love not war, bai was a csa or tier2 agent and didnt take in calls but only if needed. all escalated calls go to tier2 and those unresolved calls for lost and stolen issues went to the victim. she handled that as the primary specilialist or escalation supervisor. the suspect is the secondary specialist but took calls all the time and only assisted the victim. the victim was a floor walker too and the source of answers for all questions under her escalation role.

The reason why I asked about if the cousin had a kid who is sick is because I am thinking that the motive is money too. What I meant about a "s%&#Â¤" is the killer. Yes, the killer told me she would be resigning soon. She had an incident report at work and said she wouldn't mind because she would be resigning soon. This was before Sinulog. Maybe she already planned of getting away of a crime.

by the way, i remember a time when i was about to issue an incident report at work to my friend (the victim) for a mistake she wasn't aware of. it was part of my work to deal with agents who do things in their calls. we talked about it with a cup of coffee and a smoke. i remember she was so scared to get an incident report.

so guys, you wouldn't imagine how scared she was facing her death all alone sorrounded by enemies. the thought of this just breaks my heart.
