1. So, who best served as Vice Governor of Bohol? Facts don’t lie. Notice that most of the projects Herrera did in his term were copied from Chatto’s time, such as:
a. Distribution of Kits to BALA
b. Distribution of Kits to the OFWs
c. OFW Assistance Desk
d. Training on Barangay Legislation copied from Chatto’s Katarungang Pambarangay Institutional Capacity Program
2. Chatto had 21 accomplishments in only 6 years as Vice Governor, while Herrera has only 6 while serving for 9 years.

4. You can not become a “good leader†by simply claiming that you are. Your track record will speak for you and other people will say it to the public. Chatto’s track record of accomplishments and Awards even as Vice Governor and now as Congressman will speak for himself that he is a “good leader†able to become the next Governor of Bohol which the people will elect on May 10.
