sila tanan maoy victim ani sex scandals! ngano NBI man sila tanan! "N"-a "B"-oang sa "I"-yot. kung akoy pasultihon. Dr. Belo admitted that she saw the 40 or 3 sex videos. Hayden said that she is a forgiver.

happy sex life to all!!!!

panahon na gyod to niya mamatay kay naa may mga hitabo nga grabe wala man pod kabugtui sa kinabuhi. pinaagi lang adtong hitaboa siya gikuha bisan unsang orasa kun panahon na dili man ta makabalibad, ang maayo nga andam gyod ta kun kita na ang kuhaon ni kamatayon

bitaw pero too sad mo ana nga ma among lang tungod sa kadaotan sa uban tao. lain2x man gud ta pang huna2x bisan pag unsa ka educated kung tao masuko mo patay or ipapatay ka. kung naay psychological problems dili kabalo kung maka handle ang usa ka tao ini kung naay kasuko. ex. selos maka trigger ni nga mo patay ka tao. gawas stable tanan tao pang huna2x og naay kahadlok sa ginoo.

nope we are not. we are here supporting the case.. there might be a little silence on this case.. but it doesn't mean that the support is gone.

in silence, we are always here

Isolated case or mahulog lang sa wala tungod sa justice system nga very ambot lang.

by the way ayaw lawgawa ninyo ang storya dire. kay wala jud na nigawas dire nga naay tomboy involve.

Libel on the Internet under Philippine Law

First, the disclaimer. This is not intended as lawyerly advice. Neither does it refer a specific case or circumstance. Much less can this be considered as an offer to provide legal services or to advocate anything. It’s just one person’s opinion on a matter of increasing interest to bloggers and other denizens of cyberspace: what constitutes internet libel in the context of Philippine laws.

How is libel defined under Philippine laws? Article 353 of the Revised Penal Code defines libel as “a public and malicious imputation of a crime, or of a vice or defect, real or imaginary, or any act, omission, condition, status or circumstance tending to cause the dishonor, discredit or contempt of a natural or juridical person, or to blacken the memory of one who is dead”.

For an imputation then to be libelous, the following requisites must concur: (a) it must be defamatory; (b) it must be malicious; (c) it must be given publicity; and (d) the victim must be identifiable.

If you call someone a scum-sucking, slimeball, swindling pimp, even if this is fairly accurate, and post it online, you may be sued for making libelous statements.

Defamatory words are those calculated to induce the hearers or readers to suppose and understand that that the person or persons against whom they were uttered were guilty of certain offenses, or are sufficient to impeach their honesty, virtue or reputation, or to hold the person or persons up to public ridicule. Philippine law also presumes every defamatory imputation to be malicious, even if true, if no good intention and justifiable motive for making it is shown (Article 254 of the Revised Penal Code). Malice exists when there is an intentional doing of a wrongful act without just cause.

The libel must be given publicity, circulated or publicized. Postings in a forum, message board or blog can certainly be considered as publication. Lastly, the victim or offended party must be identifiable.

For your information and guidance.  8)

i don't think we can consider them bestfriends... they've known each other less than a year pa and no bestfriend would ever do such crime.. i know that there's a saying nga ur bestfriend is ur best enemy but if bestfriend gyud mo then u wud learn to accept unsa imong friend and wud love them and not hurt them.. even to the extent of killing them...

happy angel lang tawag u ha, saako nabasa sa news mismo ang father sa victim ga ingon nga bestfriend sila ky bisan asa magkuyog, matulog kuyog, naa occassion. meaning close friend sila. lisod man sad kung balik ka basa from page 1. nakoy gi post about best friend becomes your horrible enemy. too much familiarity might put us in danger and betrayal wears many faces.  :)

Abi nimo ihatekillers, I´m a member of FOSS (Friends of the Suffering Souls), I have been devoted to them since I was 15. Karon tigulang nako, I spent more time  praying for them. Your friend who died is tragic enough but she is not getting any peace if there are topics like these.

If you got time to surf visit the website of FOSS and Maria Silma. The last person I mentioned was able to contact with souls and she could communicate with them, about how they came to the purgatory and the ways to help them. Some souls stay at least 100 years accoding to Padre Pio of Pietrelcina. I wish that you could understand the profound meaning of the souls in the purgatory.

take care always,
Manay
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And then we see from the word “repay” and “vengeance” that God’s wrath is his response to sin. God does not take vengeance on the innocent. When he repays with vengeance, we know there has been sin—there is something to repay. And since he is meticulously just, that repayment will be a suitable vengeance, a proper vengeance. It will not be more or less than his perfect justice demands. So here is the definition again: The wrath of God is God’s settled anger toward sin expressed in the repayment of suitable vengeance on the guilty sinner.

