Fork On The Road

In life, we will come across our own symbolic 'fork on the road'.
Two ways leading to one direction, the difference is that one way is the Right, and sometimes may be referred to as the 'unpopular' route, especially in these trying times. And the other route may seem 'popular' in today's times, but in accordance to the Word of God, is wrong.

Do you listen to your cosncience and do what is right, though hard and trying? Or do you take the easy way out, and do what is wrong---yet quick to the chase?

Free Will. Its your decision to make. Just remember, the Big Guy Upstairs is always watching.

A Mother's Love

A father's love is unchallenged, a love of sibling, of friends, all are deep and to the heart. But there is a unique love regarding Mother. Mom, who bore us 9 months in the womb. Mom, who underwent pain and labor to give birth to us--to offer us life in the world. Some mothers even endured over 26 hours of labor (my mommy). Just for me. So that I could live. Mommy.

Mom, who stresses and worries for our namesakes throughout our lives, our childhood, teenage years, and even now--in early adulthood.
Mom, who prays for you even when you are sleeping and thinking of you on your birthday.

Is a reminder, that we were once little things that grew in our Mommy's womb. Part of her, yet individually different.

Where would we be without our mommies?

Personally lang, i am nothing , nowhere without my mom and my dad.

Daku na galing ta, pero pa mommy ug mamang pa. hehe.

Before I left for schooling, ni ingon ahong mom nako, "Even if you're a big man now, you're always my baby boy."

Wa ko naka respond. Ning nod ra. Pero as soon as they left me at the airport, loading my luggage, and entering the airplane, i broke down in tears. Because the image of my mom came back to me. Mommy..
