I was invited to bless a newly opened Creole Restaurant this evening, Le Café De Bon Temps. For starter ako order was C.B.T. Crab Cake (Lake Ponchartrain Jumbo Lump Crabmeat blended with herbs and spices with spicy pepper jelly cocktail sauce); Sweet Potato Andouille and Spinach Okra Gumbo Soup du Jour and Market Fish with Dirty Rice Pilaf and Vegetable Do Jour. Balibad nakos dessert bwahaha.
Ajo gani gipadal-an kog menu, di ta ko ka memorize sa akong nakaon tonight... kay aron daw pod e spread nako by word of mouth inig Mass, which I do from time to time, bwahehe. But the food is truly superb! That's all I can say. Ayo gani kay libre.
