Well I am sad to report the suspected rapist is allowed to celebrate Christmas with his family.
In America this wouldn't be happening.
He would be locked up until proved innocent or guilty.
Or out if some gullable fool would be stupid enough to bail such persons out of trouble.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
After Christmas i will try to update this more.
Happy Holidays!

Last night I am sorry to report that the nephew of former mayor Dumaluan came to my house to celebrate the birthday of my daughter.
Instead he put down Americans and beat up two of my guest bloody blue and also attacked me physically while screaming that he hated Americans as he grabbed me roughly he had his fist pulled up ready to punch my face but instead the ******* ***hole forcefully spit an entire wad of punsit in my face?
I was entertaining other guest as he was outside my gate making a fight with another relative in which he beat bloody.
No one was instigating anything but the Dumaluan kid?
I am tired of saying good about people then they turn around and are really doing things uncalled for?
Prior to his attack on me he said that the Philippine culture is better then the American culture.
I kept myself cool and thought how many times have I seen a fight break out amongst drunkards both here and in America but I can Say I have never seen an American man beating up on a woman at her house who is the host?
I am sick of tired of people who behave like this, and continue to get away with it.
I hope all the rights things are done to convict the person who ever is in charge of the rape in the long run.

Time to gripe!

yesterday someone traveling from the pier was told that it would originally cost her p100.00 from the Tagblrn. pier to Espuelas street salikode of City Central Elementary School.
Thats a bit too steep.
I have not ever given less then P12.00 if I am traveling alone in a tricycle.
Some even complain and ask P25.00 from metro centre to LTO in Dampas?

The tricycle drivers chose and select their passangers always and often make me wait almost up to one hour to pass me by on my road which is a total disaster in owning many pot holes in the road.
Its been a long time that these tricycle drivers are a bit steep in their getting away with it price increases and fares makes me wonder where they post their passanger signs on fares since you no longer see them being posted?
Are these drivers saying that they want more then multi cab drivers?
Isn't it more expensive to drive and maintain a multi cab versus a tricycle?
This makes me so mad to see this news but actually not surprised.
I already know my first column after Christmas for the paper that I write in.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! ;<

Dad is a seaman and dad's son wants to be just like father so he wants to be a seaman also.

Like father like son like daughter like mother so whats the difference?

It is what the child is exposed to most of his life and what he is use to seeing his parents do?

hey they have rights as citizens just like the rest of the people.

If they want to run for office do be it then.

Its not fair to be rubbed out of something you want to do just because your blood members are also involved in the local politics.

If mama is a former beauty queen isn't not alright to let daughter have a chance at the same if she wants?
It's our choice our freedom to run for office no matter what our rage, color, creed, and religion.

This issue has hurt allot of persons and especially when it came to friendships and sponsor ships jumping out of certain persons radio talk shows and such what a mess and thank goodness it getting cleared up!

Whats is a crime in the Chocolate hills scheme is the operational cost wow wee is it out of sight, galbreath had given me a print out on it and man oh man there sure were some questions there in the maintenance fees that needed answers?

The restaurant is also charging a 30% service charge once they have served you after the food bill arrives.

oh my goodness the great thing is everywhere else airport tax is 200-250 in Tagbilaran it is P20.00 only.

So all these are not that bad.

Chin up everybody some things that should be more are not yet at this time....he he he!
#1311
Last night at the dinner table after the mass and he sat at my side (Dumaluan) and talked about the case in Visayan I was going crazy as i was not able to catch the whole story?

I wanted to ask questions but due to the situation with the deceased relative I had left the guy alone and just to think we sat together elbow rubbing elbow side by side as we ate!

I Say bury the old hatchet as this was a few years back and should of been handled right the first time.
#1312
THUD! oh my goodness buddy? your writing is great and out of this world!

Do not feel bad a couple of my writings have been "s*** canned" also by mine truly F.A.

Not due to the material do to crab mentality because I have a good story over his and his son until now even puts his name on my pictures in the newspaper like the one on the front page of this weeks paper with Pernia, Lagunay, and Abapo it was the picture I had taken for my anniversary ads for the newspaper.
My man is home for Christmas and he wants a word with you know who at the Christmas party.

Mike even A.L. said the two of them are not being gentlemen to me.

I am now editing and writing another newspaper Bantay Balita which is also on the web.

