I hope & pray that she will be okay, she will be under G.A...

It is 1:20 pm here right now and im feeling very content. I just delivered a 40 minute oral presentation on my research proposal for my senior composition. It went well, with my collegues asking questions and myself answering to the best of my ability. I will formally begin my research and lab work in two weeks. Though I'm a bit worried if my research grant will cover all my costs. We'll see.

Just came back from the gym...feels good. I can really notice my upper body getting bigger hahaha. I'm trying now to firm my biceps, triceps and radialus area. I wanna get a body builder body...

Hahaha, gusto ko pa gamay uy, pero gusto ko muscular sa lawas pood ba. Pero right now pre, gusto ko mo increase sa ahong benching sa 250lbs uper body. Weak ra ko kaayo karoon kai i can only bench 150lbs. Tambok ra ko uy, i really need to reduce it a bit, need to loose the fat and get more muscle. Every day na ko mo adto ko sa gym--30 minutes sa body building, ug 40 minutes power jog for cadiovascular.

ok noon na pre kay daghang chicks! nag practice sa d kog yoga sa una pero taman ra sa 12 basic asanas...ok lang sad nawala akong hubak!
