on the practical side of things, what would a chatto or herrera led bohol do in a noynoy led philippines? di ba moduol ra ni sila ni montano as a go-between? get real, the president still holds the purse so to speak.

fortunate ang bohol in the past kay ang mga governors are allies of the sitting president. so, go montano na tang tanan. if polls are to be believed (they usually reflect the real sentiments), noynoy will win in bohol. can chatto and herrera say to him that it's because of them? only montano can claim part of it because he's noynoy's candidate.

now you're talking. i accept your argument that i am speculating and over imagining. but aren't we all? this is election season. and why did i speculate? the records of both officials speaks for themselves. we are now looking at a noynoy aquino presidency. it's just normal for local officials to jump ship to the president's party to be able to ask favours for their constituents, as they say onli in da pilipins.

from what i gather (correct me if i'm wrong):

* chatto started KBL then moved to LDP and now PaLaKa.
* herrera was LDP, PaLaKa and now Nacionalista

what was the motivation? so they can obtain favours from the sitting leadership of the country.

WHAT CAN HE DO?...being a governor is not like being a host or an actor,he has no experienced to lead...if he has an experienced even being a mayor,well i will vote for him...many people said we will try him...no! its a big mistake, what do you think about leading a certain province?do you think it is like a game that if you will failed you will try again...?it is a very risky to try an inexperienced person to lead a province...if it is for brgy. captain well its ok...cesar is ok, he is a good person, but again he has no experienced, if he will win i am sure that they will used him....my advice for cesar is he should run first as a mayor in their town so that we can see what can he do,because it is very risky to try and being a governor is a very difficult task...