I still have my column with Standard but in The bantay balita i have my freedom and the guys there treat me much better then the father and son team does at you know who's paper.

A.L. is not so happy with the attitude of these two at all.

I write in the Bantay an all English section and they would like for me to write also a tourist page as well.
This last Sunday It was my page launching and I felt that it went very well.

Do not mistake me I love the A.L. family very much but it is the F.A whom A.L. has many complaints from other persons from and not me.

F.A. even nominated himself for another award and got it for best feature news writer and the Sr.  K.B. writer at your former place said no way would he ever grant them page or air time at his place! (Media facility).

A.L. has asked me to stay in touch with the one who is editing my columns now who was an editor before for a newspaper.
Now he is an encoder for a printing shop.

I told A.L. not a problem.

Hope you get what my writing is about?
Will you be at the Standard Christmas party Mike?

Dumaluans are related to me through marriage here and recently the Dumaluans have been spending time at a vigil all week for a deceased family member and all of the Dumuluans seem to be in good standards in how they are carrying themselves.
They are just like ordinary people and I do not think that any of them could rape or let alone kill anybody else I have known them to love their people and their country?

The people should of allowed SM Mall to come on in!

Now we have an oversized musilium in the heart of town big enough to house a few 100.000 dead elephants?

Eye sore alert!

I am sori it has been some time since I last posted any new information regarding this topic.
I had to take some time off it as I had also lost a friend who did not like that I was investigating this happening at Cecelia Putong National H.S.
Anyway, last Friday during governors report I had asked the question regarding the speech from Boy Pernia from the PGMA in regards to woman and children's rights?
I asked also DSWD about the attorney that they plan to assign to the girls I was told there will be no attorney assigned to the minor girl victims.
I asked governor during the question and answer portion what about the two victims from the case that is going on at the H.S. here and he was amazed by the question and also by the news.
He was speechless over the radio live when I asked the question.
In regards as to what can be done to help these girls?
I also mentioned that the perpetrators are still reporting to school to work, and that many nice rules are written to be had and followed but none of them have been implemented in this case.
Governor asked to talk to me after the program live over the radio so he could get the victims names and try to help the two ladies out.
He had given me his cell number after the report and ugma I will give the names to him via text message.
I will letyou all know what happens from there.

OKay would you like me to forward his cell number for you?

It's not funny the same person does not respond or reply to his parents who raised him and gave him a good education just to behave this way is beyond me?

I have full guardianship over his first child to help him out and he does not reply ar text to us to make sure that his daughter is doing well.

It's truly sad to know what type of person he is now.

I told his young daughter to not let him nother her and that as she was older that she is not to forget who her natural parents are.

It's heartbreaking whenall along I thought of the Philippines being a very family and Catholic oriented place.

Just let me know if you want his picture "Myboy"?
#1319
I have sort of a bitter news in my reply. I know darn well there are radio announcers who when once a tricycle driver has been honest enough to turn in lost valuables he is often in the way of thinking that he is to trust this such persons who are public servants doing a public service but instead some of the reporters and radio announcers are keeping nice items turned in and not all are honestly returned to their rightfull owners as nothing was aid over the airwaves that the radio station had missplaced properties returned to them.
I am not here to be a tell all and I am not going to dwell out names of those persons doing such a thing.
It's bad that it happens but there are still plenty of good media persons out there willing to help for nothing in cases such as these.

What Thugs!
What creepy crawley bugs!
Always shooting people with their .38 slugs!
If I was them which I am glad I am not I would certainly want to hide myself and go crawl under a big heavy shaggy rug!
Before this world was into giving and receiving of hugs untill it was thought a dirty thing and now look what is happening?

I even notice more foreign white women traveling here and what ever guys are falling in her lap she is taking up his smooth Casanova words as she may be infected with STD but he is a smooth talking Casanova to get only her money and onto another not knowing he has the symptoms but carries the virus only from her.

It's a scary world out there.
#1324
Instead of posting the men in blue at one post for the year or two to avoid becoming stale they should work out an around the world weekly kind of duty of the entire province.

So this way they can appreciate family better and not feel so caged up always.
#1325
When talking about Sevilla law enforcement personel being sent to go on permanant post in the small police station of Sevilla, they do not like it as it is far out of the way and not as exciting as the beat in the city.
They say they get bored as most the time there is nothing to do but just be ready for jump off at any time or day or night for any terrorist attacks that might happen.

