Inspiration & Hope / Re: Mistakes

Maxxy,

Gagmay pa kaayo mo niadto nga halos gani wala mo kahibawo kon unsay inyong gihimo. Kon gikabay-an ka man, segurado ko nga way nahitabong penetration kay pulos pa kaayo mo bata niadto. In fact, matud mo wala ka man makasinati og pagdugo. So, nagpasabot nga wala ra nakatandog kadtong hitaboa sa imong virginity.

Kay if he really loves you, di siya magtagad ning mga butanga, virgin ka man o di. Gawas pa, tan-aw nako di man concern ang imong uyab ning butanga.

Sukad mi nagkauyab, never gyud siya nga mihagad nako og sex kay alang niya mahitabo lang kini sud sa among kaminyuon. Hinuon, dunay mga halok-halok ug gakos-gakos, apan kutob ra gyud dinhi. Sa laktod, di siya mapahimuslanon. Matinud-anon siyang pagkatawo.

Hinuon, wala man ko magdugo niadtong tungura unya dali ra sab kaayo tong among gibuhat kay nagduwa-duwa ra god mi. Unsa kahay imong hunahuna, Noy?

Report in German weekly is likely to further strain ties between US, Europe
PUBLISHED JULY 01, 2013
http://www.businesstimes.com.sg/

[BRUSSELS] The European Union (EU) angrily demanded answers from the United States yesterday over allegations Washington had bugged its offices, the latest spying claim attributed to fugitive leaker Edward Snowden.

The report in German weekly Der Spiegel is likely to further strain relations between the US and Europe, shortly after they launched formal negotiations to create what would be the world's biggest free trade area.

The US taps half a billion phone calls, emails and text messages in Germany in a typical month and has classed its biggest European ally as a target similar to China, according to secret US documents quoted by the German newsmagazine.

The revelations of alleged US surveillance programmes based on documents taken by fugitive former National Security Agency (NSA) contractor Edward Snowden have raised a political furore in the US and abroad over the balance between privacy rights and national security.

What apparently drove the goat of the city councilor was the information that the Imboys’ daughter, Rochelle Brigette Imboy, was drafted as Quano’s executive vice president to pave the way for the young municipal councilor of becoming the next PCL president in a reported “time-sharing agreement”.

Bohol already had contact with other civilizations even before the discovery of the Philippines. This was evident in the remains of people found in Anda Peninsula indicating the use of gold, jewelry and death masks, buried their dead in wood coffins and “enhanced” their women’s appearance by flattening and shaping their skulls.

Trade between Chinese began in as early as 5th Century, bringing wares and porcelain goods for their return to their mainland. Boholanos served as distributors, taking the Chinese goods as far as the Moluccas to barter with honey, spices and other items. This practice made Boholanos reasonably stable than other islands. -- http://www.camperspoint.com/History-of-Bohol

Liturgical Year C
Gospel - Lk 9:51-62

51 And it came to pass, when the days of his assumption were accomplishing, that he steadfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem.
52 And he sent messengers before his face; and going, they entered into a city of the Samaritans, to prepare for him.
53 And they received him not, because his face was of one going to Jerusalem.
54 And when his disciples James and John had seen this, they said: Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them?
55 And turning, he rebuked them, saying: You know not of what spirit you are.
56 The Son of man came not to destroy souls, but to save. And they went into another town.
57 And it came to pass, as they walked in the way, that a certain man said to him: I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.
58 Jesus said to him: The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.
59 But he said to another: Follow me. And he said: Lord, suffer me first to go, and to bury my father.
60 And Jesus said to him: Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou, and preach the kingdom of God.
61 And another said: I will follow thee, Lord; but let me first take my leave of them that are at my house.
62 Jesus said to him: No man putting his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. -- http://www.catholicnewsagency.com/

He called on authorities to intensify their information campaign warning the public against bringing packages abroad in exchange for huge sums of money.

In a separate interview, retired general Dionisio Santiago, former head of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), said most suspects or convicts on death row claimed they were not aware they were transporting drugs.

Santiago said drug mules are first “trained” in carrying their bags or placing suitcases in such a way that it would be hard for operators of x-ray machines to detect contraband.

Both Belmonte and Santiago said government efforts to save convicted Filipino drug couriers from execution could actually be disadvantageous as they could lead to more victims. â€" With Paolo Romero

Sotto recalled that up to about 200 Filipinos had been detained in Malaysia for drug-related activities. But he said the number of Filipinos held for involvement in drug-related offenses has declined significantly from 2008 to 2011. He did not give figures.

Iligan City Rep. Vicente Belmonte Jr. also said drug couriers are “willing victims,” and that their being caught and punished in other countries should serve as lesson to Filipinos aiming for easy cash.

“To a certain extent, you may call them willing victims. I really hope there would be an end to this, and we all learn from this,” Belmonte, chairman of the House committee on dangerous drugs, said yesterday.

“Filipinos, I mean those who are in need of money, are among the favorite to be victimized as drug mules by these drug syndicates because they are seen to be ‘brave,’ meaning, desperate to do these things,” Belmonte said.
#21665
While the government should exert every effort to help distressed Filipinos abroad, Sotto said there is a need to weigh matters with regard to cases involving serious violation of laws, especially those related to drugs.

