style sa gaisano parehag robinson.  employment is only good for 10 months.  wa gyoy ma-regular, sige lag turnover.  wa pa nay labot sa initial expenses sa potential employee nga maggukod sa paperwork, apil na ang police ug bir clearances, ug mo-provide sa kaugalingong uniform from head to foot at the required number of pieces.  wa pa ka makasulod, nakagasto ka na sa imong one-month pay.

kun maayo ka, i-hire kag balik human ug break nga 1 month.  balik sa uno ang kwentada.  this is done aron di gyod ka ma-regular ug wa silay sabit sa employee benefits.

kining mga intsika, sa tinuoray lang, nangadato kay somewhere along the way namintaha.  greatly contributing to their wealth is their savings off people's backs.  ang SM maoy arang-arang ug treatment sa ilang employees.  at least naa silay mga regulars.