Some police will actually go stir crazy as they tell you while on post there.
once these policemen have a day off and some being married with families they go nuts in the city or go to Cebu to hook up with women outside of their marriages.
They are doing it now and I was having a discussion to today with an SPO3 regarding a policemens infidelity?

He told me that there are plenty attitudes of the men in blue who like to chase after chicks when not near to their families or wives, but he also adds "What can you do once the man is doing what he has done?"

A god solution to help stimulate the PNP into going good for family might be to let the police make a round the world weekly rotations of the entire province rather then getting stale at one most for one to two years at a time.

There is one sweet snack if served to me I do not like it here i do not know what they call it but it is made sort of like a sticky rice and has the worst after taste and is normally served with hot cocoa, it is something they put in the rice that taste horrible and i do not know what herb it is makes but what hair I have on my back rise up whenever i have tasted it....he he he!

#1327
Those are great answers all of you so far, keep up the good work!

There are a few songs of Christmas that I like to sing year round especially when I am running around in a hurry.

The song i miss when I am in the Philippines is titled "Grandma got run over by a reindeer". The very first time I heard it I literally laughed so hard a busted out my seams in my clothes....lol!

This past week in the streets late at night when coming ot of events I have noticed many GRO"s looking for business.

Bohol has became some what sort of like a mini Manila or cebu these past few months.

DOG EAT DOG WORLD OUT HERE!......................Yikes!
#1329
This article clashes with the one posted today it was saying that the police will not enforce traffic infractions unless there is a death, bodily harm, property damage......Now SUPT. Inking is saying they will not have to chase ofter these sort of driving menaces? Walay Kalaro!

Personally I am not a gambler or am I a person who is in to cock fighting even though I have had my own leg horn pecked at a few times while passing by these thered buzzards but I say what ever makes a livelihood and and outlet here for these people I do not see anything to wrong with it.

Last year there was only one or two drug bust here in Tagbilaran city so you can not say it is for the drugs, the gambling is a tough on as it is hard enough just to get even three meals on the table for most of the families here who are just making under minimum wage or right at minimum wage.

the prices here are incredible even for foreigners on fixxed incomes living here.

With the experience in taking care of four foreign children as a step mother/surrogate mother and living in a culture that is totally different to mine I have to admit one thing and that is I have witnessed and it is the people here in how they are dealing with any type of dieing situation is a very strong one.

The people here are trying to be so committed to their God and Christ that they are so calm in handling what has happened to them with a friend, loved one, or family passing away.

I have lost my father two years ago and my grandma 12 days apart from him during the month of December everyday not a day does not go by that I do not think about the times when they were alive.
The difference is they had both lived full lives, while on the other hand this was just a little kid who was just blooming into woman hood.
A child's death is always a lot more harder to accept compared to an adult who has lived a fuller life.

Orchids Thank you in sharing the video with us.

Take Care everyone and always remember to be good and care and help others who need it more then we do ourselves because you never know when your time is up as life is way too short to be mean these days.
#1332
;DEvery year at the same time despite our daily problems and worries we try our hardest always to be in the best of the most merriment in the spirit of sharing in the celebration of Christs arrival.

We gather with friends and family and loved one's and persons that are new in the family circle.
We eat we toast and boast and get looped for a few but in all of the fun we never forget the Christmas song that we have sung for many a year that seems most fitting for getting us into the reason of the season.

What is the first Christmas song that always comes to your mind and in what way how does it make you feel?

:o In a recent media practitioners seminar this past two days we learned new steps on how to talk about Reproductive health topics and discussed as well as what are the problems that are decreasing environmental health for everyone.

We all know humans are the number one contributors of causing unsafe conditions for all of us.

In America they are using paper bags for most shopping as it is biodegradable and does not take up to much land.

Here in the Philippines where the population is in abundance the stores here are using plastic bags (Cellophane) to put all your store bought items into.

What are the other ways to make these bags be of a house hold practical use?

I have observed the school kids creating some pretty neat things with these bags.

If you know of any craft or use to make out of cellophane bags just jot it down and tell us about it and how to make it in order to use it and keep it from over filling our land fills.

I am appalled that they are not allowed to enforce the laws as far as minor infractions are being incurred.
This is an out cry by all means.