I agree ni madam hofel. kung all people are seekers of god wala jud ni ani nga issue judgemental ta sa isig ka tawo nato. dili ta ka ingon miserable ato life. maldito siya ky daghan tatoo, bati nawong. ikaw dili ky sige simba. dili jud. gusto ni sa ginoo kadto ra seekers of god. dili sad siya mamugos.

sa ako pagsabot ani "In this way the last will be first, and the first will be last." Matthew 20:16 ang na belong sa last (jonelle, daghan tatoo, bati nawong, criminal, borikat). ang na belong sa first (hinimba kaayo, religious, boutan ky wala daw na involve kagubot or crime) unya ang seekers ky kadto mang naa sa last.  :)

Victim's father says he had already forgiven jonelle because he knew it is the spirit and not the form of law that keeps justice alive.

Based on the evidences man gud, i mean granting that being judgemental is not bad, deep inside u, cguro u can also say nga the suspect is really the one in police custody now, diba?  I think u are just trying to be neutral but for those who are really close to the victim, we cannot really stop them from expressing what they feel... dba? I hope i make sense here.

read it 100 times sa gi post ni citizen. Im sure makasabot jud kung anot sense didi ha forum. remember that we can't please everyone. amo gad tawo damot kasuko sa kalibotan kung naay mabasan nga mga issue or panghitabo commentaryo jud but not intentionally in a sense to hurt people feelings or gubaon it reputation. sabay lang gad at de same time learned something from it. kung ang sayop dugangan it sayop ano man resulta ana? its up to you now.  ;)

Something to ponder.....para minimize na question with wrongly approach. im sure this is jonelle defense strategy...

Murder is one of the harshest things you can ever be charged with. If you are arrested for the crime, it won't be long before you will be charged in court for the crime but you can prove your innocence with the help of a criminal defense lawyer.

When you are brought in for questioning, the first thing you have to do is ask for a lawyer. If you can't afford one, don't worry because a state appointed lawyer will be assigned to you. But if you have money, it is best to hire a private attorney since they have better success rates than public defenders.

Once counsel is present, work with them so you can come up with a defense strategy. You will have to tell them exactly what happened. If you really committed the crime, they can argue that there are circumstances which made you do it.

It is possible that you killed the person by reason of self-defense or possibly you were temporarily insane. If you do this, you will be examined by a psychiatrist because some people fake it.

You will shortly be arraigned so a trial date can be set so you should already enter a plea of guilty or not guilty.

Days before trial, your defense lawyer should already work on a plan to create reasonable doubt in the mind of the judge. He or she may hire expert witnesses to testify on your behalf, present strong counter arguments and attack weaknesses in the prosecution's argument.

Since your lawyer will have a chance to see what will be used in the case, he or she may be able to suppress certain evidence if this was obtained illegally. This may sometimes get a guilty person off on a technicality but this is all part of the judicial process.

On your part, the only thing you have to do is behave yourself during the entire court proceedings because your lawyer will be the only one doing the talking. Better yet, behave in a way that will make the judge think twice if you are capable of doing such a heinous crime.

The objective in a criminal trial is to cast reasonable doubt in the minds of the jury so no matter how many witnesses are called to testify or what evidence is presented, you have a good chance of getting a not guilty verdict. But if things do not work out, then you can appeal the decision of the court.

You can avoid going to court if you decide to negotiate with the prosecution. For instance, if there were other people involved in the crime, you can testify against the others in exchange for immunity or a lesser charge. You should consider this option if ever it is presented to you.

If the evidence is overwhelming, perhaps you should just plead guilty because if you are convicted, some states will sentence you to face the death penalty. Doing so will probably get you life imprisonment probably with no chance of parole.

A criminal defense lawyer is the only person who will be able to help you if ever you are charged with murder. It is only by cooperating with this person that will prevent you from spending the rest of your days in prison. AMEN  :o  ;D

Hello to all concerned, I am very happy knowing that you guys have been very supportive of the victim.  I don't know the victim nor the suspect.  What made me interested in the case is because of how the victim was killed.  So grossed. I hope justice will really be served the soonest possible time to ease the pain of those who are left behind, family, the child, friends and relatives.  Indeed, it is so sad that the person who was considered a friend by the victim is now the number one suspect.  Di ba, a friend should be the one to defend her/his friend in times like that?  Just so frustrating:)

Betrayal wears many faces, Best friend becomes your horrible enemy.

