Since i cant find my Journal thread, i would just express my gratitude here...
That i am so blessed to have meet some cyberfriends here in TB...
Cyber friends who are very genuine, the genuiness that i havent met in my acquaintances in real life...
I am very thankful for Admin Mike for creating this site, without this site, this could be my other depressing winter...
I am also thankful for Mikey's aka frog 70's accidental deletion of his site because, i found this site in my desperation,
a site which i could express my thought in my own dialect (not language),...
without his (Mikey's) craziness i wont be here...

It's 9:00 A.M. here... I've heard this afternoon nga naa nay results sa exam and naa na ang final grades namu... some of my friends failed and out na daw sa Program, some of them have chances to take the Removal exam... and ME? i don't know yet.. Good morning/afternoon guys!!

Today is the 20th of November and I just finished my last class. Today begins our 1 week break: Thanksgiving break.I'm getting ready to drive home to New Jersey to be reunited with my mother, father, brother Don and Andre and my sister Lorraine. I cant wait to go home because I get to see my Uncle Steve, Ante Beth and my little cousin Stephen as well. I hope that everyone else is enjoying their day and that their week be filled with love and happiness that only family can provide. Happy Thanksgiving guys! I probably wont be online for the rest of the week because I have so much stuff to do back home. Take care guys.

I do not know 'te. I talked to our other friends who lived with him in the same house....ingoon sila kono that Rob was depressed kono. They said that they didnt even know that he was thinking about killing himself or what not. But still......had i known or something..i would have have ran to his place last night and talked to him. 'te he died 3 AM!!!!
I just saw him the other day.....

I still cannot believe that he is gone. God has taken one of my closest friends....

The real truth is.....grown-up or those so called matured individuals are mostly making their own rules and develops to be egoists by hook or by crook. Oh girl, I understand your present stand, but you must have to learn to accept that a couple living
in hatred bring more trouble and make all participants unhappy especially the kids who are considered the loser and totally unhappy. Head up....your future depends not having a broken family but you must have to believe in you. I know, you are a brillant one.

By the way, my day is a daily routine as always........but getting more older from day to day, little normal aguroys finally considered, husband is still loving me as what he said last night, our two greedy cats are healthy, stand up alone for a TB break and daily activities and assigned job for a daily existence as compulsory.

Today was a good day. Blessed is the LORD GOD who is all-forgiving and comforting even in times of stress and pain in loosing a loved one. My sister and I came back home early this morning at 12:30ish AM to the open arms of my mother, father who were awake all night. Not only that, my great aunts from Canada came down for the week to celebrate Thanksgiving and were over our house and as we came back home--they all woke up (nanay esther, nanay lai, nanay ofelia, mama bong, mama eppie, mama ming2x and ate anete and ate ann2x). It was much a surprise for my sister and myself---talked for hours about family and news going on around in Canada and home. Though I was sad and bereaved, the Lord made it that my family was united for the arrival of my sister and I. I really am happy to be home. Home really is where the heart is. Personally and spiritually, today was a very tiring and exhausting day. I hope tomorrow is better; we will be driving to meet up with my aunt and uncle and cousins--the whole family will be together. Thanks

I'll start my day yesterday, I was invited for a bible study to a friend's church, Jehova's Witness. When I asked permission from my banana he asked me "Honey, arent they bringing you house to house distributing the Watch Tower magazine, are they?" Buto gyud ko katawa.

Hangtud karon katawa gihapon ko...But it came out good in the churchand guess what? My friend is visiting me the next day (wednesday) and not only that, she's taking with her the Preacher! Sus dugay ko katulog gabii because i am not realdy to entertain the preacher...Pwerte nako pangita ug reason on how to stop them from coming...*I dont want to be converted, for sure*

I woke up early today, still thinking of some people coming to my house...I finally told her that I was not ready to have a one-on-one with the preacher...*it's just nice to tell the truth* I felt so much relieved. I was preparing for the feast tomorrow,I'll be havig two guest tomorrow, I did some shopping a bit. Then we went to a party tonight but the bar doesnt have the ingredients for my white russian, so i was a bit disappointed...but i danced a lot tonight...

Just got back home from the Thanksgiving kumbera. I thoroughly enjoyed the day, I got to spend the first part with my banana's entire family (sister, in-laws, uncles, aunties, grandparents, cousins etc etc), and we had a traditional American Thanksgiving. The second part was spent at the house of my Pinoy good friend, with his family...this time, it was the Pinoy version of thanksgiving.