Maybe if the minor laws were enforced then we would not have such persons behaving in stupidness and causing unwanted liability and harm to others when we g*** darn know that 85% the drivers her are driving at risk.

There is no discipline in how the persons drive around here.  a big fat ........."0"................

Your both right. I tried to get his mom to get in touch with this individual and help him go straight he would not reply his mom's text nor would he answer the phone when she called his phone.

Tonight his coworker approached his daughter and I and told us that her dad introduced his new foreign girlfriend about a month ago this is the same time his wife had given birth on Oct, 29th, 2007 in Jagna.

I am almost tempted to meet this wife and let her know all her husbands activities and let her know that I was the one who paid for the delivery of the baby he was not even around when the kid was being born?

Or maybe even take a trip to the PNP headquarters and report him so he gets reprimanded for his behaviors as a poor setting example to his community.

The child cried during the entire dinner time about her dads coworker approaching and telling us the news.

Last year in the city newspapers Mayor Lim also a popular subject was quoted as saying that he feels sorry for the badjos and that he sort of admired them for some certain reason but I can not remember what it was he liked about them?

We have badjos everywhere here not just the naked kidded badjos either they work regular jobs with regular salaries and still want to ask favor and money and they call it borrowing here? I call it a loan with out pay back.

Today I happen to see two badjos get in at the mall today with a baby they looked at a skirt that cost around P400.00 and when the security came near to them they scooted out of there really fast?

Uheeeeeeeeeeeeeem!
#1337
down  is not the right word it should mean doing which in turn is slang in meaning sleeping around with many.
#1338
I can see from what I have observed in this province and Cebu province as well.

I know seamen and policemen and other persons who are community leaders bedding down with multiple partners as they are hiding one from the other.

Some are meeting up with foreigners and these outsiders when they are not as domiciled as I am have a tendency to sleep around from one partner to the next as most foreigners coming here are single and looking.

It's the bad sexxual behavior that is aiding to the spreading of many persons becoming more infected so go around and show off your about your partners but do not boast to loud because the new one you might be holding is not as clean and neat as you think they are in about 4 cases out 10.

Always check the past sexxuall activity of your partner before you sleep together we know that the Philippines is a non condom wearing country most of the time.
I have seen myself plenty of men who are married and see them out late with other partners and always asking me to be silent.
Not good!

Here it is a common happening, the wife is innocent and pregnant at home, while the man says he is outside the home working but on the free time he is out looking for someone who he can pry on for favors and seek others for favors of infidelity?
I am a fair person I am straight and I like whats right, and I had to tell him off and before changing my Sim card I asked him to apologize for everything he knows he is doing wrong, I offered to council him as a friend.
He never replied I have since changed my cell number.

I gave the 9 yr old her own cell he knows how to contact her if he really wants too? I am no longer holding my breath.

She is hurt by his actions towards her, and it also teaches here to hate all guys for his behavior as a father should be.

The women have had programs free from the government to train them in working for an honest living along the shorelines of Dauis Panglao Island.
I have noticed in the past year they have increased in population, they hang out near Alturas Market, Agora block, CPG East, and just before PMI college CPG branch in the UNITOP area.
The most well knownhang out in town for them is the corner of Julies bakery and McDonald's.

Today is the 9 yr old birthday of his first child who he had asked the mother to have a secret abortion with a little over 8 months  and i1yr ago.
I am the one taking care of her, and putting her in a good school. I am the one loving her and protecting her. When I ask an ounce of advice that he could give to his sweet child whom he barely knows he does not understand?

As I write this on the morning early hours of the girls birthday I am having a difficult time just knowing that his wife has given birth to another one of his kids one month ago in this province.....The biological mother of the young lady I am about to adopt is sleeping peacefully beside her daughter she had given birth as an illegitimate child.
The new husband does not want the girl and neither did the dads wife?

At 6Am the child officially entered this world 9 years ago with out a papa to acknowledge her.

He has just informed me that if one thing bad happens to this child he would cut off my toes, and imagine how nice I was in helping this suppose to be man in uniform enforcing the law?

Do not worry I am so good to her, how dare he tell me that and at the same time tell me he now has a nice girlfriend from Canada?

It's nice how he thinks about himself and awful example for the community and the worse is does he even know what responsibility really is?
Is he mature enough to honestly be wearing that badge?