A best friend is the person you share a significant portion of your self with and receive
the same in exchange. They usually know your thoughts, feelings, desires and deepest
secrets. They have been beside you during times of turbulence and also celebrated your every
success.

Your best friend has the power to hurt you more than any other person, possibly because they
have been exposed to what you think and feel. They understand what motivates you, as well as
what breaks you down. After lowering your defenses in a relationship based on total trust,
they can be a dangerous ally. They've had a glimpse into your heart and mind and know ways
to use it against you.

Most of the verdict dre sa atong justice system is based on the witness and if naa, evidence sad.. Then wala pa gyuy psychological profiling.. Wherein ang suspect is studied.. From his past kung gi-unsa sya pagbring up ug hangtod naunsa siya karon.. And from there maconclude nila kung unsa kataas ang probability nga mahimo na niya ang klase nga crime..

Actually i posted this already about psychological factors that figure into why people commit crimes. Focus naman ko diri maka hatag lang ideas...Is knowing what you are doing being aware of all consequences. Psychological profiling is very important ky didto sa ila measure unsay motive sa killing. (ex. intentional killing or unintentional killing) lain2x na punishment. Wala nay ka siguradoan dinhi ky for how many years nag antos pinas sa kalisod. naay gyud affected ani sa panghuna2x. basin naa gali dinhi serial killer nga anytime mo patay. labi na under influence of alcohol or drugs.

about this case when in fact the victim, the suspects and the suspects' cohorts
were a total stranger to me.

i guess it has something to do with the fact that the victim and the suspect were
best of friends...
i still cannot fathom how can a friend, that Miss Ebarita considered as the best, can do such horrible harm...
i wanna know what drove the suspect from killing someone that she considers a friend
or accepted her as a friend...

it pained me to see how cruel life can be...
bestfriends... and so i thought we should be scared with strangers.

Suggestion topic: The Danger of Too Much Trust.

Betrayal wears many faces, so how do we find trust? Who Can You Trust? A friend's betrayal causes mistrust to spread to your other close relationships.

The only way to make a man trustworthy is to trust him; and the surest way to make him untrustworthy is to distrust him and show your mistrust.

The truth will set us free. Not in your own words, emotional distress, for being malicious minded, to manipulate people's life in a public meeting website for open discussion. I believe the most important thing is being true to yourself. If we are trying to please everybody. To please everyone is a road that will sooner or later make you feel really bad, and/or really stressed. Why? Because it cannot be done. So there’s where the failure come in.

A serious problem with trying to please everyone is that you might be forced to abandon your ideals. Not everyone will share your ethics and morals. Stooping down, as it were, from the bar you’ve raised for yourself just to make someone else happy will only makes you unhappy. In other words, there will always be a price to pay when trying to please everyone.

I wish everybody here peace and most especially that the real culprits will be caught.

Peace to you to bro...

Please don't PM me if your intention is to upset or threat people. Nasayop ka nako dili ko ma bother because I dont have business dinhi sa forum.

Walay gi condemn diri nga mga names. Ask lang ko ato about the guy kung naay naka-ila niya. Actually concern rako niya coz I recognize him as a friend, classmate sa highschool.  So it's very clear nga I did nothing wrong. My intention is for peace, education purposes and justice.

I can give basic tips for jonelle labi na sa #2. how she can defend herself?

1. Hire an attorney. the more experience the attorney has had in cases similar to yours, the greater your chance of success.

2. Prepare for your arraignment. Collect copies of documents your attorney will need for your defense: arrest record, police file, mental health record, information about witnesses and information about your alibi.

3. At the arraignment, you will declare what you plead to (guilty, not guilty), so to defend yourself properly, discuss the defense stategy with your attorney. It is important to tell the truth, determine why events occurred as they did and determine a consistency in evidence.

