   Put ball into bowl, turn once and cover with a damp cloth.
10.   Let rise 2 hours or until doubled.

Siopao Filling:
1.   Stir fry the garlic and onions in a small amount of oil in a wok.
2.   Add meat and stir fry for 1 minute or until meat is no longer pink.
3.   Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar.
4.   Transfer in the dissolved cornstarch and stir fry quickly until meat is glazed well. Remove from heat and let cool.

How to make Siopao:
1.   Punch down dough and knead on a floured board for 3 to 5 minutes.
2.   Divide dough and roll each half into a 12×2 inch log.
3.   Cut each into 12 pieces, making 24.
4.   Roll each piece into a ball using your hands then rolling it flat into a 3 inch diameter circle.
5.   Powder with flour if needed to prevent sticking.
6.   Place 1 slice of egg into center of dough round, then 1 T. of filling with sauce.
7.   Gather sides of round pinch together and twist.
8.   Put pinched side down on parchment paper and place in steamer. Repeat until done.
9.   Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 1 hour. Steam Siopao for 20 minutes. You can freeze cooked Siopao, simply re-steam for 10 minutes.

2 tablespoons dried currants
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 dash ground allspice
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water
ICING:
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon 2% milk
