hello all! Karon ra gyud ko nagpamember but ive been reading this particular thread since i found it in one of the google results.. I dont know both the suspect nor the victim..
One of u mentioned about profiling.. I thnk it was fbi.. And i believe it should be considerd also by our police.. Psychological profiling has helped lots of murder cases in the US.. I thnk during this process, the investigator not necessarily the police.. Myt b a psychiatrist or anyone studying behavioral science.. will study the suspect by taking time in talking to him and study his reaction.. When ur interviewing him, its like ur looking for sumthng that makes him tick.. A violent reaction perhaps to a certain question, an impassive reaction wen asked about her friend's death, wat she thnks about her friend.. Those are just some of the interview questions that might show the vital signs.. Every reaction is recorded, not only on paper but also on video..
As wot i hav read on most articles of the crimelibrary.com.. Most criminals who did the crime particularly murder: always enjoys the media attention, has no particular remorse on the gruesome thng he/she just did, he/she might somehow feel amused as well about it, he/she might say some degrading thngs on his/her victim and myt just as well say that his/her victim deserved it..
All of these thngs are taken into account and are given weight during the court proceedings..
I dont know if this works in our justice system but it really works in the US..

Yes, you are 100% correct the suspect has psychological problems. If law enforcement include different angle on the relationship between hate and fear (Ex. drugs, money and different kind of sex affair). Stabbing 24 times, Would be considered a hate crime.

ihatekillers- is she still crying until now? i dreamt of her last night. i was outside the elevator and she was inside going up. she smiled until the elevator closed. i visit an internal site time to time, hoping to get a call recording if she is really still here. i hope no matter how impossible, i could get her call recording if she wants to deliver a message to us all.

people can ventilate their emotions and feelings about the case on this thread. i don't see it as in anyway haunting the victim's soul. she has rested in peace, i hope, but i believe this is what the victim might also like to do if this has also happened to any of her friends, had she been alive. so long as it is not directing "a personal attack", this (forum) means of awareness and HEALING can be tolerated. IMO.

jonnelle contacted rackson to testify and his wife said this happened that night:
rackson went to see jonnelle in capitol at 10pm with 2 more guys. jonnelle and bai had a fight because gipakaulawan daw si jonnelle in a vip room. they both left to settle things, came back na si jonnelle na lang and when the guys asked her, she said nilakaw sa other invitation. jonnelle daw stayed with them till morning. this now confused me. it is either innocent si racks or nagsabot na sila daan unsa itubag.

hello everybody...been glued to your site for almost a week(s) na...and i would like to say this...that galing sa frend k ng leyte, they said that it was mere coincidence when the 4 met at sinulog festival (jonel, wabert, raksun and arnel).jonel was with some friends also.yes, it is true that wabert, raksun and arnel are from tacloban, but they are not close with junel, it happens lang that they met at that place and being their kababayan, even if your close with each other, you stil have that feling that ur happy to see them..only that it turns out to be different this time...the three men were now considered suspect.. to SHS students, do you believe that wabert can do those things...to jonel...pls..if you know something, pls help us na lng. pls..

The damage has been done and i hope that FBI will realize that what she/he has done might have caused hurt/pain to someone. Not just for that alleged suspect but for the 3 other innocent people shown in the pic. You could have just probably cropped the picture to show just the guy.

Walay gi condemn diri nga mga names. Ask lang ko ato about the guy kung naay naka-ila niya. Actually concern rako niya coz I recognize him as a friend, classmate sa highschool. thanks for the info fbi. mura man ug walay arraignment nahitabo karon kya kulang sa no.2 mao nga gihatagan pa ug 15 days daw ang lawyer ni jonelle. bisan ug wala pa to nga pix napost diri kita na man ko ato. suspect pa man pud to oi. naa man sila right to defend themselves sa court or sa investigators gawas pa sad kon dili jud sila involve dilia angay mahadlok just all they have to do is to tell the truth.