4. Contact a support group for those who feel that they have been wrongly accused.

hello all! Karon ra gyud ko nagpamember but ive been reading this particular thread since i found it in one of the google results.. I dont know both the suspect nor the victim..
One of u mentioned about profiling.. I thnk it was fbi.. And i believe it should be considerd also by our police.. Psychological profiling has helped lots of murder cases in the US.. I thnk during this process, the investigator not necessarily the police.. Myt b a psychiatrist or anyone studying behavioral science.. will study the suspect by taking time in talking to him and study his reaction.. When ur interviewing him, its like ur looking for sumthng that makes him tick.. A violent reaction perhaps to a certain question, an impassive reaction wen asked about her friend's death, wat she thnks about her friend.. Those are just some of the interview questions that might show the vital signs.. Every reaction is recorded, not only on paper but also on video..
As wot i hav read on most articles of the crimelibrary.com.. Most criminals who did the crime particularly murder: always enjoys the media attention, has no particular remorse on the gruesome thng he/she just did, he/she might somehow feel amused as well about it, he/she might say some degrading thngs on his/her victim and myt just as well say that his/her victim deserved it..
All of these thngs are taken into account and are given weight during the court proceedings..
I dont know if this works in our justice system but it really works in the US..
U do the math na lang kung unsay inyong na-observe sa mga reactions ni jonelle.. Hehe!ü

Yes, you are 100% correct the suspect has psychological problems. If law enforcement include different angle on the relationship between hate and fear (Ex. drugs, money and different kind of sex affair). Stabbing 24 times, Would be considered a hate crime.

Let's pray that justice will be served.

According to Cebu Daily News.

Earlier in the day, Ebarrita was with her officemates, Jommel Ensecpana and Wabert Diu and Evelyn Ensecpana, who was in town for the Sinulog festivities, said PO3 Protacio Tago Jr.

Evelyn Ensecpana was from Samar and is a cousin of Jommel Ensecpana. They were having a drinking session in a restobar along Escario Street, Cebu City.

Later, Ebarrita, who was from Cubacub in Mandaue City, left early since she was supposed to meet a certain Edna in Subangdaku.

Evelyn Ensecpana hitched a ride on Ebarrita's taxicab and disembarked in Subangdaku before reaching the hotel, according to the policeman who interviewed her cousin Jommel Ensecpana.

CEBU CITY, Philippines â€" While there was some evidence that outside influences tried to intervene in the Mandaue City police’s investigation of the murder of Lynn Vi Ebarita, this did not affect the investigation’s outcome, a city official said.

Vice Mayor Carlo Fortuna said cases such as Ebarita’s are bound to draw attention. He did not say exactly what this attempt to intervene was or who was behind it.

“A high profile case like this cannot discount such a possibility,” the vice mayor said following a private meeting between members of the City Council and the city police.

The meeting was scheduled to tackle allegations of cover-ups in the investigation into Ebarita’s death.

Fortuna said the city police assured that the investigation would be airtight.

Ebarita was found dead at the Nikkei Garden Hotel in Mandaue City on January 22, wrapped in garbage bags and bearing 24 stab wounds. Investigators said her friends last saw her on the night of January 18.

Ebarita’s friend Jonnelle Enfectana was named the primary suspect behind the murder. She is the goddaughter of a ranking politician in a town of Eastern Samar.

Enfectana was believed to have had the help of others in killing Ebarita.

After the closed-door meeting, the City Council commended personnel from the Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO) for their progress in the investigation, even though the case was not yet considered closed.

The city legislators also recommended the “spot promotion” of members of MCPO's Investigation and Detection Management Bureau (IDMB) who were instrumental in the speedy developments of the Ebarita case.

The policemen involved in the case of Emily Nuñeza, who was killed by a man she met through a dating program on radio, and the case of Jocelyn Mendoza, the wife of an overseas Filipino worker who was killed in her home, were also commended.

Nine policemen were lauded by the City Council. These are Chief Inspector Eddie Recamara, Inspector George Aniñon, Senior Police Officer 1 Arnulfo Quiachon Jr., Senior Police Officer 1 Rico Cabatingan, Police Officer 3 Protacio Tago Jr., Police Officer 2 Sanchez Fegarido, Police Officer 2 Marino Loufranco, Police Officer 2 Roberto Neri, and Police Officer 1 Crestito Raboy.

Senior Superintendent Orlando Ualat, director of the MCPO, assured councilors that the police would continue to strengthen the cases despite the transfer of Recamara.

Recamara used to be the head of the IDMB. He was reassigned as commander of MCPO’s station 4 in Barangay Casuntingan.

“The team of investigators (is) still intact at the IDMB except for Recamara. If needed he can always assist the team,” Ualat said. “I assure you that the transfer has nothing to do with the investigation.”

Fortuna and the City Council said they would closely monitor development in Ebarita’s case considering she was a resident of the city.

