i've asked around from people in tacloban, one of the named suspect's neighbor.. they said that the guy is already in manila back to his work.. as well as the others.. but i still think they sue jonelle for that... oral defamation? i'm not sure what's the case would be for that...

probably... it's confusing.. she is misleading the authorities right from the beginning.. she mentioned names and now she gave list of names to the police.... for what? we don't know for sure just mere speculation..

causing pain and anguish to my families and friends, i will
give my 101% support to the victim!

i will make sure that justice be served soon...

if the main suspect/s will be thrown in jail...

if we all look back to most if not all murder cases that happened here in the philippines.... justice was not serve immediately for those victims and names of those who are innocent people who are still behind bars and still suffers from the crimes they did not commit are not still cleaned.

even those who were murdered or assasined popular personalities their families are still, unfortunately,seeking justice until now. am not saying that justice will not be serve. but i guess it will take a long time...

and one more thing, i don't know why they have to promote or have their name printed or treat them like a hero (the police... whatsoever..hehehe). when it's their duty naman di ba??? bida bida. award winning... they should do their job as what they ought to. apir.

look at pheanz,
he/she was invited and, since not engulfed in guilt, went to the station and
breezed through the interrogation - - - because he/she is not guilty

but those whose name were dragged (and was printed in the newspapers)
they have no reason to hide unless they are guilty or knew something
and are not willing to help the victim
they should come out in the open and
prove their innocence...
no reason to fear for their lives...
because their conscience are clear.
unless... well... hmmmm.....

yeah i feel you... there are so many posibilites lagi, page 186 made sense you know.... the people that were mentioned, bangin na drag lang ang ilang names because d man napagbigyan si jonelle sa iya gi-aro... and as far as i know, wala pa ng coordinate ang CIDG mandaue/cebu sa CIDG tacloban, the "suspects" are just waiting for the invitation (asked a relible source) they really ready daw to give thir statement, wala lang talag nginvite sa ila promise....

i agree. when one is a friend or a family or even just a colleague or an acquaintance of a victim of murder, it will take extreme control to be objective and unemotional about the issue, especially towards the suspects. lisud mag suppress oi especially feelings of anger and suffering.

that's it. it makes the case even more clouded. and the logistics of our investigators are not that sophisticated and reliable to determine which is which. i believe they have their hands full...not taking into account the politics behind this.

kiam pasensya karon lang ko nakatubag work man gud ko ganiha..... maybe they work together to speed up the investigation, SOCO and police team , may pagasultihon man gud kuno nga "more brains is better than one" maybe they decided to group as one team in order to achieve better results during investigations.......peace to all!

citizen i appreciated your concern about this case but you should remember that we are not in america or in europe, here in our country{Philippines} sometimes or so many times justice delayed and jusctice denied. Just remember the case of leo echegaray, he was persecuted 2 years after he raped his stepdaughter,this could be due to prolonged due processed of law. to tell u frankly, the people mentioned in the newspaper are doing their normal activities here in tacloban.... they're not hiding from anyone nor the authorities... remember na naay pulis/nbi/cidg dire sa tacloban, sila ang una nga mu dampot sa ila kun may imbitasyon.... due process ang tawag diha dai.. jurrisdiction dire ng tacloban authorities and they haven't received any communication letter nor a representative from your end... paniguro sa diha sa info unsa ka mgreact...

FYI. ning doul na sila sa NBI and CIDG, in fact to the arresting officer pa, kay muhatag na sila sa ilang statement, but they were sent home because wa man sila capacity to investigate kay wa man sila taga-e ug authority ng mga muhandle sa case diha..

Naa sad kay point ihate pero sa ato man gud kung moderetso sad ka sa pulis nga u are not guilty nya wala pa nadragged ang name nimu and wala pay invitation from the authority, chances are maquestion sad imong credibility nganong defensive ka diba?

I think, the best move cguro atong mga nadragged nga names, now that they are already dragged, then they should come up to the authorities and clear their names regardless kung naa bay invitation or wala.
