Manga one week before the actual election herrera and Montano signs had been taken down.. Chatto posters and tarpolines remain standing until this day.

Do not worry Mormons were asked nationally by the COMELEC as the only church in the Philippines to clean up the campaign materials that presently pollute the nation...

All the garbage is coming down to make a big bonfire this Saturday please bring hot dogs, marshmallows and ingredients for making smores!!! lol!

Thank you TOPAC for the update. I like Lim she is sweet, I also like Abapo and jala but I am not sure on who was this Alturas person?

Congratulations to Conching Lim...... In many of the Tagbilaran City precincts she scored low compared to Abapo and Jala who had scored higher.....

I hope her platform is lived up to.... and that goes for the rest of them...

For starters.

Post speed in designate areas, school and church areas in town down should be 20-25 mph.

National highway in Bohol 50-55mph due to passing vehicles.

A national or state drinking intolerance should be in affect.

.08% drinking intolerance or over one night in jail if caught, second offense, license taken away and vehicle impounded. third offense.... and so on even treatment and jail time...

Issue tickets to those who are operating vehicles with-out liability insurance and they should make it mandatory to have this insurance of PIP so that if  and when they do have an accident the innocent driver or passengers hurt or killed from the other vehicle at fault will be able to cover the cost of the medical and hospital and funeral expenses.

If you cannot afford to maintain the headlights or back lights, license tabs, or pay for insurance then you should be considered as a financial driving risk to others.Sad to say if your to poor to maintain your safety equipment than you are to poor to drive period end of story as even more so your you would not even be able to pay if you hurt, injured or killed someone.

And most days those who do have accidents when appealing for financial help on the radio no one will donate any assistance from their pockets....

Driving is considered a luxury to those who can afford it and can afford to pay for any accident/death that they have caused.

I love the laws that are strictly implemented where I am originally from. I do not feel like that when I drive that I am taking a daily gamble from all the bad habits from the drivers here in Philippines. A big percentage here drive like they do not care about other persons lives.

And many are not following the laws of emission testing  I go through a bottle of facial cleaner weekly just to get the black exhaust off from my face and body.

No wonder why so many here have complications with breathing and lung cancer.

People here just do not care about helping keep the other lives safe and healthy here when it comes to operating and owning a vehicle.....

Drive with courtesy drive with care and pay attention to others drivers around you.

Yes' I agree that Philippines is old fashioned in some senses but they are also ahead of times in other departments of life.

Being old fashioned is no excuse for stupidity of others.

I hope that Alturas Co. is very helpful in the burying of this family and helping any of the dependent relatives move on financially in life.

I hope the driver of the truck was given an alcohol sobriety test to determine if the driver assumed at fault was intoxicated at the time?

That is another problem here there are no sobriety level test taken here to determine the toxicology results of how much one was drunk.

Last Saturday while driving my scooter home I noticed two men riding on a motor both had thier faces covered up and while passing me on the hill I noticed the back rider was losing papers out the back i shouted "Hey your dropped something!" but they did not hear me...

I noticed it was paper all the same shape and size. I noticed it was things said against herrera on regards to this topic. Also there were other issues on the flyer loosely being strewn down to the road one regarding a murder of someone...The material written was in Bisaya sorry i am not able to translate all of it.

It's all about me me me so what are you going to do about....reminds me of some lyrics to an old song once popular back in my teeny bopper days!

It is not yet confirmed with Bohol media according to GM Lito Responte.

Okay I will confirm with colleagues because we are all waiting for the Vice Governor report on the island. Where did your dad get his information?

I have nothing against the winner or those who campaigned they are all nice in my eyes.

We need other confirmation and other reliable resources to give us the stats of the votes Grazie, does your dad have the over-all voting from Bohol? Your dad must be working in government to get the information so fast before those of us living here on the island.

Thanks Grazie for your up to date feeding.

I am just on here today because Mike text me to make sure his website was still up.

I'm wondering what the basis are, for your votes?... Montano may hold promise, but he is not winnable this election and its a bit late for you to start campaigning for him, Campos the fourth candidate is just a nuisance,...that leaves herrera and Chatto in the contest...You only have two guys to choose from, if you read through all the posts, and is as tsismoso/sa as most, to believe in the black propa hurled at each other by their alipores...you would say you're in a catch 22 situation, a damn if you do, and damn if you don't dilemna...

Ahem, i think your wrong in what your saying since we are now in a post election phase. The contest was between Chatto and Montano I think you mistakenly said it the other way around.

Now between the two who is better?...What would be the basis by which you would cast your vote?
Accomplishments?...Performance?...Brilliance?... Manners?...Approachability?...Helpfulness?

Vote Wisely...Choose the better of the answers of the above questions...

DI BA LAIN?

Camp Dagohoy reported that some 100 personal have already arrived this week at the PNP camp to ensure that Tagbilaran City will have a peaceful election.

COMELEC Checkpoints are still being done through-out the province to assure everyone's safety.

people are also preparing generators candles just in case there will be a brown-out on election day.

In my eyes Montano seems the most relaxed of the three contenders for governor. I would actually like to know the name of the source where you are getting this information from and just how reliable is it?

Have you personally attended one of Montano's rallies to see if they were being delayed or that proclamation was being stopped? As far as the radio blocks I know he is not getting much play neither is he having hardly anything wrote about him.

I have asked several people here who they want and many of them are saying Montano and others are saying Chatto but it is not often you will hear Herrera's name being mentioned.

I also have not heard Montano bad mouth any politician during his campaign trail. He has stayed really focused and polite the whole time as he always has been that way.

I have heard on the other hand Chairman Mao Lim as the anchorman on DYTR Radio talking about Cesar Montano.

Until now nothing is determined until that last casted ballot has been thrown in to the Computer.

DYRD has what is known as a text clamo. The listeners had text to the radio station concerned about reports about Dan Lim allegedly telling  Barangay Hall Officials that he was planning to have the Barangay in the dark with-out electric so that his opponent would not be able to have his rally heard that night.

When such words had reached the Toto Velsoso team Kagawad BB Inting confirmed in a phone call to DYRD reporters that it was true he felt he had the need to put the generators on stand-by just in case the power would have been cut as said allegedly by Mayor Dan Lim to the said Barangay Officials.

#213
TBN radio station program listeners were texting the late night program regarding possibilities that they had been told by now City mayor Dan Lim that power would be cut off during Toto Velosos's rally.

Kagawad BB Inting has made efforts to have a stand by generator just in case things said by the mayor were to have had come true?

The station called to confirm if what the texters had said were true and Inting confirmed that Dan Lim was making orders to shut off the electricity in that said barangay in where Dan Lims opponent was to be rallying with his teams party. Kagawad Inting also admitted his generator is on standby for the group just in case the lights try to hold down the Toto team.

If anyone reading this attended last nights rally could they let us know if everything went smooth?

Updates to follow.
#214
Even if he did have enemies there is no reason for him to be killed or taken for mistaken identity!!!

