Fatal Stabbing Incident at Mansasa district Tagbilaran City.

The stabbing incident was blottered as entry#2313 April 2, 2010.

Stabbing Incident Mansasa District Tagbilaran City

I will just break it down breifly the best as possible as the blotter entry was almost two pages of written reports.

A single woman age 36 years, staff nurse at Tagbilaran Community Hosspital was stabbed over 54 times to her instantaneous death this morning.

The suspect of the mother and the suspect of the victim were also injured in the struggle that had ensued during the killing. Both injured mothers were taken and treated at two seperate hospitals where both are reported as doing okay.

The alleged suspect is already detained at the Tagbilaran City PNP ofice. he is described to be from 18 yrs to 20 some years old man, according to the PNP blotter and the vitctims family members.

Hi JellyBean.. i sent you a PM inquiring about this incident.. i am very much worried since i live in mansasa and even though i am so far away, my family is there. i asked my hubby about it and he said he doesn't know anything since he just stayed at home during these days...

I have not heard any news further that is regarding the case that your talking about it was last year that it happened.

Anyways be forwarned I heard tonight and not the first time if your talking about Mayor Lim in bad ways he does not like it one little bit.

Look at the batchoy and Mayor Lim incident.

And this week we had the two media personalities of DYrd who are partners on TBN service program at night and Mayor had made a letter to the Eng. Signe to shut of both the media mens power in their homes at capitol valley. (The two media personalities are Jerry Pabe and Jerry Cajes).

I know for a fact Jerry has not bad mouthed Mayor Lim on TBN as I am there everynight with him in the studio assisting the many visitors who come in.

Supposedly Mayor got wind and I can say it is the wrong wind and some people made storeis that Pabe had used TBN program to attack Mayor Lim. That is out right rumor's and lies.
I have never heard Anchorman Pabe say a mean word about anyone.

Pabe is running for city council position as an independant.

Story I am off track but I am just letting people know examples of what Mayor Lim is capable of doing in people bad mouth him.

No one dared to question the barangay captain incident since he is a good freind of the Mayor here.

I checked out this link. It's really disgusting to see our local papers peddle gore and mayhem in sordid colors on the front page, without the smallest thought about the victim's family. In better enlightened societies, you never splash snapshots of bloody corpses on the front page. Since Bohol Chronicle appropriates for itself the role of moral guardian of our politicians (albeit not equally), it should likewise practice some basic journalistic ethics.

again, my thoughts exactly... i was just talking to my wife earlier about this and she had the same thoughts, particularly angry at the lack of respect to the victim for showing the picture... bohol chronicle should raise the bar... not this kind of tabloid reporting.

Hello me again.

I have an update after being absent from the PC for a couple of days.

You know me sleuth for the truth. I spoke with an interesting person today and she is a wife of a incarcerated individual who is an alleged of dealing Shabu. There is some sort of connection to the alleged drug dealer and the one of the mothers in the incident.
From a first marriage.

The drug pusher knows the alleged murder suspect who is sitting down below in the Tagbilaran City Jail together.

I was told by this person that the mother of the victim was found by the Dr. who was working on her that she had cancer.

I also heard that she has passed away this morning? This has not been confirmed by any media yet as I was told by the wife of the drug pusher who is in jail together with the alleged homicide suspect. She was not aware who I was as we spoke.

She also told me that the homicide suspect was at the hospital yesterday (Tuesday) getting his hands worked on she said that his bones where exposed and become infected while he was in the jail.

I was also told by this wife (who is five months pregnant) with a an alleged drug pusher husband who is in jail that the mother was preparing to go to the USA before this incident had happened.

I asked people at DYRD/Chronicle if they had heard anything regarding the death of the victims mother and was told that for safety reasons they only go off the blotter at the police station.

I was told that the Legal council handling the case is Atty. Amora.
Atty. Amora was not around to be asked about the case last night.%

Nobody complained when the British man was murdered (23 times stabbed and left laying in plain human public sight) in Boloc Boloc last year and his picture was also put on the front page?

But if Filipino/Filipina you mention in here it is of bad taste? I agree it is of bad taste for all cutlures noy just Philippines.

I can recall in a newspaper back home when the foot of a dead girl from a car accident who was being carreid away on a stretcher was exposed on the area news section of the paper and oh boy' it sure created a rukas!!

Newspaper's are known for doing that in Philippines anyone who has been shot stabbed or or what-ever the newspaper will put it in the photo exactly how it is seen.

During the testimony section at one church this weekend a neighber of the house where the stabbing had taken place she said the alledged suspect had locked the doors to the house.

Has anyone heard any confirmation on whether or not the victims mother has really passed?....

I think not...in normal case, mostly parents do the best for their kids. In other side... there are also some crazy parents who doesn`t care about the whereabouts of their kids. Sad! It could be more an enviromental/financial influences (bad friends, depression due to poverty).

i take my being a parent very seriously mao nga i and my husband make sure friends nako tanan friends sa akong mga dalaga and hasta parents sa mga friends nila, i ask their friends to come over sa balay and mag-cooking session mi and other wholesome activities... i know sometimes OVER na ko kaayo but lisod naman gud ang panahon karon

for me, this incident has something to do with the upbringing of the kids... or maybe i am a little bit prejudiced since i know a little background of some of the friends of the suspect

That get's my thumbs up also Anna, I agree it is important to know the parents of your childrens freinds as well.

The problem I have here is my home language is English, my second language is currently Visaya, my daughters freinds are hadlok to come to our house even though I am nice because they are afraid maybe they have to speak English, and they know I have different things I also take more seriously as some parents do not take here.

Drinking under age really peeves me and the parents do not let it bother them, but everyone knows if you drink at a young age it can get carreid away and lead into doing other things.

I understand you totally what you are saying. It was also a gangster that killed my British freind last year in Mansasa.

And the two minors involved in that incident were gang members one of them use to beat up their mother.

Last year I stressed out a lot of concern and anger and said things will get worse if parents here or anywhere else start getting a grip and getting a hold on their children. Disciplin starts young and should never end between parents and their children.

I was able to confirm the incident of rumors running around that the mother of the deceased stabbing victim had passed away.

Attorney Jun Amora who is an attorney representing the case said that the mother of the victim is still alive.

Clarifying what I was trying to say earlier......

Reports from others had been flying around that the mother of the slain victim (Quibir) who was also injured during the stabbing incident had died from the injuries.

It has been confirmed by the legal councilor on the case (Jun Amora) that Quibir's mother is still alive not dead as what was being said earlier in the week.