I wonder what today has in store for itself? Will he bring her a present will he text a message for her?
He has never taken an interest in here and I am praying this year that my dream will come true that the two of them bond together and he will handle his responsibilities once and for all and show respect for those who are patient toward him.
I hope my prayers is not asking for too much I know four kids who would be happy if my prayer were to be answered. :)

This is crazy, so very crazy everyday I blink when trying to dodge out onto the streets or just to get across the streets is pure animosity!

I am amazing actually I can make many dish's Filipino style.

I had a fiesta once and it knocked me down literally, I had prepared more then 20 varieties of foods for my guest here.

Believe me it was hurot even media persons even came here to eat as they had never been to a fiesta where persons who are of foreign blood make fiesta's?

I was not even in media back in those days. It was the talk of the air waves, and the even almost took up a half page in a spotlight section in the paper I now write in.

I have always been into cooking and baking up a storm wait until you guys try my mouth watering cookies called cathedral window?.......oh maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan melt in your mouth! (Okay girls I hear laughing when you read this!)

It's another one of those exhausting topics of media that we constantly remind persons here on the safety and the law looming over head to put on the helmets time after time.

People here say they are cooler not to wear them, but cooler is what some of them get alright when they not only refuse to abide the wear your helmet law and then drive reckless putting others at danger and end up dead theselves yeah' cooler is right when they end up being slid into the morgue refer!

I am even aware of a few hotdoggers here who put the petal to the metal and they race around kids playing in and near to the kids constantly.

Makes me furious I am a safe and cautious driver not like the undisciplined style here.

The problem kuno dre is daghan jyud pedicab tricycle drivers. Makes my dugho taas mobah!
#1356
Eat it, cook it, roll in it and bathe in it! :D..........and slop it down my front until my face is all sticky! he he hehe!

yes I do but I am into the desert aspect of it it is where I have learned to make plenty very simple recipes that were more affordable back then then what it is today.

I also fix lechon paksyau (spelling?)

#1357
I see the prices rising daily more often and the piso being at a pooh pooh rate to the dollar.
#1358
There are still bring houses but not like the parades of food and persons you could see five years ago walking in lines down each opposite direction of the shoulders in the street carrying their cellophane bags full up what not for eats?

Fiesta last year in Tagbilaran was so different being that it was so close to election time and Mayor did not want fiesta banners and decorations as such in the down town area so unless you had gone to someones house for fiesta then you knew it was a fiesta.

I had gone to three of them last May 1, Governor Aumentados 2.) congressman Chatto 3.) Atty. Lims.

No i do not ask bring house for me its embarrassing but if offered now.......thats a whole different story! :D

Leo buddy you said you and Emerson are on your way to Thailand? When will that be and when you do go you both take extra care, but Mike has told me that Thailand has so many improvements now so I am sure and wishing your trip will be safe in Thailand.
As for Bohol its like I have been posting it in the past it is not the same place it use to be, and its getting allot more of a livelihood as well at night.
I am also paranoid but I am never approached in my walking even at 0200hrs when I am looking for a tricycle from what ever event i was at that had ran late.
Maybe they know I am popular in a nice way and in the local media and we are allowed to carry arm's maybe they think I have arm's?
Or he he he or that I am just way too big for them to bother me?
#1361
Nice to see China getting notoriety for such an honored pageant. Nice way to go CHINA........PR!
#1362
Happy, I agree why botherasking some one something and then they leave by the first few words of explanation and a sentence not being finished as well.

I think it is what is exhausting me just the general attitude of the people and it seems like they do not have time to care.
They are the ones in power position to make the executive shots and they are not doing it so far everyone is throwwing their arm's up in the air?
Makes me wonder if not just school employees are the only one's in on this lending business thats illegally going on in the school.
When I enter a room everyone one leaves fast.

I am selling softballs by the bucket at P5.00 each to anyone who wants to smack Uy in the face, lets face it him and Lim have been losing more and more respect from the community these two Lim and Uy remind me of either being like bulldogs and wild boars running after anyone they do not appreciate who might seem like a threat to get in their way?

I have witnessed a few meetings of the Tagbilaran city hall session in progress and I found Kapirig to be a really cool person who seemed to be the only one to stand up against the bullies doing the badgering and told those persons to "Reel it in" and not to attack persons as if they are being trailed for court.