The way I undstand the report is thinking that he was not the guy who should of been shot by the the hit man?
#215
This is an absolute epitome coming from Mayor Lim's party and it is a sad and true way indeed  (If this is true.) if the Filipino people accept this kind of habitual voting! I have been known to say in the past that there is still a majority of you can tolerate being sold out for basically nothing to the devils advocate.... Why give yourselves high praises then sell out for cheap?

I often wonder why the same people who complain about the current conditions are the same ones desperate enough to sell their only soul for so very very very cheap indeed.

Do us all a favor if your the one selling yourself like a whore to a candidate than if you find out later that the bed that he promised to you ends up not being so comfy after-all do not come complaining to us and I do mean those who can control and abstain from such sleazy way as having a right as a voter in this nation.

Vote wise and vote honest or if you choose to be a candidate's whore it is up to you and when that candidate who buys you, he can then make you feel so good when he sneaks up behind you and gets you in the know what when you least expect it! he he he he!!!

I get so mad and so very tired when I know people are paid to vote for someone and then they complain later about how bad the candidate is after the election is over.....you vote buy someone you live with it....and everyone suffers for it!!!

I do not want people mad at me for saying this but I care about the Filipino and I do not want to see anyone getting hurt or taken advantage of. I just would like to see less dishonesty if they really claim to be people of God.

Monday, May 3rd, 2010 a 32 years old man married and a huble2 driver lost his life over what is being labeled as a "Mistaken Identity".

The huble2 victima was in the parking area of Alona Kew resort in Tawala Panglao.

A .45 caliber with a silencer was the weapon used to end the life of the victima known as Leonardo Gabayan (Spelling?).

This is according to local PNP police blotter and confirmed by P01 Sogunal (spelling?) a Panglao Tourist Police.

The police also said that the motive of killing has not been determined  if it was politically related or not?

The suspect of the killing is still at large as of now.

Two reports of other killings were also reported yesterday across the island. Sierra Boullinas and I cannot recall the other place right off hand at this time. I will try to update this topic when I am able to.

corn grounds.....Coffee grounds... okay if I was honestly to try and describe the taste aroma and texture of this coffee here is how I would describe it....

It smells sweet same as regular 3 in one coffee. ........ but it has a corn grounds in the last couple of swallows that can get caught in your throat so best not to hurot the corn coffee until the bottom of the cup.

My favorite yummy at City Square is Cassava Cake. same place where you ca get the gritty and tasty corn coffee!!!

Mike let me know if you need my help on this end?

Reports came into DYRD Tagbilaran by Night reporting that Emillio was shot and wounded at the back and lower area of his leg. After looking at the pictures of the captured victim who is unable to speak but able to see you can see him wrapped up in band aides and gauze tape hooked up to IV's and what not he is not in any condition or position to run away anywhere.

He was captured in a barangay in Antequera at or around 10AM yesterday morning.

I spoke to someone who worked for Obenza and she said there was not anything wrong with him and that there were a couple of politicians all worked up who had ousted Obenza to begin with since it was done in the broad middle of of the campaign time....

She was saddened that he rnew boss was transferred out of the area due to political squabbling s.

Thank you for posting this Mike.

I wish you were able to find the paid ad/letter wrtten by former Bohol Governor, Rolando Butaliid regarding Father Skeleton.

His letter hit it right on the nail in my opinion. I think it was in last Sunday's Bohol Chronicle.

I am not so sure this latest advisery regarding this topic is going to make anyone happy here in Bohol.... There has been a memo sent to jail and prison heads that the third guy is already very armed and considered very dangerous. He is also a former member of the NPA and has several bodyguards around him.

I was just passed this news early this evening from one of the head provincail guards who attends church with me.

You are right Ben.

Many text clamo's are reaching into dyRD's TBN at night program complaining about how unsafe they are feeling with the Tagbilaran Mayor's city goons who have been harassing innocent citizens in the city. (AKA TASK FORCE!).

Everyday is another suspense not a relax in how it use to be here.

#228
Well anyways we are off topic we already know what I am saying and what I have observed the past ten years of my life here.
I am in Philippines I am not comparing it to other countries I am comparing it to what it is being boasted about and what is the real situation happening here no matter how much you all want to turn your backs in denial or take shock of the bad things that are going on here now.

Look at the negativeness of this campaign? Does that sound and look like christian behavior to you? Look at how you have bribery and killings during your elections does that look like Christianity again?

I still think Bohol is a beautiful place, but there are some things here that have changed how this island was five years ago from today.

Bohol has a killing, a stabbing, happening here just about everyday.

If I had lived here a few years ago and had gone overseas to work and if I am hearing these bad reports I would also be upset about the things that are changing when reading such post describing the Bohol how it was yesterday compared to today.

I would not be mad at the one who is doing the informing instead I would be thankful for the information so I could call back home and give guidance to my family during these times of change to not get caught in the act of these bad elements and to always be vigilant in who they are keeping these days as company.

I only have my hometown newspaper back home to keep me updated no one takes the time to make a forum where I am from and no one takes the time to write on a forum about the things happening in my place in the states.

I am happy to be able to dedicate time in order to keep everyone updated on the things happening here.

I also would like to see others contribute with the same amount of substantive that I put here for you all.

Anyways kapoy ko!

Ingat!

I was told by a Tagbilaran City Counselor that Obenza is related to Governor Erico Aumentado's wife.

I am sure many were not aware of this matter since that would make Obenza and Gub' related through infinity...

lAST EVENING WHILE ATTENDING FIESTA WITH MAM GREENIE AUMENTADO I ASKED HER WHAT WAS HER RELATIONSHIP WITH OBENZA TO SEE IF ANY OF THE REPORTS WERE TRUE FLYING AROUND ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE GOVERNOR'S FAMILY"AND THE PAST PROVINCIAL PNP DIRECTOR?

GREENIE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE ONLY BEST FRIENDS BUT THERE WAS NO RELATIONSHIP THROUGH BLOOD OR INFINITY.

In yesterdays Bohol chronicle there is a paid letter by 3 x mayor's of Tagbilaran City and in that letter they are saying that the task force members are bullying innocent members of media and citizens of the town....

I will try to encode it later but I am going to fiesta now.

It is a taas ang swat so i will do my best to eat a lot of good foods full of energy to encode it here in Tubab Bohol...Later that is.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha AP means Associated Press. Not already printed wise man he he he he he he he!!! That was funny though! :D
#233
I know what is AP in fact my columns were edited before by a member of the AP in the last months that I had been submitting them...but my publisher a very well known man did not even know what was AP when I had told him who was editing my columns.

It is similar to what is known as Reuters here.......

Anyways I am going to a fiesta a Karon Ta!

I will be encoding a paid letter by former x mayor and governor Roland Butalid regarding his feelings about this matter to be known to the public, that was published in yesterdays Chronicle. I am sure you will be having reactions to it.

In my opinion I like it because it supports what i have been trying to say in here the whole time.

Ingat untill I can get it encoded later.

Thank you!

