Correct Time to Drink Water

From A Cardiac Specialist! Yale University School of Medicine.

Drinking water at certain time maximizes it's effectiveness on the body:


2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs


1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion

1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure

1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack

Pwede kaayo. Pili lang sa mosunod nga mga binali:

a) 1 glass of water BEFORE a shot of hard drink, or
b) 1 glass of hard drink BEFORE a shot of water, or
c) 1 glass of hard drink AFTER a shot of water.


I strongly recommend either b) or c)... ;D
