Compassionate Love Binds People Together!

In today's world we hear the term "compassion" and "compassionate love" used quite loosely. Some people also think there is a thin line between love and hate.
To be compassionate, you of course must be willing to free yourself of personal concerns for a time. In a materialistic world filled with empty gestures it's not that easy to adopt a true level of concern for the lives of others.
To be compassionate you have to set aside your world and be open to understanding the world of each person that you meet so that their world unfolds with all of its mystery, horror, pain and beauty. You can bond with people in a very intimate way but still maintain a separate understanding of your world too.

John 3:16
 16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[a] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Are You Fulfilling Your Life Purpose?

Imagine a hammer.
A solid, shiny, shimmering hammer.
Expensive. Made of high-grade steel and first-class polished wood.
          Now imagine a primitive tribesman from the mountains who has never seen a hammer in his life. He picks up the hammer, likes it immediately, and brings it home. And for the next 50 years, he uses it as a wonderful back scratcher.
Scratch.
Scratch.
Scratch.
That’s all it did for 50 years.
Friends, many people are like that hammer. Because they’re not fulfilling their life purpose, their greatness doesn’t come out.
          I believe there are four kinds of people on planet earth…
A.   Extremely Unhappy people don’t know their life purpose.
B.   Unhappy people who know their life purpose but don’t work on it.
C.   Happy people who know their life purpose, work at it, but not daily.
D.   Extremely Happy people who know their purpose and work on it daily!

How to Pray the Seraphic Rosary (seven decades) in honor of the seven joys of Mary:

Say 1 Our Father, 10 Hail Marys and 1 Glory Be on each decade.

1. The first Joy in the Crown of Mary, is the joy of our Lady at the Annunciation: "behold the handmaid of the Lord, be it done to me according to your word."

R: May I become your humble servant, Lord.

2. The second Joy in the Crown of Mary, is the joy of our Lady at the Visitation: Rising up, Mary went into the hillcountry and saluted her cousin Elizabeth.

R: Grant us true love of neighbor, Lord.

3. The third Joy in the Crown of Mary, is the joy of our Lady at the Birth of Jesus and the Adoration of the Magi: She brought forth her first born son ...and layed him in a manger.

R: Give us true poverty of spirit, Lord.

4. The Fourth Joy in the Crown of Mary, is the joy of our Lady at the Presentation and Purification: They carried him to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord ...as it written in the Law of the Lord.

R: May I never lose you through serious sin, Lord.

6.The Sixth Joy in the Crown of Mary, is the joy of our Lady at the Ressurection of Jesus: "The Lord is not here...He is risen."

R: May we share your glory, Lord.

7.The Seventh Joy in the Crown of Mary, is the joy of our Lady at her Assumption into heaven and her Corronation: a woman clothed with the Sun...upon her head a crown of twelve stars.

R: Mary, may we share your crown of eternal life.

For those amongst you, who are aged, to the young, stop spreading rumors, and spreading slander.

Do you think that God is deaf to your rumors? To the lies that  you spread about? Neither is it blind nor mute to those that know that you spread rumors, and speak and spread ill.

For the Lord God strengthens those who are confident in Him, and blesses them who are being persecuted by ill words.

Bury your harsh nature, for it serves no purpose, but prepares a hole for yourself.