The picture on the front page of the Bohol Chronicle April 25th edition shows escapes inmate Enrique Melencion, who is a murder suspect wounded in Correla town. Cayo Olandria was likewise recaptured just leaving julieto Gomolo at large The trio had bolted out of the jail last Sunday more than one week ago.

I am just confused because many boast about this country being close in family ties and bonding and have been fighting equal rights for their people ......but when it comes to saving their own even if it means paying ransom knowing their ore children and wives of these seamen depending on their daddy who is on that ship I am being sarcastic as this is contradicting to the believes made that Philippines is trying to portray themselves as family loving family....

It does not look like Philippines would pay any price for the safe return of any of it's people and no I am not happy about the American side but we do not go around saying that American are about close family culture either...

I know I think different then most in here....
I always find many contradictions going on all around me daily I'm so confused....argh!

You know what I mean say one thing mean another, have a law and if it is gone against oh well let it happen as it is hardly implemented....

I am not worried about America, I am here that is where my concern is for now..... (America is advanced in thinking when it comes to this situation.)

I think it is awful they are captured but making a joke about it is fun knowing what some of these men put their Filipina wives at risk at by their playboy characters!!!

Some are so bad in getting second families and leaving the original family behind in the Philippines with no support even as he works he sends no allotment and no phone calls or other ways to communicate.

Maybe this is wake-up call for how serious they should take their work as seamen and responsible family members.

Especially knowing what they go through with all their training for such conditions I find it ironic that they are not allowed guns on merchant vessels to be able to protect themselves in such emergencies as this.

#236
as of press time Early Sunday morning two of the three prison inmates are captured again. I think the second one is found in Corella.

Thanks for your interest in this topic. As these persons are rapest, killers, and robbers.
#237
God only knows I do my best to roam how they do here....
#238
But your in America so you must suroy suroy as they do....LOL!!!....(Did I spell that okay?) ;D

I am for both cultures since I grew up in a non-biased culture as America and it is really  after all the land of opportunity for those who want to pursue it!!!  I have things that I hate here and in America and I have things that I love here and in America.

I always try my best to find a balance in everything.

We are three years older and getting wiser!

Oh man did those cupcakes with sprinkles make my mouth water, they looked absolutely delicious..I will take one if you do not mind!!!

Congrats Mike and everyone!!!
#241
No comment!!!.........but this one.... :D
#242
And just why is it that Philippines does not pay ransom for their own? Instead they depend on a wealthy foreign ship owner... I know Filipino seaman quit well. I know some of their characters while at dock as I use to be a volunteer with a seaman center in states.

I think Filipino have song that describes the type of things I had seen happening....(Not being faithful to their wives was number#1.....). I could go on but that would be unethical of me to say what really happens with seamen who say married in Philippines but single in America!

Nah' I bet some of these men on this captured vessel are thinking am  being punished for my past acts while being on board a vessel that travels internationally?..LOL! Bwahahahaha!!!

#243
On Thursday night listening with my friend/partner Joe ligan taking over for Jerry Pabe, on Tagbilaran By Night (dyRD)I had heard live reports reaching the radio station being put live over the air that one of the tourist police in Panglao had a positive ID on one of the three prison Escapees and he was in police custody at the time. The escaped prisoner had been captured at  Amorilla Resort around 8 Pm in the evening.

Could one even imagine breaking a key or even losing a key to such a mid evil looking pair of bloomers? Yikes for real!!!

No Hof'I am not mad at you as we are all entitled to our own opinions in here and I respect that of others except for the picking on persons in here...LOL!

I mentioned earlier that I was able to talk to him on Friday the article came out in the newspaper on Sunday just two days after when I had discussed these things with him.

I am surprised these press releases are saying that he had hung up the phone, and had refused comment? Do we know if that is really what happened?

I have called his cell phone a few times and he takes the tim to talk about what it is that may be troubling someones mind at that time.
I do not see him as the person being described there in the write ups.

That AP write up was same as the news write up that was printed in the Sunday Post last Sunday April 18th. It was written possibly by a Filipino who is having a link with Associated Press (AP) sort of similar to what you call Reuters here.

Why did this person not contact him in person versus over the phone instead? I did not have a problem meeting him at BQ and talking with him direct.

He did not have a problem talking to me about what had taken place in his past, in fact he seemed rather ashamed about it. He told me it was true and he it was in his past that he has served his time for the crime and he is definitely not happy about it.

If your are the same as I am you would hit direct questions to the person with the alleged problem and ask questions straight to get the right answers from the horses mouth.

Especially if your the one to post up news regarding such information as this is a mans past life we are talking about.

Fr. Skeleton has served his time and as Bishop Medroso said in the write up I would have to take the side of the Bishop on this one. I really have a lot of respect for Bishop Medroso here. He is a very educated person in my eyes.

Let him be alone in his second chance at life, and let him continue to be a corrected going straight man now in the same waythat he has been in some time now.

I have read all your threads to this topic I am sorry if you take my being concerned in the wrong way. I am more concerned about those who have it in their blood to put others down instead of trying to network and see how we can help and prevent this kind of things from happening further.

Maybe your offended and all take me wrong to begin with and take it personally as an insult and your all very wrong for trying to condemn me. Instead you attack me about my grammar instead of looking at the real issues.

I see plenty of off the wall statements being made in TB in many threads and if it were me saying those things and me being a foreigner i would get attacked for sure but since it is a Filipina/ Filipino saying the off the wall comments I guess it makes it all the way more cool???

I see rude comments about foreigners all the time but I guess it is okay since your all Filipina /Filipino as foreigners have no rights in your Philippine web site.

It is like what I was told by a friend (Filipino) that "Many appreciate what foreigners do  to help but on the other hand, others here could care less. If you give them money that is what they care about."  His name is Peter. He is a Filipino same as you are.

A lot of what I say is a repeat of what I am hearing from people here. Filipino persons that is.

My personal messages are all kind and very supportive and they are from the ones who do best to get what it is that I am printing here.

I always get the blame for representing the tongues that secretly speak in private but are to ashamed to say it in public.

If people would just pay attention instead of turning something that is to be good into bad then misunderstandings would not be happening. And the bitching could be avoided.

I could care less you out number me by race in here, I already know the attitude on both sides of the fence both good and bad here.

I use to be a really great writer until several bastard colleague Filipino broke down my self esteem and confidence on writing, and simply abused my friendship all the while as falsely posing as a friend only to get monies and other benefits (not sex).... from me.

Last 2009 I was awarded best literary writer of the year in Bohol. Three pictures of me were submitted during that great moment in my life but were suddenly lost by the associate editor as he proclaimed to me "Sorry we cannot find your pictures receiving the media award" (A Filipino) and one of the pictures of me had been submitted by Judge Cabilit personally to my old outlet here. I was the only one who received an award in where it was not published all other outlets published their winners.

Why should I be careful in writing perfect in a forum site? It is a free site your not paying to read what people write. So it makes it different in this case. RELAX people.

