IT IS DEBATABLE TO SAY THAT HERRERA WAS COPYING CHATTO'S PROJECTS, THAT IS WHAT YOU CALLED CONTINUATION OF SUBSTANTIAL PROJECTS THAT WOULD BENEFIT THE CONSTITUENTS, IN THE SAME MANNER,
. WHOEVER WILL BE ELECTED AS GOVERNOR, THEY CAN CONTINUE THE PROJECTS INITIATED BY AUMENTADO IF THEY FEEL IT DEEM NECESSARY FOR THE PUBLIC ANT THE BETTERMENT OF BOHOL AS A PROVINCE.
good point...now why did he continue them only in his last term? Is it for show, a campaign gimmick? You can not expect a non-performing Vice Governor to become a performing Governor...that's debatable you may say...but then you can not teach an old dog new tricks...What he was, so shall he be...
Forgive me but I think I need to re-post the camparison...Chatto had accomplished his 21 programs in six years, why did it take Herrera eight years to even start...and only six projects at that...'coz Herrera did it, not for the betterment of the Boholano people, but in the hope of perpetuating himself in power...He is trying to fool us, I mean us, the real Boholanos... coz he simply goes home to Cebu after each session...a non-working, absent Vice Governor for eight years...

2. Chatto had 21 accomplishments in only 6 years as Vice Governor, while Herrera has only 6 while serving for 9 years.
3. So, who is a better leader for Bohol?
4. You can not become a “good leader†by simply claiming that you are. Your track record will speak for you and other people will say it to the public. Chatto’s track record of accomplishments and Awards even as Vice Governor and now as Congressman will speak for himself that he is a “good leader†able to become the next Governor of Bohol which the people will elect on May 10.
