Choose Foods to Boost Your Mood

Some studies suggest omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin B-12 may help ease mood changes such as depression. Fatty fish such as salmon, tuna, and mackerel contain omega-3 fatty acids. kami tawon diri kay wa jud mo anang  papaya, naa noon mi salmon, which i just had for lunch.

Vista nganong sakaon pa man jud nang kapayas nga humok man na ug punoan? ug ma ugsok kuno ka sa ubos ig ka hulog nimo? kuhiton lang... lol!