Does insulting me personally about my grammar and spelling make you feel better? What is your point people? To me it just means your not willing to accept me regardless of my updates and suggestions, regardless of what I see and observe here...or maybe your not ready to accept or believe that this country still has much distance to go before it can be a more improved place for all. I honestly feel for the first time in about a year that foreigners are not welcome here in Philippines, by the attitudes that are displayed to us here more often in these days and times. Many guys who come here as foreigners get prosecuted by Filipino always about going after Filipina women here as if they are bad for doing that? And I do not deny there are foreign men who like to date and explore many women here also. I also know many foreigner men who help out many women who end up in devastated situations by their own race of men here.

Then some of you put the blame on Westerners for the problems here never giving credit for the good things done here by foreigners.  My advice about that is send your families back to Philippines if Westerners are so bad, and throw those Western husbands in the garbage can. bwahahahaha Come back and marry one of your Filipino here, stick to your own if you do not like Westerners ways. Stop going to Western countries that have an open door job opportunity for persons coming from a third world country such as this one. Many Philippine person marry their own, poor or rich they can make it on their own here with-out being dollar earners.

Many families in Bohol have OFW in their families so come on people who are you kidding when you make comments that Philippines is becoming Westernized? I see mostly Europeans here compared to Westerners to be more truthful. (UK, Ireland, Belgum, Scotland, Germany, etc.).
Why do people go abroad from here if it is so good? No need to be petitioned by relatives or husbands ETC to live abroad if you love it here so much than stay here if he loves you than he would move here, and besides your parents as part of your own culture here are the ones to support you both, no need to be with him in his mother country when you all love and miss this one, you can both live in Philippines fine off the land here and be happy as clams. As some of you seem to say once in a while in here how much you all miss it here.

Who forced you you people to go abroad and say you miss it here? Convince that foreign man your with to pack up and come home and live in paradise in the Philippines together with you so that way you will not miss home anymore. No need to bring any monies because everyone is friendly and willing to help you survive here.

It is neat here, have any of you ever truthfully thought that I want to screw over Filipino/Filipina?  Is that what you think of me? That I am some big mean witch? How seriously rude for coming from a place you say is friendly? I love it here do not get me wrong, and I remember a really great Bohol before that did not have all this bad attitude and comparing going on, and some of the bad elements it has today you could not see this at all when I first came here almost ten years ago.

You would think that if your all as smart as you claim to be that this forum as old as it is by now could be used as a tool to form outside groups and networking amongst you to be able to hold fund raising and send it here to help the poorest of the poor in anyway it can be done. I have always wanted to see you Boholano organizing a group how they do in Ireland to help people here by using of this website as the foundation. I think it would be totally awesome.

Instead of knocking down others thoughts or making personal attacks just to be be spiteful why not take your energies and make this site into something instead of the bitching site that it has become this past year. Make Mike proud by making and inventing some sort of unity in where you can get together and come up with  ways to raise money and put it towards materials to be used in Bohol. Put your smart brains into positive energy to make use for the people back home in your mother state and country of Bohol Philippines, just do not send it to your families alone.

Maybe you think I am saying bad even now???

If your helping programs in the state that is also great and welcomed very much, but I living here for many years already :) could tell you the money or materials would be better put to use here if trusted to the right facilitators here to disburse it to where it is needed most.

Why not do something constructive with this sight, I may be a foreigner but if you get organized I would be more than happy to help you on this end. I would show proof by taking pictures of handing over things sent in by you guys over there.

Maybe even suggest it in an EB?

Good Luck!

he he sorry my writing is taas. but I think important this suggestion.

Grazie if you like, you could lead the way in inviting persons over in the states to to make a TB site organization to help out needy places here. reading materials, clothes, foods, monies, scholarships for needy college students. etc... come up with some good ideals. Motivate!!! And have one representative from each country on here be an organizer and spokes person as well.

Hopefully if a group does form it stays together and people really want to be active in it. I know how some groups are. It is sad maybe a hand full out of 300 plus end up showing up for projects and meetings, I hope that would not happen if a group is formed.

I felt terrible when I had heard about this the first from Jerry Pabe a friend of mine. I learned about it when Pabe told me the night before it happened that the Mayor had sent orders to shut off the electric of the two media men. I thought he was making a pun as he was just starting his campaign.

I thought he meant that Dan Lim was trying to fizzle out the "Electric Spark" on Jerry's campaign for city councilor!!! Pabe was getting ready to leave as he was speaking to me about Dan Lim. I was not able to ask him any questions on what he was saying.... I was using my own imagination I never thought that such an awful thing could be done by a mayor or anyone one else especially if the bills are paid up.

The following night Pabe came to the studio of dyRD to assist his substituting anchorman for his TBN program on how to hand over donations to people needing help. He was very sad looking and told me that the mayor of Tagbilaran had shut off his and Cajes's electric current going into their residents.

After hearing this news and after Tagbilaran By Night program was off air I went to station DYTR to ask some questions with anchormen who are on the side of the Mayor and was told some things....

I was told by an x program partner of Pabe that Mayor had shut off the current because "Many people had heard him all over Tagbilaran over the radio putting down and back biting the mayor." I thought how odd to hear this as I am helping Jerry every night in the studio with the indigents being that I am a (BOD) PRO of the TBN Club here in Tagbilaran.

I told this particular anchor man that it was impossible that Jerry was back biting mayor over the station produced TBN on dyRD. I have never heard this anchorman say one bad word about anyone over the radio. Even if a text clamo comes into the studio and if it is a personal attack against someone Jerry will not go live over air with it.

This anchorman being a long time veteran that he is he very caring and has a neat sense of humor and as a friend I have never observed him being malicious towards anyone.

Then when I asked again on the following week the same question as before to the anchorman at DYTR he changed his story that Pabe had attacked Mayor Lim during the campaign.....Confusing when people change their stories from one moment to the next. Isn't it not!).

I had put this in Tubag Bohol but it was a deleted topic by the next day.

I am curious to see how people will vote knowing this about Dan Lim?

No matter how mad person may get about one another it does not mean reincarnate some sort of similar acts of Hitler or impose some sort of Martial law against anyone.

Condemning persons without any basis and abusing your city administrative duties is not a way to solve any matters. What if Jerry could of had a relative on an oxygen tank or a person in his house hooked up to a machine to help make them live?

The anchorman of DYTR also told me; "It is not clear as to why the same also happened to the dyRD engineer the anchorman of DYTR concluded; "Or maybe it was because the engineer could of been included because he could of shut of the microphone when Pabe was back biting the mayor."

I know that Chronicle/dyRD is not happy about this type of treatment coming from a City's top administrator and same for the persons at Bohol Light who went along with it.

This is all public knowledge by now.

I really hope the people voting in Philippines make an election count for the better of everyone.

