Naa ko before..but ako gi sunog after me bulag ako first bf..I realized dili maayo to have it kay past naman,makit-an unya sa present di magubot  ;D ;D..I used to have clippings also of my frustrations, happiness etc and address it to God,but after writting ako pod e sunog kay secret feelings raba mabasahan unya atleast na express ;D. I also learned that it's a good way of helping yourself let go of the heavy feelings inside.

Simple ra man Bro. Pero ang setback sa Baybayin dili ka kasuwat ug English. Puwede sa Tagalog pero dili puwede sa Boholano kay wa may J ang Baybayin.

May improved version sa Baybayin (though not officially accepted) where they have equivalents for alphabet letters nga wa sa original Baybayin alphabet. Kung gusto ka mosuwat in English mao ni puwede gamiton. ;D

The term "Ngit ngit". This means 'night time' , 'dark' right?

I always used the term 'gabii' for night time. Is it alright to use 'ngit-ngit' / 'gabii' interchangeably?

Thanks.

Kaning ngitngit mura ni ug adjective ang nature ani. Ang buot ipasabot ani wa nay adlaw ug dili maklaro kay way suga or the absence of light in short, dark sa English man siguro.

Sakto ning imohang gabii is for night time Bro.

Kung ako ha, dili sakto nga gamiton ang mao nga mga pulong interchangeably. The other is an adjective while the other is a noun.

Pananglitan: Maajong gabii diha hurot ninjo tanan! Palihog ko ug kuha sa suga kay ngitngit diri dapit sa guwa.

March 3 - Today is the feast of SAINT KATHARINE DREXEL, Religious

Saint Katharine Drexel, Religious (Feast Day-March 3) Born in 1858, into a prominent Philadelphia family, Katharine became imbued with love for God and neighbor. She took an avid interest in the material and spiritual well-being of black and native Americans. She began b...y donating money but soon concluded that more was needed - the lacking ingredient was people. Katharine founded the Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament for Black and Native American peoples, whose members would work for the betterment of those they were called to serve. From the age of 33 until her death in 1955, she dedicated her life and a fortune of 20 million dollars to this work. In 1894, Mother Drexel took part in opening the first mission school for Indians, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Other schools quickly followed - for Native Americans west of the Mississippi River, and for the blacks in the southern part of the United States. In 1915 she also founded Xavier University in New Orleans. At her death there were more than 500 Sisters teaching in 63 schools throughout the country. Katharine was beatified by Pope John Paul II on November 20, 1988.

Because of her lifelong dedication to her faith and her selfless service to the oppressed, Pope John Paul II canonized her on October 1, 2000 to become only the second recognized American-born saint.

In that regard, Vince, you are right. Romans 3:23 , "For all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God.."

Pero in defense of the Church lang, these few priests / men of the cloth who abuse their roles in the Church do not represent the Church as a whole. Yes, they may have fallen to sin, however, as all of us, sin is an innate trait for all mankind. Likewise, we must pray for these members of the Church who falter at times. I'm not trying to defend that the actions they have committed should be dispelled, however, those who ask honest pardon and forgiveness of their sins, should be given a second chance.

I mean, God gives all of us 3rd, 4th, 5th, ...an infinitum of chances. So long as we believe and ask of His mercy..

Thank you Bro. ;D

Christ Jesus tells us, my dear brothers, that salvation is not come through works by men, but by Faith. It is through Faith in the Rightousness of the Lord and in His Resurrection that one is saved.

For it is written:

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.”
-Ephesians 2:8,9

Tinuod ba ni Bro? Nagbasa man gud ko ug mga apologetics ug sa Catholic Doctrines nga nag ingon ang SALVATION is through faith plus work.

James 2:14-26 (New International Version, ©2011)

Faith and Deeds

14 What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them?
15 Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. 16 If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? 17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
18 But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.”

Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds. 19 You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe thatâ€"and shudder.

20 You foolish person, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless[a]? 21 Was not our father Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? 22 You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. 23 And the scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,” and he was called God’s friend. 24 You see that a person is considered righteous by what they do and not by faith alone.

25 In the same way, was not even Rahab the prostitute considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction? 26 As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.

All of these are names, bro. To be politically correct. 'Abortifacent', 'Family Planning Protocol'. Changing the name so as to make it seem more civil, humane. These devices were created, invented so as to prevent life, or kill life.

There is a drug that 'Family Planning Centers' have , it is called Mifepristone and Misoprostol. These drugs are given to a pregnant woman. The effects of these drugs is opening the cervix, prematurely and initiating heavy bleeding. This will actually cause an induced-abortion. It kills the embryo/fetus.

The culture of death is upon this world. I was shocked to know that even UN and the US are funding millions and millions of money for the distribution of contraceptives here in the Philippines. It is ironic for the Filipinos to protect the environment and the welfare of animals and plants but at the same time passing laws that are against the unborn citizens of this country.
#2357
But when a woman becomes pregnant, she is not alone. There is also a body inside her that depends on her. I believe that is the time when a woman's right to do what she wants for her body ends. A person's right ends where someone's right begins.

Life is a gift from God. The GIVER knows and is very wise in His Gifts. The problem with the world today is that when the gift is given, it is refused. But when the gift is withheld, we insist.

The moment sperm meets egg, bro. Implantation is merely the attachment of the blastocyst into the uterine wall. It is already a living being.

The prototype of a human being. The moment fertilization occurs, life is created in such a way that leads to unprecedented growth and rapid cellular division.

God, in His Brilliance, deigns it so that by the 3rd to 4th week of life, the embryonic heart is almost finished developing. By the end of this stage, the embryonic heart immediately pumps as soon as it is completed. The moment of conception, the blastocyst is already pre-programmed to develop in such a way that the heart begins development immediately.

THanks for the info Bro. Is the view that conception begins at fertilization universal in the medical world?
