Flickr give me hard time here. Di man makita ang picture nga akong gi upload moingon man unavilable. Unsa kahay problema.Balik sa lang ko kadali sa Photobucket. Nagbayad ko sa Photobucket aron di nila ma delete akong mga image Mike so unlimited bandwitch na ni. Sure na ko ani di na ni nila i delete kat gibayran na nako sila.Bayran pud nako ang Flickr aron makita nako akong image hahahha.

-pakoloan una ang noodles hangtud sa gihomokon nga imo gusto

While:

-maggiza ug obod sa sibuyas dahon ug bombay
-ahos
- stripe carrots (or other vege)
- tricolor paprika (green-red-yellow)
-stripe bacon

add little powder pfeffer and soja sauce (according to ur taste)

last ibutang ang noodles ,
 ibutang ang dahong sibuyas

Wow naa kay mangga diha? lami raba ning manggaha ug di ba humok kanang kagumkom pa kan on. Dia koy suggestion anang imong squash. Himoo nang spaghetti. Mao ni procedure.
Method: Just get in there and cut it in half (lengthwise) or quarters. You don't want to cut it up too small unless you want short strands. Scrape out the seeds and pulp as you would with any squash or pumpkin.

Bake rind side up about 30 to 40 minutes at 375 F.
Microwave 6 to 8 minutes (let stand for a few minutes afterwards)
Boil 20 minutes or so.

Separate strands by running a fork through in the "from stem to stern" direction.
Cooking Spaghetti Squash Whole

Advantages to cooking the squash whole: It's easier.
Disadvantages: It takes longer to cook, and you need to watch out for burns when removing the pulp and seeds.

Method: Pierce the squash several times with a sharp knife. (Do this especially if you're microwaving it, or you may end up with a "Squash Explosion.")

Bake about an hour in the oven at 375 F.
Microwave 10 to 12 minutes, then let stand for 5 minutes or so afterwards to finish steaming.
Boil for half an hour or so.
Slow Cooker/Crock Pot: Put it in with a cup of water and let it go on low all day (8 to 10 hours).

When done, cut open "at the equator", remove seeds and pulp (I use tongs and an oven mitt -- it is HOT) and separate strands with a fork.

Birthday karong adlawa sa akong bana. Upat na siya ka dekada ug tunga ning kalibutan.Nagcelebrate mi last sunday ug karong adlawa nagluto ko sa iyang favorite meal. Pot Roast unya pumpkin cake ginamagama ra ni nako wa gasubay ug recipe.

Pot Roast
1 lb. beef pot roast
4 medium potato
6 carrots
2T worcestershire sauce
2 cubes beef bouillon
medium onion slice
1 cup water
pepper and salt to tast
1 T cooking oil
Brown pot roast in big cooking pan sprinkle pepper and salt.(You can use pressure cooker on this).Add worcestershire sauce,1 cup of water,beef bouillon,slice onion and cook till beef is tender.Add the carrots and potato. dia ra ang pumpkin cake all covered with white cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients:
1 big can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 sticks butter
1 cup sugar
1 t baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 t vanilla
3 cups flour
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sour cream

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Mix in pumpkin and sour cream. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
Pour 1/2 of batter into a buttered 13x9 inch glass baking dish.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes.Let it cool then add the frosting on top

Cream Frosting
1   8.ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup powder sugar.
Mix cream cheese and butter in elec. mixer until smooth.Add sugar (hinayhinaya ni ug add aron di manglupad).