#247
That goes to you also Lumine. Have I been mean to you? or is it your Filipina nature to try to correct and boss persons and push foreigners around?
#248
This is a blog sight not a damned essay contest sight. I get my message clear across to many even to close minded persons regardless of lazy grammar spelling and what not. Even to those who may know the alphabet as  AH BEE SSS instead of A_B_C. here A is sounded like E not A "EPPLE" lol ha ha ha ha!!! Please do not correct my spelling Mam English or is that Englis? Even English teachers who are Filipina who have teach classes in states complain how Filipno persons use the wrong alphabet when speaking English? but It is not my place to put them down. I get what they are saying with out a problem and their error's do not get in my way in what they are saying. I guess I am above the small hang ups such as those. really what a no life or waste of energy to constantly pick pick pick at persons always!!!!

Yeah many students took home economics in the states in my time and we had to have a pretend marriage and our baby was an egg we had to take it everywhere and we even had a schedule for it as a newborn diaper changing, feeding, it was an absolute riot!!!
Many boy's were fed up and their babies ended up rolling onto the floor splat!!!

Anyways the point I am trying to make is why did this mom in her maternal mind or thinking think it is safe in this time and day knowing that there are many crazy sick persons who want to abduct and harm kids just think she could leave behind her baby? And where has she been this whole time in where she thought she could run a footballs length to go to the nearest restroom and leave that small child behind? It is an unethical move to make as a parent now a days. I do think that we conduct many trafficking seminars in Bohol and we have several ports being used to smuggle person in and out of. I also feel that people here should take precautions from the news more serious and prepare to avoid danger or know what to do if caught in a bad situation. Mutana na uy!

But for Pete sake leave it to grazie who is living comfortably in America California-"Little Philippines" to protect/deny what she does not see happening in her own homeland to get her feathers riled up if anyone suggest room for improvement. What about sending money here to help hold seminars or even print safety materials to hand out door to door with your correct spelling of course in how these parents here can (especially the poor) mothers can feel better about themselves and think smarter in decision making to avoid things as a missing child or a vehicle accident scenario, or a fire scenario. No instead you waste energy complaining about an American's suggestion for helping Mothers here. Training such as this should be done in the younger grade levels. To prepare the family to keep safe.

Do you remember the house fire killing three kids here a short while ago?

I am well aware of parents in the states being asked or interviewed after such child missing incidents have occurred to see if they are fit as parents? As in why did they allow it to happen in the first place?

I am glad the states has strict policies on children, despite there still being problems. Philippines would not take away a child from his parents no matter what the situation no matter how poor the parents get or how drunk or how drugged up they get, they would not take a child away from its mother even if the mother was a whore making money here.Philippine law is one that believes the parents stick together with his children no matter what the conditions.

There are many seminars being conducted here on what are the good things to do to avoid dangerous situations. But do to the women being housebound in barrio areas they are not able to attend no money to travel to the seminar/training many babies to tend with or husband does not allow some wives to travel outside away from the house.

When your here you should attend some of these equal right seminars you might be thanking your lucky stars your in America where women are not considered second class how they are still treated in some instances here today.

This blog is not media, it is an open discussion freedom of speech. yes I have sat through many classes even here and even some Filipino show signs of shock during the studies results being given during the seminar.

They do not even know how to translate my American college transcript here. with mostly A and B grades how lame is that?

And as for the media statement. I do not have the slightest problem handing in media materials properly written by me and not from the internet how it is being done here. I am donating my time not here to earn money. Neither am I working for any politician earning monies or being biased. Grazie so take your walay klaro thinking of me and hang it up! It would be greatly appreciated!!!

I am here helping with charity work on my own do you need references?

I come up with my own write ups, and I interview persons I just do not just get my info off the blotter only in how FILIPINO do it mostly here.

What ever happened to to good old original quality?

Good Morning grazie TGIF!!! and plse stop criticizing me am I mean to you ever?

#249
yes mam!!! If you have been born in my county we take these things into serious consideration,I know California laws are very different.

For Christ sake admit that your country needs proper education and workshops on many things. Why do you always question me as if I am so stupid?

I suggest the right things needed here and you want to make me look like a freak and make a nice suggestion so people can know how to be emergency prepared to to avoid situations...get off my back grazie your always jumping on me....

There are plenty others to be jumping on besides me... your not my mother you do not live in my county.

#250
"Yes" your the best!!!

Thank you for supporting my suggestion. It should be a requirement for everyone's safety both local and international. As international laws do not discriminate.
#251
Now lets see who will win of the two let's see who are voters of corruption? bwah ha ha ha ha

Now that the Filipino in here has shown two out of three candidates are corrupted not much left to vote for now is there?

So if you see the two as corrupt then you know already how to vote.
#252
I have opinion as an outsider looking from the inside of everything going on here.....

*Vote for someone who is calm in stressful situations.

*Vote for someone who has a very approachable public side to him.

*Vote for someone who is involved with plenty of charity works from his own pocket's in helping out poor Boholanos.

*Vote for those who do not blame their problems on others.

*Vote on those with fewer bodyguards to me mean it means that the one being protected by many bodyguards has made a lot of people mad in wrong doings against others.

*Vote for those who are willing to see enterprises spring up regardless of biases. Keep in mind less business means fewer jobs and less money and livelihood in the area.

*Vote for a candidate not from out of desperation of wanting to be given money for votes. Vote from the brain and the heart for pleasant and more reasonable and rationale candidate to help make the Philippines a more better place to be in.

*Vote for a candidate that does not put others down as a public leader.

*Vote smart and live smart......GOOD LUCK!!!

In states the socail worker would be investigating just how responsible are these parents and make appropriate actions on whether to put the kid in a foster home or put the parents in a workshop on how to protect your kids from possible dangers. I know they would in my county.

Here they do not train parents on how to make a better parent. What about even birthing class's here for the mothers about to give birth? No home economics class's on how to care for a baby or a family so when your future calls for the time. No class for cooking or making up your home, or taking care of an egg as if it were a real baby...lol! No class to prepare a youngster to take care of his parents or siblings in an emergency...but they do teach prayer.

Education needs to be implemented here so people can make good parental judgment in situations such as this not to happen.

I met the parents who pleaded for help over the radio. I cannnot beleive how lucky they are in having their baby back in their own arms in a short time that it took.

With all the child abductions going on people should not leave their children unattended not even five feet away in these days and times.

Often we think it will never happen to us? And occasionally we end up being proven wrong when it does end up happening in our own home.

I asked Joe Ligan to read the Manila Bulletin's information over the radio in order to let the community understand the latest happenings on this situation.

It was aired over dyRD on Tagbilaran By Night program as soon as i had passed the copy over to Joe he read it live over the radio. now I did not hear DYTR announcing any updates regarding the last situation of this matter.

I think it is odd how something that happened a few years back can rile up the community?

People here seem to have a delayed reaction...bwah ha ha ha ha hahahaha!!!

Enough is enough of bringing up someones past of twenty years ago.

I am speaking as someone who knows him and was able to meet up with father Skeleton who is now living in Calipe. Him and I had a discussion about the things being passed in the internet about him recently.

He said what happened was twenty plus some years ago and he has asked forgiveness and gone on to make a better life for himself. He is not happy about his past and knows that people still want to prosecute him until now but he is going on strong here in Bohol as a Catholic Father.