I had so much fun, I had the best of both worlds.

Yesterday was cool--we went to a club house for Thanksgiving Day with my family--and extended family--it was a formal-wear club house. Had some good red merlot; aged 10 years--really good. Afterwards we went to my Ante Beth's place. There were alot of pinoys there--you could hear the laughter a mile away

Nalingaw ko sa Pinoy party nga akong gi adtuan kay mga gwatsi jamo tong pamilya sa akong amigo...nalingaw gud si banana. Perte namong kanta2x, sista2x, sayaw2x...lahi ra jud ang celebration sa Pinoy, perte jud ka bibo.

I got really sleepy after ko ningkaon sa turkey, but then ingon man sa study that one would actually need to consume 2 whole turkeys to have enough tryptophan to induce drowsiness in one's system, so I think it's largely psychosomatic ra jud cguro na. We feel sleepy because we anticipate feeling sleepy after eating the turkey.

PS. Grabe kaayo ka busy ganina dong, ang mga tawo nag wild ug shopping. Na late jud kos trabaho ganina coz I couldn't find a parking spot. Ang ubang mga tawo nanggidagan, nanggi ilog sa mga sale items! It was chaos!

You went shopping pood diay karoon, Ate? hahaha pariho sad ta! Ning adto mi sa mall--originally we left at 10 am, found absolutely no parking lots when we got there. So we drove another 20+ minutes to the other mall in Cumberland County, luckily it wasn't as busy. lol. Oh i agree with you about the chaos part, people were arguing for the same items etc etc. Pero it was nice to go out pood ba. Mo larga mi around 11 am sa Domingo.

Had a "dinner guests" who just left half an hour ago....busy cooking and preparing, normally for 6 invited wandering old friends. Unluckily, one couple did not appear for she was expecting to have the invitation next Saturday evening and her husband must have to work tonight. So, I have leftovers.....must have not to do some extra cooking tomorrow.

Arrived back on campus around 5:50 PM my time. Its gloomy, cold, and dreary. I was met with my friends who met me with tear-soaked eyes. I showed no emotions at all, trying my best to be strong and comforting them. It is a difficult time. I am emotionally exhausted. Completely.
Seeing Amber, Bryan, Brian, Ken sobbing the way they did was enough to bring me to tears. I could not shed anymore tears; else I'd fall into a depressive state. I just recieved a message from Professor Shapiro, a History Professor, and one who Rob and I both worked with as a Teacher's Assistant. I talked to him this past week---and I have never heard a man sound so depressed as he did. I have to find a way to visit him in his office tomorrow or this week to see if he's alright. God knows how much he adored Robert as a son; a favorite student and assistant.

Sometimes, life isn't fair. You know? I dont know why it has to be so cruel like this.

Today was a beautiful day. The sun finally came out from hiding. Today was breezy, windy, cool, brisk, I went to woodcock dam to walk--and nostalgia overran my thoughts. Memories of past anecdotes, of the fun times with my best friend. Walking in the tree bend right next to the creek--I saw the sun gleaming as the trees waved to and fro. Tears fell from my eyes, it was beautiful.

We had a pretty eventful day at work. First, a guest shopping in the domestics section of the store had a seizure, hit her head on a sharp corner of a shelf, fell to the floor and bled all over it. It was a good thing there was a nurse and a doctor shopping in the same area, and of course, our pharmacist was there...so the lady was ok.

Our fridge turned into a freezer overnight. So all the drugs in there (insulin, birth control patches, mixed suspensions, suppositories, asstd. biologicals) froze! The calculated damaged was a little over 6k. :'(

Today was cold sunny and windy day here in Michigan...

the wind blew so hard enough to clean the leaves in our yard and transfer it to our neighnor's yard!

the sky was pretty when i went for a ride to my small fish pond...

i had water drilled for my pond so hopefully i can fill it with water next week...

Tiya, Dodong, i have nothing in mind yet on what fish to grow in there... i wanted some tilapia but im afraid tilapia wants some warm water... my banana made it a little deeper in the other side enough not to be frozen in winter time...we can fish here even winter time Dodong, mag bangag diay ta sa tunga di ba???i love it! dayun mag dala chair sa tunga sa pond!!! hahahahah *pantasya*