My first week as a media person on Tagbilaran charter days Mayor Lim and Mario Uy came after me so bad for one of my dear friend and associates matters it left me bawling my eyes out.

I wanted to lamblast the mayor and his martail so darn bad I was steaming and I huffed it all the way down the hill to almost go on air live about his crude behavior to persons whom have never done them wrong?

With those guys they do not listen and anything you say does not get considered.
It's hard to deal with those sort of persons.

I feel bad for Sir. Kapirig but I see allot of biases being pulled from both the Mayor and his bulldog at arms!

1.) Kit Oppus
2.) Eddie Borja
3.) Jingoy Rama
4.) and now the latest Torralba ticket victim is Councilor Kapirig?

I have simple words and it does not take a moron to say this;

I think the city of Tagbilaran deserve to see a city government who can get along and set their personal indifference's aside from their official work.

How can you teach and preach for the community to be good when the Boss dog with the fuzzy nuts is not showwing any love for his brothers and sisters in Christ while working for the people?

What a mess, why can people not get along under God?
#1364
Will its already been considered and most free legal aide centers turn something down when they know they have to go up against a school.

I was evening discussing this issue with Mayor's assistant tonight at Metro while her boss and .....gasp choke!...whats his name Mario Uy, were stuffing their jolly faces away with all the elite of Bohol tonight.

no one at the top cares who should be caring. She asked me how the case was going and I was starting to tell her the latest and so many interuptions and she had to go next thing I know.

Depending on how busy I am next week? I want to see whats the latest happenings and movements just before the next preliminary hearing happening sometime around the 15th of December.

Mike? What am i dried up fried turkey meat?

I am not born here, I am married to some one from here and I do not think by injection only applies to this rule my friend.
:(
You guys always say Boholanos/Boholanas?
What about the foreigners in this site? (Boo-hoo's as we are rarely ever mentioned?)
#1368
I am at odds I wish I could help them more but its going to take allot of para to fight this corrupt school as it has turned out to be so far even just in the preliminary stages.

Does anyone know of any way we could get funds to pay for these girls attorneys?

The community here admires my perseverance totally on this matter.

Isn't it not sweet these girls are still out of class and going to miss their high school Christmas party because this guy keeps stalling time and the schools principal does not seem interested to help the girls one ounce.

After all she would be going against a friend, and coworker, versus having any concern for two girls coming from poor slum area's with families with absolutely barely a pot to **** in, and no money.

This topic has about drained me and made me home sick this Christmas season in how it is so wrongfully being handled.

look at the bright side guys?..............:(
He gets to spend his holidays with his family......................................?

#1369
I happen to be getting ready that night to add more blogs for the later of topics posted, when it had gone down on me, I was getting ready to write down the holiday greetings from the members for my newspaper here in Bohol.

I had IM to Mike that something was night right at TB?

I thought..............."oops!" maybe Mike had let the payment slip by accidentally my buddy would or could not be forgetfull, or for sure I would pounce on top of him and flatten him out he he he he at d boss's house during the Christmas party when he gets here!
Just kidding my darling friend!

Anyways since I was not able to get the holiday greetings on time for this weeks publication I will be glad to extend more time for the members until next Thursday December, 6th.

Yea I thought I had been kicked out for being over active in
here!
Glad to be back! :)

Remember at exactly 12midnight tonight is the cut off time for submission of greetings from TB members to be read in print by this sundays newspaper edition.

That's three hours from now.

Take care!

Good Evening here to persons here and abroad.

The latest information i have here is that i have talked to the main officer in charge of this case from the DSWD office here in Tagbilaran.
I am sorry to report that she had mentioned more then once that she is not going to provide an attorney for the minors even tho it is stated in the city books of childrend rights it is a right to be given an appointed legal representation for the minors to have a fair chance of having their statements heard.

Makes me sick to my stomach so many beautiful rights are written but not being exercised as they should be.

She was also disgusted in how the principal is always depending on their own book that they go by?

Makes me wonder if this is biased towards favoring employees who pull such crap?

I also had a chance to converse with the first fiscal about this file of inhibition?
She told me that she can not work under the conditions of how the defendants atty is handling the case in saying that she is biased towards the minor victims?

I am thinking oh great by this time, because the girls come from very poor homes and have no money to afford an atty.

