Mao lagi Nookie, we all want the truth the problem her is the truth relies merely on the suspect. If the suspect really has nothing to do with the crime. Why would she gave list to the policemen as possible "suspects?" for investigation. By acting it, it just implied that she knows what really happened because if she doesn't know anything about it or if she isn't guilty, she could have said it straight not involving anybody else. What do u think was she trying to figure out? To mislead the minds of the investigators, what for? diba? Dapat, she would explain all the accusations one by one like why are some of the things of the victim found in her vicinity? why did she called the bf of the victim, u know things like that...

no i'm not related to anyone, its just that i dont speak bisaya that well, and to be clear, i am not a spy, us ko sa mga ngfollow guihapon sa kaso, but i stand for my reasons and balanse lang ko mangita sa mga facts, d ko kilala ang suspects an the victim. as a person i only asks such questions kay si hate murag HATER na man gud, we should stick to the facts and dapat d tayo padala sa atong emotions... that's all..

amo ato akong question lagi before, gi invite ba sila? why do we have to jusge people when we don't know them... dili lang ta kabaw kung nagtago na sila o nghuwat lang sila sa imbitasyon, remembr some user's here in TB are friends of the wabert.

Its true na g invite sila. If naa man sila affidavit wala pay na recieve deri. Im not a friend of wabert but i know some background of wabert diu. Close ra kaayo tanan pangitabo suspect between victim mao na follow jud mo ani na case naa lage ni improvement

I suggest nga if possible bisaya, english or tagalog ang language so all can understand kay makaconfuse man gud ang waray nga dialect nya makacause nya ug misunderstanding and conflict. So to avoid it and para magakasinabot jud kana nalang language nga masabtan sa tanan, diba?

yeah i feel you... there are so many posibilites lagi, page 186 made sense you know.... the people that were mentioned, bangin na drag lang ang ilang names because d man napagbigyan si jonelle sa iya gi-aro... and as far as i know, wala pa ng coordinate ang CIDG mandaue/cebu sa CIDG tacloban, the "suspects" are just waiting for the invitation (asked a relible source) they really ready daw to give thir statement, wala lang talag nginvite sa ila promise....

Are you sure wala pa nakig coordinate ang pulis dere ug sa diha? Wala man gani ni abot na mga affidavits na imu g ingun.

to tell u frankly, the people mentioned in the newspaper are doing their normal activities here in tacloban.... they're not hiding from anyone nor the authorities... remember na naay pulis/nbi/cidg dire sa tacloban, sila ang una nga mu dampot sa ila kun may imbitasyon.... due process ang tawag diha dai.. jurrisdiction dire ng tacloban authorities and they haven't received any communication letter nor a representative from your end... paniguro sa diha sa info unsa ka mgreact...

Kunga sayo sila niduol sa police wala sila gawait sa invitation d wala unta to nakatag ang ila name pag ayo. Simple ra kaayo buhaton pero dili man manggawas gud.

im pretty sure kay way commotion dire sa tacloban... wa mu abot na affidavits ngani kay wa man mangayo dire ang authorities diha.... just think about it, kun d sila mghatag ng statement they could be arrested... and until now d pa sila inaaresto, meaning no summon or invitation was give.... hate peace na kita... hehehe lets just be vigilant and objective to the facts..

FYI. ning doul na sila sa NBI and CIDG, in fact to the arresting officer pa, kay muhatag na sila sa ilang statement, but they were sent home because wa man sila capacity to investigate kay wa man sila taga-e ug authority ng mga muhandle sa case diha..

Naa sad kay point ihate pero sa ato man gud kung moderetso sad ka sa pulis nga u are not guilty nya wala pa nadragged ang name nimu and wala pay invitation from the authority, chances are maquestion sad imong credibility nganong defensive ka diba?

I think, the best move cguro atong mga nadragged nga names, now that they are already dragged, then they should come up to the authorities and clear their names regardless kung naa bay invitation or wala.

SOmebody told me na ang mga guys implicated in this crime were doing their normal activities , if this is true unsa man diay gibuhat sa ato balaod na di ba since implicated sila they should be called to answer or defend their sides. if a member of this forum says nothing bad about the victim, it doesnt mean that he/she is on the side of the victim...

also, if a member of this forum says nothing bad about the suspect, it doesnt mean that he/she is on the side of the suspect....

if something was said about the victim, and you felt its not true, don't attack the person who said it. attack the topic by explaining the truth.