“Oftentimes, we try to help these drug mules. They feel protected and the others continue,” he told The STAR.

Five years since helping sound the alarm on the activities of Filipino drug mules as chairman of the Dangerous Drugs Board (DBB), Sotto lamented that many Filipinos are still willing to risk their lives and freedom for the lure of easy money by working as drug mules.

When he was DBB chairman, Sotto said there were about 200 cases of drug-related cases in China involving Filipinos.

He said drug syndicates would usually recruit Filipinos whose working or tourists visas are set to expire.

He said drug couriers are paid from $1,500 to $5,000 for every transaction.

MANILA, Philippines - The government should just let China carry out its execution on July 2 of a Filipina drug convict to serve as warning to potential Filipino drug couriers, Sen. Vicente Sotto III said Thursday.

“Time and again, we will always warn our countrymen about it. Tigas ng mga ulo (They’re so hardheaded). If they are truly guilty, we should do a Pontius Pilate,” Sotto said when asked how the Aquino administration should deal with the looming execution of a 33-year-old Filipina in China.

He was apparently referring to Pilate’s literally washing his hands to absolve himself of blame after being forced by a raucous crowd to sentence Jesus to death.

Beijing’s highest court upheld last June 26 the death sentence on the unnamed Filipina for smuggling into China in January 2011 some 13 kilos of heroin, together with a male companion. Her male companion, reportedly a cousin, was also sentenced to death with two-year reprieve. The two arrived in Hangzhou, China as tourists.

Imbis nga kaluy-an, gidaug-daog na hinuon.

British Bespoke Automobiles will import the brand’s Phantom, Ghost and Wraith models to the country.

Ten said a new Rolls-Royce showroom is set to open at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City in the first quarter of 2014.

The Rolls-Royce Ghost sells for P25.9 million for the entry-level unit, while other units may sell for as much as P33 million.

Ten said units may arrive by December or later for orders placed now, depending on the customization a buyer may require.

The luxury market in the Philippines sells between 2,000 and 3,000 units a year.

The appointment of a Manila importer-dealer is part of Rolls-Royce’s expansion of its presence in the Asia Pacific region from China to 21 cities.

The decision of Rolls-Royce to enter the Philippines is based largely on the country’s improving economic fundamentals, its regional director for the Asia-Pacific Paul Harris said.

“It is a positive time for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars to be entering the Philippines, one of the fastest growing Asian economies this year. We are confident that the brand will do well in this country. I am looking forward to moving ahead with British Bespoke Automobiles in this exciting new market,” Harris said.

In the first quarter of the year, the Philippine economy grew 7.8 percent, making the country the fastest growing economy in Asia as it beat China’s 7.7 percent annual growth and 1.6 percent quarterly performance.

The 7.8 percent is above the full year target of six to seven percent and the 6.8 percent recorded last year.

At yesterday’s launch, Ten said his dealership is aiming to sell at least 10 units within the year and as many as 99 units next year.

He said prominent businessmen, including Manuel V. Pangilinan, have expressed interest in acquiring their own Rolls-Royce cars. “There are many inquiries and interest from people... maybe 20 people,” Ten said.

Cardinal Dolan: "The federal government ought to respect the truth that marriage is the union of one man and one woman, even where states fail to do so. The preservation of liberty and justice requires that all laws, federal and state, respect the truth, including the truth about marriage. It is also unfortunate that the Court did not take the opportunity to uphold California’s Proposition 8 but instead decided not to rule on the matter.

"The common good of all, especially our children, depends upon a society that strives to uphold the truth of marriage. Now is the time to redouble our efforts in witness to this truth. These decisions are part of a public debate of great consequence. The future of marriage and the well-being of our society hang in the balance.

"Marriage is the only institution that brings together a man and a woman for life, providing any child who comes from their union with the secure foundation of a mother and a father.

"Our culture has taken for granted for far too long what human nature, experience, common sense, and God’s wise design all confirm: the difference between a man and a woman matters, and the difference between a mom and a dad matters. While the culture has failed in many ways to be marriage-strengthening, this is no reason to give up. Now is the time to strengthen marriage, not redefine it."

While supporters of marriage equality celebrated the Supreme Court's historic decisions on gay marriage on Wednesday, religious conservatives slammed the rulings and vowed to continue their fight against same-sex unions.

“Today is a tragic day for marriage and our nation," Cardinal Timothy Dolan and Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone said in a joint statement representing U.S. bishops. "The Supreme Court has dealt a profound injustice to the American people by striking down in part the federal Defense of Marriage Act. The Court got it wrong."

Protected Areas and Wildlife Bureau (PAWB) Director Theresa Mundita Lim said they would subject the tarsier to necropsy to find out the cause of death.

She said the tarsier had appeared healthy when it was turned over to the PAWB.

It had shown no signs of stress and was eating well in its cage, Lim added.

“If this did not happen, we planned to bring it to Bohol for its possible reintroduction to the wild. But because of this development, we’ll have to check first what happened to the animal,” she said.

The PAWB official said an investigation is ongoing to determine who brought the tarsier to the city.

Lim said the one responsible for transporting the tarsier faces charges for violating the Wildlife Act.

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources issued an Administrative Order to protect and conserve the Philippine tarsier, classified as an endangered species.