In fact many Boholano's passing us by in the BQ Mall yesterday as we spoke were greeting him with the kindest of respect.

How would you want something haunting from your past that you may have done being constantly brought up always.

NO ONE IS DAMNED PERFECT ARE THEY? ASK YOURSELVES THAT?

Besides.... I know many things done bad by Filipino's happen on a daily basis but are kept in a hidden places as well as if they do not want to alarm or admit to the public that bad things do happen here.

We term this as white washing. priest do it often, as they want that this person to get better and not be prosecuted later if he tried to be a better person and example to the community.

At present we have known child molesters living in Bohol from America. How did they get here? How did they even qualify for a passport to be here?

At first I did not want to believe it about father Skeleton but yesterday he told me it was something that happened a long time ago.

I felt greatly choked up in asking him directly if what is in the internet is true but as a good Christian I wanted to respect him and ask him what is really going on? The best advice is to ask direct the one who is being spoken about.

Example...I have asked direct to our administrator about things being told to me from friends about him and I wanted to see if what I had heard was true and it it made him furious at me when I had asked for the truth and he was the only one who I brought it up with after hearing things about him? People are always out there to blah blah and talk others down. (until now I still have saved his text messages.) What hurts is I have always been a great person to him. how could he be mad at me for what? For wanting the truth? So it can work both ways in my case it was back fired on and what I do not quit get is why did it take him almost 7 months to respond angrily when it was just him who I had asked? So we take chances in getting the truth from the right persons.

The difference in asking father Skeleton he admits it, and not hiding things from someone who is a friend. Neither did he get angry in me seeking the truth. What I asked our administrator was not a lie either. but it made him mad when I had heard it from two other persons who also know him why was he not mad at them also for telling me his secrets? I am not being mean in what I am saying I am just saying how it happened.

So we take a risk at getting the truth. I would rather take a risk in getting the truth then being a part of any talks that are not good about someone I know and care about.

Why do not the rest of you go up to father Skeleton as a Christian move in God's eyes and ask him yourself what is the truth. How would you feel after you get the answer? At least it is not denial from him.

Let him go on with his life.

You would think people are more concerned with believing things that are are a lie or bad about others, I know the story behind it. I know those who will be punished by God for trying to lie and hurt others. I have had to be be patient in just letting it go and take it as a part of the culture in how good persons are really not so appreciated.

Leave Father Skeleton alone about his past.

Worry about yourselves and things that involve you personally.

Give good credit where good credit is due stop focusing on negative always.

no wonder the world is the way it is....

The suspect is being down played as the provincail Police Director of bohol stated to the Manila Bulletin that this information regarding this case has no basis.
The police are not after the trail of this suspect.

The basis being that He was a lone alleged suspect in the murder of a 7 year old girl in Antequera that happened a few years ago.

He is also being an alleged suspect in the killing of his own father.

Obenza did say to the manila bulletin that this alleged suspect is being said to be moving from one place to the next to avoid being arrested or captured by the local police.

He also added that they are hoping that there will be an arrest of this alleged suspect soon.

I was able to have DYRD anchorman Joe Ligan update the public listeners regarding the news release earlier this week on the latest information coming from the Manila Bulletin publication in their Visaya's portion of the newspaper. Ligan had made the broadcast over air on the popular Tagbilaran By Night program in where I am volunteering nightly on the program.

I met her at ICM mall and she invited me to sit with her family and shared snacks with me and spoke to me about how happy she was to see her choir perform and told me every detail and move through-out the choirs performance.

I also featured her choir in a spotlight write-up in one of the papers I wrote for in the past. Mayor Pepito was proud of her choir kids, and her achievements.

I also had taken pictures together with her and in my eyes she was a charming and very kind and considerate woman.

One year later I helped Americans in a tree planting project in her place of Batuan.

Condolences to her family friends and co work mates.

I have read news from the Manila Bulletin this morning and here is some interesting information on how this is being downplayed here. I will jog down what I can recall from the reading in a short summary of the original article;
*****
The Bohol BPPO is downplaying rumors of a serial rapist, reportedly killing his victims after raping them, roaming around the province. BPPO Chief SSP Anthony Obenza said the text messages circulating in Bohol about the alleged serial rapist has no basis. That the alleged subject was suspect in a lone rape case involving a a seven year old girl in Antiquera town.

The alleged suspect carries the same family name, Panilon and remains at large. Obenza said there are no other reports of rape reported in the province involving the same alleged suspect.
The police chief said authorities are not on the trail of the suspect allegedly moving from one place to another to evade arrest.
The suspect is also said to be involved in a pending parricide case for allegedly killing his father.
The text messages from about the alleged serial rapist have sowed fear among residents in Antiquera and Maribojoc towns.
Residents have armed themselves with night-sticks, bolos, and other bladed weapons against the said subject.

Obenza underlines that the police remains under control. He said he is confident that the suspect will finally be arrested in the next few days.

The rape and murder of the child happened a few years back.

The police say that he is an alleged suspect in the killing of his own father.

That neither are the authorities are not on the trail of the suspect.

How many of you have ever tried to talk with Herrera in person? I am sorry to say that if you vote for a person please for pete sake make sure that the person is people friendly and person approachable.

#261
Even GMA the president rode on a Loboc floating resto.... I did not see her complaining.

But any craft floating on water used as a passanger boat should be licensed and insured for liability, as well as SOLAS training as seamen all around the world are being trained with for the past 15 years now.

They should also need to comply with the safety and and guidelins operations and have the right requirements as expected from the coastguard more then from the Provincail SB committee. Whether she be manual, wind powered, or powered by engine or even towwed she must be fit for all to be able to operate.

I disagree with the owners having to cry faul over this one.

(What was written)  OoPsY!

"The suspect of the mother and the suspect of the victim were also injured in the struggle that had ensued during the killing. Both injured mothers were taken and treated at two seperate hospitals where both are reported as doing okay."

(Should have said)

The suspect's mother and the mother of the victim were both injured during the struggle.......

Does that make better sense for everyone now?

he he he he even I kept looking at it untill I caught what was incorrect.
#263
Clarifying what I was trying to say earlier......

Reports from others had been flying around that the mother of the slain victim (Quibir) who was also injured during the stabbing incident had died from the injuries.

It has been confirmed by the legal councilor on the case (Jun Amora) that Quibir's mother is still alive not dead as what was being said earlier in the week.

Mike?

A Thursday forum on RH Bill to be held on exactly what Thursday?

15? 22? 29?

Time of event?

Were you able to get any of this information from Rey at PIA?

This sounds like a good show down to me as I know politicians who are pro RH bill but afraid to let their churches and voters now how they stand on this bill.

Eddie "Kuya" Mainit is the media anchorman who is the the spokesman for Rene Relampogos.

Eddie is from Mindanao a recent new comer to Bohol media but he is connected with many media affiliates in Mindanao and with television broadcasting as well for the Visaya's regional 7.

Good Luck to all contestants!

