this is a no-brainer. if the poll is about 'who is the MOST qualified...' then may be yes. but then again, whoever is your choice is the HONEST one as long as you did not sell your vote to the highest bidder.

Qualification wise...Chatto leads the two by a wide margin...in accomplishments and performance, Montano comes probably a close second but in an entirely different field...I would rank Herrera a miserable last...coz he is a non-performer in the SP, a rubberstamp of aumentado w/o anything to show for as his accomplishment...

But the qualifications is not all in choosing a candidate, you have to see the candidate not only as the Provincial General Manager, but also a representative for the province, a good speaker and salesman for Bohol's tourism, exports & OFWs, he should also be like a father to all, approachable, helpful, mild mannered and loved by those around him and the rest of Bohol...

Now you decide...VOTE WISELY...

NATIONAL CENTENNIAL LINGKOD BAYAN AWARDEE FOR OUTSTANDING WORK PERFORMANCE awarded by the CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION (CSC), in 2000

The award was given during Chatto's second term, he was the only Vice Governor given this distinction...and together with the award was a salary grade increase making him the only Vice Governor to recieve a salary higher than that of a Governor...bringing honor and distinction to the Province...

Now the question, could anyone beat that? Chatto should be our Governor...VOTE WISELY...VOTE for a performer with proven credentials...

I'll go for Montano thsi time because Bohol needs young people who are selfless in their intention. Cesar as he is popular in showbiz, has the option earn mega bucks in movies, t.v shows and endoresement. However, he opted to run for governor because of the Boholanoes clamor to have a governor who is sincere in intention. He is not perfect like all of us, he is neophyte but good politicians started from scratch.
