The Department of Labor and Employment Bohol provincial office requests passers during the voluntary retake examination of Test III and V of the June 2006 Nursing Licensure Examination to claim their certification immediately during office hours at DOLE provincial office.

They are advised to bring Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Identification Card. Dole provincial office is located at 2nd floor Cristal Tower Bldg, Maria Clara Street, this city.
