igo igo jud ni sa winter isagol sa mga soups.Butang dayon sa freezer. Lucky kaayo ta sa  atua sa pilipinas kay tibook tuig tang naay madawdaw diri ug winter wala gyud.Ayo unta ug na bear pa tang pwede ra mag hibernate unsaon tawo man tang mokaon man gyud inig winter.

btaw Raqz tugnaw na sab dri sa amoa...wa diay mga deer diha sa injo Raqz? naa ko naka uban sa FL last sumer, taga chicago sab to hilig og deer hunting og salmon fishing, mao na ila karne butang sa ila freezers....redi for winter :)

Estambay sa ko sa akong kusina. No school ang mga bata karong adlawa so nabusy ko sa akong kusina.Namahaw mi ug sausage gravy over slice of bread ganiha. Sa paniudto nagluto ko sa akong kusina ug Creamy Ranch Pork Chops.

Creamy Ranch Pork Chops lami kaayo ni pwede imo i bake pwede sad sa pan lang.
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup milk
1 package (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
Paprika
Ranch-Style Rice

Directions:

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.
Stir the soup, milk and 1/2 package salad dressing mix in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Sprinkle with the paprika.
Serve with the Ranch-Style Rice.

Zucchini Bread Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups grated fresh zucchini
2/3 cup melted unsalted butter
2 teaspoons baking soda
Pinch salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1 cup dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
METHOD
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in the grated zucchini and then the melted butter. Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour, a third at a time. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and nutmeg and mix. Fold in the nuts and dried cranberries or raisins if using.
2 Divide the batter equally between 2 buttered 5 by 9 inch loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour (check for doneness at 50 minutes) or until a wooden pick inserted in to the center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Turn out onto wire racks to cool thoroughly.
Makes 2 loaves.

3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 (3/4 inch) thick pork chops
DIRECTIONS
In a medium saucepan, combine the ketchup, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, paprika, chili powder and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside half of the sauce.
Preheat broiler.
Brush both sides of the chops with sauce. Place chops on broiling pan rack. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes on each side. Brush with more sauce. Continue broiling, turning and basting every 3 to 4 minutes, until juices run clear. Serve with reserved sauce.

Citrus Pork Chops
6 pork chops, Ê1/2 to Ê3/4 inch thick
2 tablespoons canola or olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon sugar
2 oranges, cut into sections
Flour as needed

Brown chops in oil. Pour off drippings. Season chops with salt and pepper.
Combine juices, honey, spices and sugar. Pour over chops. Cover tightly and cook on low heat for 45 minutes. Add orange sections and cook just until heated through. Remove chops.
Thicken pan liquid with flour for gravy and spoon over hot chops.

peborit sab naho ng veggie salad Raqz, basta naa lay dressing...bisag mayonnaise ra, payts na ko ana...samot nag naay adobo parehas ana...kalami ba, gutmon man sab tag ahat hehehe  ;D

og way tableya, naa may mapalit nga champorado mix sa pinoy/asian store...naa man gani redi mix na nga champo naa sa plastic cup na morag noodles pud, dugang lng hot water...kaon na...naa pa jud pakapin gamatoy nga plastik kutcharita  ;D