Pardon my grammar up above it is early morning long day.

Yesterday or more like two days ago a Kampis Lake party held a press conference.

Many media men were not impressed with the lies made by those on the panel who were described as Bakakon, hombergero...one anchorman man went as far as telling everyone live over the radio that these guys (Herrera-Governor-and Dan Lim) are lieing to the people, their family and to the churches and to their God when they had their time to talk.

Herrera shrugged off media men who had approached him and told one of them raising his hand up in the air to stop the media man from further asking his question as one of the panelist was being questioned about statements in where many persons can remember him saying two years back over the radio that were aimed at a particular group of people coming here to Bohol.

The answer was avoided by saying that they do not understand the question therefore it did get answered or it would be obvious that to answer it would only be to contradict themselves in what they had been boasting about all day during the press conference.

That's politics!

This campaign period has a long way to go untill May 9 2010. Many things can happen between now and then.

One media man who is a spokesman for Chatto at DYTR has had to blotter two times at the city PNP station that he is being bullied by the city task force two days in a row now and that the City task force is being described as Dan Lim's Boy's who are being used to go after these media who are striking at Him over the radio in the public/or during their campaign rallies..

Two times Governor Aumentado has sent over Felix Cemfron from DYTR to try and set the record straight about the allegatins being made about him over station black timer (Bompat) on DYRD but have DYrd men gone over to DYTR and interupted their programs when they have said rude things about media anchorman pikas???

Media should not be cashing in on their own personalities with this campaign. It is not about the media it should be focused on the campaigners and their platforms and their past acheivements.

May the right persons win in the up coming election.

#268
I think so also Anna.

These guys told the group yesterday that they have three warehauses loaded in California with things that they are fixing and preparing for donating it into Bohol.

The donaters said it is what makes them happy to help their peope back home here in Bohol and one even said he did not care if his wife thought he was a bit odd (Jokingly) for tinkering around and fixing things to be sent here in the future.
#269
wow! kinsa ni Magnolia? I do not remember anyone named Magnolia or inviting any media named Magnolia from Bohol Daily? Could Magnolia be disguise name of one of our personalities here listed below? And why would they hide behind a fake name?

Some of the media present who were sitting at the press conference have already decided who they want for next governor in Bohol. I will say who was present from the media; AKO, Chito Visarra DYRD/Chronicle, Jun Guterez DYRD, Anzing Poquita DYTR, Willie Maestrado DYRD, Roger Balumat DYTR/ Sunday Post, Min2 Garote DYTR/CAP, Cezar Montano's PRO/Dennis Saco, Eduard Guyano DYTR.

Yesterday morning I was given 40 minutes to gather a press conference together of the persons who were donatiing the PC units.

Former Vice president was expected to be there according to the planners but he was going to be a surprize for the press and the media who were present in a very well packed and crowded Flamingo Rm at the Bohol Tropics Resort.

The other guest made it along with 7 other visitors coming from the United States.

The VIP donater is also the man in charge of the technological side of the spacecraft that is now being commissioned in Mars. He is a Filipino living in California. Aside from the technological aspect of putting together one of the latest space crafts he also pantented it but does not own it as he jokingly had explained.

About 10 media men were present, the daughter and sister from Italy of cesar Montano and people from his campaign camp were also present.

Other items being discussed for future donations into Bohol including converting a recreational motorhome into a medical mission mobil on wheels.

Also used bikes will be coming here by the hundreds for the poor and school busses that are still in fair running condition so those kids with-out transportation to and from school will have a school bus to ride sometime in the future.

Cesar Montano was given several supports of applause through-out the press conference and luncheon.

The person donating the 3000 computers had in the past donated 550 PC's to Bohol but some of those PC's were never seen again and could have been put to private use instead of in the schools where they were intended to have been put in the first place.

I understand you totally what you are saying. It was also a gangster that killed my British freind last year in Mansasa.

And the two minors involved in that incident were gang members one of them use to beat up their mother.

Last year I stressed out a lot of concern and anger and said things will get worse if parents here or anywhere else start getting a grip and getting a hold on their children. Disciplin starts young and should never end between parents and their children.

#272
That get's my thumbs up also Anna, I agree it is important to know the parents of your childrens freinds as well.

The problem I have here is my home language is English, my second language is currently Visaya, my daughters freinds are hadlok to come to our house even though I am nice because they are afraid maybe they have to speak English, and they know I have different things I also take more seriously as some parents do not take here.

Drinking under age really peeves me and the parents do not let it bother them, but everyone knows if you drink at a young age it can get carreid away and lead into doing other things.
#273
that coment gets my thumbs up!!! :D
(Bambi, that's a nice way in putting it.)
#274
Ha ha ha it would be better if brought up under a new topic I am sure Anna you will get some answers of both kinds in here and hopefully either way in a constructive none- BS way.

I have opinion about it......but I will observe ano swat sa others dinhi. :D

Nobody complained when the British man was murdered (23 times stabbed and left laying in plain human public sight) in Boloc Boloc last year and his picture was also put on the front page?

But if Filipino/Filipina you mention in here it is of bad taste? I agree it is of bad taste for all cutlures noy just Philippines.

I can recall in a newspaper back home when the foot of a dead girl from a car accident who was being carreid away on a stretcher was exposed on the area news section of the paper and oh boy' it sure created a rukas!!

Newspaper's are known for doing that in Philippines anyone who has been shot stabbed or or what-ever the newspaper will put it in the photo exactly how it is seen.

During the testimony section at one church this weekend a neighber of the house where the stabbing had taken place she said the alledged suspect had locked the doors to the house.

Has anyone heard any confirmation on whether or not the victims mother has really passed?....

It is what I was told unless they made a mistake and told me wrong. I will let you know what the final word is.

I was having sort of a hard time getting information as the information was being passed from Cesar's daughter Angela to the campaign manager to me.

Cesar Montano is also a member of UNESCO also.

I was told that cesar does not want this to be a part of his campaign because this belongs to an organization that he has already started a few years back for indignant children of Bohol.
#279
I have just received word tonight from the campaign manager of Cesar Montano it is Official that he will pursue his chances to become Bohol's next Governor.

About two week's ago people were questionable about whether or not if Cesar Montano would continue his bout for Bohol Governor after his son's death early morning last march 26th.

After the entire Montano family had left Bohol to take care of arrangements and attend the funeral of his late son Angelu, and confirming his continuance that he would still run for Bohol Governor over the phone with Bingo Dejarasco from the Bohol Chronicle and contacting me last night with the use of his campaign manager. The campaign manager said that everyone should know despite what has happened almost two weeks ago that Cesar is still going to finish this campaign for his love and determination of Bohol to be the next new Governor.

So far with the campaign for Cesar Montano as Governor there has not been any exchange of bad words or crossfires with him or any of his opponents.

Former Vice President Al Gore along with his other two guest that include Bablito Yra and Joe Ofame who are representing United Nations Educational, Scientific Cultural organization "UNESCO" are expected here in Bohol today.

