WoW!  I don't know what is the right answer for this...... as said, i make my nights into day (work-like wak-wak)  .... sometimes, i need 7 hrs a day but it is not unusual that  I have did it for 12 hours ..well, night is night and it is a difference of night and day.  most of the time, household chores in the night time (soundless way).

ako? 6-7 hours jud na. if matog ko og 1am na expect me to wake up by 10-11am.

basta dugay jud ko mumata if dugay matog... mao if i have an appointment early morning, mag-alarm jud ko.

At least 7 hours. However, i usually get 6 hours. Whenever i have only <4 hours (which is quite often during examination week)--im not someone you want to be around, LOL. I get very grumpy.

dont rush to die oist!!! kanang sleep mo rejuvinate ra na sa mga nausik nga energy... kay ug permi kapoy ang lawas dali ra man pod ta mapalong.... remember that, nap as much as you can kay mo restore gyud injong mga cells and everything...