They are way too young be have their little heads being "Dickered with" by adult BS!

Tomorrow I will meet up with Kit Bagaipo as he is very busy writing for the chronicle and called me tonight to meet up tomorrow with him.
Tomorrow is Bonifacio day here and Supt. Jala of the Tagbilaran school dist. will not be at his office.

Hopefully by Tuesday I will go to Supt. Jala.

Thank You for reading this blog.

He looks awful as in different then how he looked before he has his hit and run.

I have a paper trail to an illegal lending business going on inside of the school. They do not know it but if they are reading this they know it now.
One of the alledged is an administrative aide close to the principal and he is one of the four lenders inside of the school itself.
Principal has never given a darn rip about anything that has happend bad at her school, including the two missing female students until now who have been missing for over eight months already.

Many things have been going on behind the walls of this school and because they are minors it is not publicized and they know they can keep it silent.

Ha! thats what they thought? ;< (More like surprise got them)

I discussed this in my 2 columns in the paper but never mentioned their names or the details as there is another school having a rape issue in Mansasa  another part of tagbilaran.
Also I did not write to much details as this would be bad due to the case being in it's preliminary stages.

This alledged rape suspect had written a letter to my publisher asking for an apology for saying the word "Rapist' with out putting the word alledged in front of it?
Also my editor should of caught it as well.
No way, but my publisher told me not to put my emotional into it.

After the case I can put it back into the paper but I have the chronicle as back up space anyways. What ever develops I will do my best to keep you all up dated as I always have!

Rama, Boy Guing2, and Atty. Delaserna all sit at Bo's Coffee daily at ICM discussing the days issues. I wonder when the boys drinking coffee and whining all the time about this and that will ever come to the same conclusions.

For me the mayor is like anyone else in this world he is both "SWEET and SOUR!"

I do not think I would like to be involved in politics here, because there are many players in the game here.
#1377
 >:( Now why can not the High Schol here dismiss their workers pending a filed case in the court untill proven guilty like they have done in this case?

They did the right thing.

In my eyes that is.
#1378
Your wellcome.

Actually yesterday I had taken a day off in regards to this twin rape case.

Today at BQ Mall I had a very fortunante opportunity to run into one of our most powerfull hitting news talk show hosts for AM stations DYTR radio here in Bohol we talked briefly about what was going on and tomorrow we have a luncheon date to discuss the involvement of the case.
My friends talk show is very popular and is co-hosted by Ted Ayeng (ABS-CBN, Cebu SunStar, COMNET RADIO, DYTR) ATTY. Salva Diputado, and Owner of the sunday Post Boy GuingGuing. The name of their popular well listened to show is Called "CuAntos Claros".
I hope to fill him in on the details of the show and hopefully he can get the ball rolling as well as DYRD for the suspension of the alledged rape suspect who is still reporting to the highschool for work daily.
I have received many emails in my yahoo email of readers showing a big concern and disaprovement of how the schools principal here is not doing her job according to Dr. Jala. He said it is her job to suspend, she says it is not her job as she will be conducting an investigation? (How do you investigate yourself is what I would like to know?).

The kids here need an outlet and I hope this will keep them safe from any bad and dangerous temptations.

The bowling here is still done by an old wooden ball slightly bigger then a soft ball sized ball.

Laugh but true, i almost felt like Fred Flintstones the first time I ever bowled here. :D

:-\ I have heard in Dauis there are plenty of cars even being held up and mostly the ones doing the hold ups are riding on Motor's with out having license plates on them.

My nephew was ordered to pull over with a gun in his nose in Dauis a few months back, he was driving his parents van, he lost his wallet and cell phone to the robbers.

For myself I am hadlok kayo to do any traveling in the night time on any lone road or highway here in the province and nation.

Its not so recommended much is more wiser and safer to travel long distances before sundown these days.

Fried chicken, ground pork specail corn and mushroom soup, and home made chocolate cup cake recipe from the states for dessert.
In philippines we do not celebrate it the same way as America does.

Here we have fiesta's and Christmas and birthday dinners.

They do not even color boiled eggs or hide them for the kids to find like how we do back home in America.

Halloween classrooms party are not celebrated in the classrooms here or do they pass out valentine cards to classmates and dine on heart shaped cookies here and Hawaiian red punch with sprite.

Holidays here are different compared to states.