I was just handed an assignment given to me from the Panaghoy Children Inc. Founder's wife actress (Sunshine Cruz) the wife of Cesar Montano through their representatives last night.
The job is to round up non-biased media personalities to attend a tentatively planned Press Conference at Bohol Tropics Resort in Tagbilaran City at 11:AM this morning.

The reason that the UNESCO is coming here is that they will be donating a total of 3000 PC units to Bohol's Panaghoy Foundation to help children with the techno savvy world that we are living in today.

Former USA Vice President Al Gore serves as a Board of Directors for Apple Computer's Inc. He is also the VP who invented his theory on Green Jobs. He has been the author of a couple of books and was a visiting in Professor at the Tennessee State University College, and spend a few years as a US Senator before being chosen by former President Bill Clinton to run as his running mate as VP.

I am awaiting further details and confirmation on guest's, or to see if any changes come about. I will be visiting all the media outlets this morning recruiting those media who want to attend.

Media men from Bohol, Plse standby at your prospective media outlet's for further details or updates b4 11AM this morning. April 7, 2010

Lindy your partialy right. The swertez yes, but the drugs no and yes Cebu legal authorities were brought in to handle the raid an on the spo bust of Mayor's freind who is the barangay captain.

I have not heard any news further that is regarding the case that your talking about it was last year that it happened.

Anyways be forwarned I heard tonight and not the first time if your talking about Mayor Lim in bad ways he does not like it one little bit.

Look at the batchoy and Mayor Lim incident.

And this week we had the two media personalities of DYrd who are partners on TBN service program at night and Mayor had made a letter to the Eng. Signe to shut of both the media mens power in their homes at capitol valley. (The two media personalities are Jerry Pabe and Jerry Cajes).

I know for a fact Jerry has not bad mouthed Mayor Lim on TBN as I am there everynight with him in the studio assisting the many visitors who come in.

Supposedly Mayor got wind and I can say it is the wrong wind and some people made storeis that Pabe had used TBN program to attack Mayor Lim. That is out right rumor's and lies.
I have never heard Anchorman Pabe say a mean word about anyone.

Pabe is running for city council position as an independant.

Story I am off track but I am just letting people know examples of what Mayor Lim is capable of doing in people bad mouth him.

No one dared to question the barangay captain incident since he is a good freind of the Mayor here.

First Clue is...."Adam Carolla, a popular American comedian and television host, went on a vulgar tirade about Manny Pacquiao, the Philippines, and Filipinos."

No need to guess if he is an American or not if your doing your homework and reading every sentence now is there?

So what if he is an American black or blue, or what so ever!

He is a comedian and he makes money (mane) for it!!!

I recall Filipino's here saying almost the same things during their last election.

Many in this forum ar Filipino/American does not mean we have to agree to what he is saying.

Islander it is not like this is the only country that gets ridiculed many countries on a daily basis get insulted by other nationalities.

It is known as a freedom of speech something we have in States, but if it is abused it can also get you into trouble.....

This was neat! I can see that some of the pictures were taken some time ago as we have had some new and better rennovations happening here.

It was nice to here Kuya Meo's rendition of "My Tagblaran City" I use to travel with his old band Sacrifice man did we have fun in those days considering it was about eight years ago!!!

Dod's played Bass, Kuya Roel was the screaming guitar, Harold played the drums, Anne sang leads and once in a while I was come in for the higher notes as a guest singer. And Kuya Meo played the boards!

Anyways again back to the pictures they were all great!!!

Thanks for sharing everyone!!!

Back to Topic...

Update on latest possible happening with alleged rape suspect at large untilll now.

Just after the Bohol citizens were told to not be alarmed over an escaped prison inmate an alleged rapest/homocide suspect a woman who was taking a shower at her residence was attacked by a man who she said appeared to be the looks and description of the one responsible for the rape and killing of child age victims this past two months.
reports coming in to the media are from the Maribojoc PNP Office; are that after the woman was finished showering the suspect had came from up behind her and started forcing his female victim roughly while ripping her dress apart at the same time.

Angered Processoinairs react to foreign national.

Another incident in the police blotter that occured happened to a foreign national in where he said he had approached a procession in progress and said that there were no warning indications or road blocks and that when he rolled down his window some prcessionairs got angry and one guy told him to respect the religeon.

Then later when the foreign national turned around to look out the back window the same man who shouted to respect the religeon had bashed out the rear window.

The foreign national said that a nun had showed up to ask the crowd to calm down when she was asked if she had seen the man who busted out the rear view window of the car she deneid knowing who was the one who had perpretrated such an incident.

Fatal Stabbing Incident at Mansasa district Tagbilaran City.

The stabbing incident was blottered as entry#2313 April 2, 2010.

Stabbing Incident Mansasa District Tagbilaran City

I will just break it down breifly the best as possible as the blotter entry was almost two pages of written reports.

A single woman age 36 years, staff nurse at Tagbilaran Community Hosspital was stabbed over 54 times to her instantaneous death this morning.

The suspect of the mother and the suspect of the victim were also injured in the struggle that had ensued during the killing. Both injured mothers were taken and treated at two seperate hospitals where both are reported as doing okay.

The alleged suspect is already detained at the Tagbilaran City PNP ofice. he is described to be from 18 yrs to 20 some years old man, according to the PNP blotter and the vitctims family members.

I have the full details of the incident if you need more information please contact me at my in box.

I will do my best to respond to most of your inquireis.

I know there are some minor aged persons who are reading this who can not understand or beleive the things that are going on here these past few days.

Here posters are hung late at night when most everyone is asleep the nights are cooler than the days. What a waste of materials just to be taken down when instead if they ask they could save money for that candidate and give it to a supporter who would love to have his candidate be seen as a dartboard in the yard. Some faces have already been vandalized on candidates posters here.

I have many freinds here running for office. I wish them all the best of luck!

Blue Angel /dark Angel get off my case and stop insinuating that I am not telling the truths.

Or tryingto indicate that that i have gone bizzare in my statements.

Yea it is the way it is here. Problem is to stop listening and observe for yourself someday come back to your grass roots because the type of comments your making on peoples threads are just being of a smart ass type due to your lack of real knowledge on what is happening in Philippines.
#296
you obviousley have not a clue to what your talking about. Please explain how United States police or any other foreigner countreis police will go after an alleged suspect?

Here you write in a blotter and from there it goes no where unless you file a case first in the court but then before doing that you have to hire an investigator and get witnesses who want to testify but most times victim incidents just end up being blottered and nothing more.

In my county the police will dig for information with out a case being filed.

I am not a voter but I am often asked who would I pick?

Tagbilaran City Councilor would have to be, Mariquette Oppus, B. Inting, Jingoy Rama, Edgar Bompat, Jerry Pabe, Batchoy Alba, and L. Borja, and Sarabia for now. (I would love to see all new faces mostley.)

My mayor is....... and my vice mayor is........... still undicided.

My governor........undecided....

President........undecided....

Vice president....Undecided...

I can tell you I do not need a Birthday cake to choice and vote!
