linv loves G. they were to be married. they loved each other a lot. i mean that guy waited for her at her office for 4-6 hours. they talked non stop. they were a cute couple. she talked to him online everyday since he left cebu. you could hear her laughing at work which is rare cuz she's a serious work-a-holic and that would be because she was talking to him. i wonder how he's doing?

What we need to do is pray that she will come to realize and accept what has become of her.

That is very wrong.

Gossips/hearsay in the net, would not solve crimes. It is considered hearsay in court if the information is not first hand which is not acceptable under the rules of evidence. If there is one of you who is a witness, go to the proper authorities, the net would only just create confusion. It is not the proper venue. We end up doing chizmis.

Let us respect the victim by closing this thread. only a suggestion.

correct me if i am wrong--- but for me, who doesn't know the victim or any from her immediate family or the suspect/s and his/her immediate family, this thread is helpful to us (who are very interested to know and supports the cause of the family and friends of the victim) to know about how the case fared through especially now that there is an ongoing media block out.

this thread could help clear out the names of the victims and the suspects, as well.

if something was being circulated about the victim or the suspect/s, those who personally knew the victim or the suspect/s, may clear their names through this forum.

closing this thread doesn't mean that chismis or talks about the victim and/or about the suspect will stop.

by explaining, through this thread, about the real score.

something was being posted here by someone about one
of those who were dragged by the suspect
and those who knew the guy replied and explained
(in behalf of the guy whose name was being dragged)

Sources in forums like this is not reliable. Our personalities here are anonymous. If one comes, telling inaccurate information, that would create confusion.

The reason for media block out is to avoid sensationalizing the case. The media, "hungry" for news, is not a reliable source of evidence. Even , as you noticed, news are told differently in any media organisation, and most importantly, news change from time to time.

Testimonies, and physical evidences presented in court are the reliable ones.

A very important consideration in criminal law, is the presumption of innocence. A man is innocent until proven otherwise. In forums like these, we condemn a person without due process. "Due process" is only carried out in courts, not in forums.

Here, we end up doing a chizmis because our sources are not reliable.

I only suggest to close it while the investigation is on going. If we do not, that is also not a problem, I am just stressing my point.

I mean no offense to people who wants to keep updated about the development of the case, but again, the forum is not a reliable source.

If you want to be informed, go to proper authorities. If they dont give you since it is confidential, then wait until a decision has been reached.

Jonnelle is one of my closest & real friend, but we do not go often because i am here in Leyte, the last time i seen her when she got home last dec. i couldn't believe she could do such terrible things..
in fairness to her, i did not see any negative character... i just got the news yesterday when one of our common friend called me- (asking me if " when was the last time we talked/texted )", i was really shocked.... oh my God!!!. as i have read the comments, i keep on asking to my self.. do jonnelle have dual personality?, all that she showed me is the good side?

yes i know them both and her son. G took real good care of her. never left her sight. he played with the son like it was his own to take care of. i never knew of a day that they didnt talk. they were a very good and cute couple. he told me the plan was to bring her and her son to california marry her there and then come back to cebu to invite the families for a re marriage. you could see that they loved each other possibly more than romeo and juliet. he always said she was beautiful and that he loved her. and she say that she also loves him. G is a funny guy but its really funny how she would reply to some of his jokes. they are good people. and now i dont know what he's like. but i bet its something that nobody should go through. nothing will be the same again for him.

im just talkin here maybe with people that knew linv and G personally.
like the last person who i thought was from wats.
i was from wats and i knew the lovely couple linv and G
i just wanted to talk about the people.
i just want to let people know of how good they were and how they were with their friends.
i knew them when they worked at a pizza hut account and somewhere in october there was a halloween decoration of the cubicles.

Linv is a wonderful character whenever the people were being mistreated, she'd speak up to help. in fact you'd misjudge her right off the bat. she looks kinda mean but get past that and she's a good friend. she likes her cigaretts as much as she likes her coffee. but when she's with G she doesnt smoke much. you could tell she liked G cuz she'll be awfully quiet thinking about what to say. she does like margaritas a lot also.

G is kinda the same. lookin like a gangster but he's really funny and kind and calm. he'll tell crazy stories about himself. he's also a hard worker like linv. sometimes he'd go to work really early. i mean 4 hours early. and he was good with his calls. there was a time where if you had high QA scores then you'd get to relax for an hour or so but did you know what he did with that time? he'd go to linv's cubicle give everybody backrubs or give mini 15 min breaks to the other agents. real cool dude.

if you know about linv or G please talk about a pleasant time where you remember them.
all we have is memories.
and that will keep them in our hearts forever.

Gossips/hearsay in the net, would not solve crimes. It is considered hearsay in court if the information is not first hand which is not acceptable under the rules of evidence. If there is one of you who is a witness, go to the proper authorities, the net would only just create confusion. It is not the proper venue. We end up doing chizmis.

Let us respect the victim by closing this thread. only a suggestion.

yes i know them both and her son. G took real good care of her. never left her sight. he played with the son like it was his own to take care of. i never knew of a day that they didnt talk. they were a very good and cute couple. he told me the plan was to bring her and her son to california marry her there and then come back to cebu to invite the families for a re marriage. you could see that they loved each other possibly more than romeo and juliet. he always said she was beautiful and that he loved her. and she say that she also loves him. G is a funny guy but its really funny how she would reply to some of his jokes. they are good people. and now i dont know what he's like. but i bet its something that nobody should go through. nothing will be the same again for him.

Touch kaayo ko sa messsage ni G sa friendster at the same time i feel so sad pud, nalooy ko ni G. the reason kung bakit ako nagtatanong regarding the accomplices is that a friend of mine knew the accomplices and he told me that he saw one of the accomplice in their hometown "naglaaglaag". sa tingin nyo ba nasabihan na talaga sila or hearsay lang na sila nga?