Here you have allot of hero holidays like Bonifacio days is this week for example.
What do you recall from Bonifacio as your Philippine National Hero?

Yea binsi it's great, i even tried a newer version of the banana Que and what they did was slice it down to barely the end then fanned it out and rolled in it brown sugar and fried it lang and it was like eating hot pieces of simply made banana bread itself.
I will make loads of it and show everyone back home how truly yummy it is. :)

CVSCAFT-TCC champion 2007 Alturas Drum and Bugle Corps Showdown..
You deserve to be on top guys .....

What does this have to do with snacks?

Actually news for you all, I judged that show two years ago and being an x Drum Corp International member myself and holding three years as the title champs for the Northwest division, I was pretty disgusted in how this team continually wins as for me they do not look in step they are fake blowing and there is no full horn line sound due to this.

They run out on the Field and have very crooked formation to top it off with.
The year I judged it they lost it the owner of Alturas company felt he had to go up and give the coach a sorry hug.

CVS Caft if they do not get it the mayor throws a fit, and when I was told two years ago I would be an regular judge I was thrown off the judging team via grudges from Mayor Lim as he had made comments about by judging ability being way to strict.
In my eyes I see it as why have the contest at all if they keep giving it to the same team year after year. (read, they are not so good).
Even the store owners sister and brother in law who sit atop at the desk in Alturas collecting tiendahan accounts were not so happy about the winner either as they agreed with me.
in between the lines is this is not a fair competition done in the way it should be really judged.
In my observation there were better bands competing by a long run. (LOOY KAYO)
You want to watch real drum corp action sets your eyes on DCI"s Santa Clara Vanguard, or Blue devils from Cali, there are many DCI competitions and they run seasonally in the states most comps are held during summer time and some are held during winter corp.
It was one of the most funnest times in my life making friends from different places in  Canada and the U.S.
If you have a kid who is into band instruments or one who likes to get out and dance then I would reccomend Drum Corp International, (DCI).

makes far away competition think twice about having favour favour involved.

Thats cool.

Hope it is well monitored and and people respect the equipment as I have noticed some places like these types of business's do not have some of their stuff always operating in the best of condition.

I also would hope that this will not be creating other problems as we know there are several known school gangs who hang out in that mall who are just looking for trouble.

I wish the operators a successful grand opening!

I was talking to a native resident from the particular neighboring area and I was telling her that I had heard that their were intelligent reports being said that therewere a return of NPA into the local area as before.

The native of that neighboring area denied that there was presently any reports or such activity that would indicate wether or not there was an increase of NPA there in the local area.

I have heard such reports coming from Government intelligence provincial police group members for some time now?
There is a constant monitoring all over the muddy terrains in the mountains area.
In fact more meetings and training on preparedness for stand by and knowing when to jump off at the right time.

I was reading some where that the Korean International; flight from Korea straight to Bolo was postponed for now?

That was a bummer to hear.

We need something to start the fizzle in getting this place tourist ready.

Presently I am collecting tourist comments after they have stayed here, I would like to hear their weakness's and the strengths and will be writing about it around the first part of the year.

Mike if you could think of a survey sheet to ask the tourist specific questions on what it is was and what should be improved etc..Please send me an email, on any ideals on what to ask them over all? My email is open to everyone.

Due to my process of concentrating on getting my children's international adoptions started, and trying to find work for my oldest stepsons girlfriend with a new baby unfortunately, I was not able to find enough time to do the things i had planned to do with this case today.
Tomorrow is another busy day for me, but I will do my best to fit it in with my schedule to visit the Principal and the supt of the tagbilaran school district as planned.

I did stand across the H.S. today at 5pm watching the administration across the street as they were leaving the school.
I also seen the alledged rapist coming out of the principals office area as well?
Why is he not suspended as of yet?

I also took notice how they also spotted me across the street as well.

I am breathing down their backs and want to ask whats up whats being done in the past 3 weeks since there were to be things moving on the investigation.

Then if not I will ask why not?

Will keep you updated as promised.

Thank You for your patience!

Kyle here in the philippines most of us would mark other as we eat allot of pan init dre, kasi barato ang lami jyud!

Maybe others would mark fruits because they eat bannana-Que here with either a sweet yellow batter or just simply fried lang sud sa nantika ang brown sugar. lso fast and simple snack of most school kids on the go.