“We affirm our full confidence and support over Ualat and his men,” Fortuna added. “We likewise impressed unto him our keen interest in the case.”

Since the start of their term, it was the first time that the opposition-led City Council expressed commendations to a large group of policemen.

FLORIDA, US - Gruesome Crime
Jealous lesbian murdered her lover by stabbing her 222 times with a screwdriver. Would that be considered a hate crime then?

There are different kinds of murder.

The difference between murder and manslaughter.

“Murder” is killing another person with “malice aforethought,” which, in turn, means a predetermination to commit the act without justification or excuse. In other words, you meant to do it, and you were not acting in self-defense or defense of another.

“Manslaughter” is killing without malice. To be sure, someone died and at your hands, but the killing was committed without deliberation. Manslaughter may be “voluntary” or “involuntary.” In “voluntary” manslaughter, the act is committed in the heat of passion where, for example, there is a sudden quarrel and a fight ensues, resulting in a death. “Involuntary” manslaughter is causing a death recklessly but without the intention to do harm.

enfectana, jonelle seems to be suffering from some personality disorder. she is more likely to possess several distinct psychological features including disturbances in self-image, ability to have successful interpersonal relationships, appropriateness of range of emotions, ways of perceiving herself, others, and the world, and difficulty possessing proper impulse control as she was reported to have love shouting to everyone. because of these disturbances, jonelle enfectana seemed to experienced conflict with other people and vice versa.
she is probably to have antisocial personality disorder due to her lack of reaction or guilt and emotions during the case proceedings.

>>hehe,, this is my assessment. im still a student. this is not accurate, but this may help.
anyways, im a psychology major.
goodluck to the officials in-charge with the case of lynn vi.

Re: Education Purposes

Stay away from drugs, alcohol and different kind of sex affair.

Lifestyles do not define the goodness in people. It might put us in danger. Some pinoy gud
if naay event like sinulog "gimik didto, gimik diri" naa sa utok. Why not just minimize
enjoyment. It's better tingali to witness the parade, fireworks display, picnic with your
family and friends. After the event back to business, work and school. And now the fun is
over your life becomes miserable.

Best friend becomes your horrible enemy.

Credibility is very important. The primary suspect's alibi is not quite convincing.

Motive is important because without an understanding of why people commit certain crimes in
the way they do, we are left to begin at square one on every investigation, something we
simply don’t have the time or the resources to do.  That’s where profiling comes in.  If law
enforcement knows that certain elements of a crime, and certain evidence found at the crime
scene, may suggest the type of person who did the crime, then we are on our way to the “why”
of the crime that can then take us to the “who” â€" the person who committed the crime.

"Most criminals, if not caught, will repeat their crime due to psychological problems."

Psychological factors that figure into why people commit crimes.

1. The Spiritual Equipment

- Feeling or emotion
An emotion usually originates as a result of something you see, hear or think about. This
feeling amy be pleasant (e.g. love, gladness) or unpleasant (hate, jealousy, rage). The
result of this feeling is a certain action, like assault or murder. Man's life is thus
affected to a large extent by his feelings or emotions, and therefore it is accorded a
distinct place in the causation of anti-social behavior.

- Character
Character is the moral part of the personality that regulates daily behavior. If a person
has defects in their character such as aggressiveness, cunning, intolerance or brutality, he
will find it difficult to rationalize between right and wrong in moments of emotional upset
and will not be able to exercise self-control.

2. Self Concept

The self-concept has been identified as a very important aspect in human life: a person must
be able to have respect for himself; to be "his own best friend". This is how a person sees
himself. If a person believes that he is worthless, and that society does not care what
happens to him, this attitude (self-perception) may well lead to crime.

3. Stress

Stress can lead to irrational conduct, even to crime. If a person labors under severe
emotional distress, that person may feel compelled to act in socially unacceptable manners.
Stress has become a major problem in modern life, leading to broken families and deviant
behavior.

4. Depression

Depression can be a psychosis and also a neurosis. A psychosis is a severe mental illness in
which insight was lost. Persons with psychotic depression might believe that the sins of the
world are upon them, and that they are a burden to society.

5. Personality disorders

Psychopathy, addictions and deviances can be listed under personality disorders.
Once there is a disintegration of personality, deviant behavior can be expected.
Many serious crimes are committed by persons whose personalities do not conform with the
norms accepted by society.

Let's pray that justice will be served.

Instead, pay them back with a blessing. That is what God wants you to do, and He will bless
you for it."
