went for a long drive today.

visited 3 friends in the hospital. buhi pa man diay pod.

I went for a long walk and ended in the Adoration Chapel.  Came home and surprised myself by doing a little gardening.  Then baking galore.  Nah, high na kaayo ko!

Nagtugway sa ahong baka kay medyo hingawas ang adlaw.

I enjoyed with workmate  two and half hours wellness.. Experienced the "Hamam oriental", got a 40 minutes whole body massage.  It was too relaxing.

I went to Church with Job. We're part of the small choir there, so it was nice to sing. Our entrance hymn was, "Gifts of Finest Wheat", the ofratory song was "Blessed Are You" and our Ending Hymn was "Here I Am Lord."

When I was singing today, I thought of Bembem's Lolo playing with his electric guitar that Bembem bought him. hahaha.

ako intawun.. kaon kog sardinas diri kay gimingaw kog sardinas pero wala koy makit an nga miswa.. wala man na sa asian store.

ayessa, pareho ta nikaon ug sardinas. hot and spicy nga ligo sardines gibutangan ug itlog.

I acquiesced to their demands. They wanted to straighten my hair kono. hahahaha. Jonna, Laura, Sidrah, Pyush and Deena couldn't believe how my curly hair would not give. puahaha. Palamuut kaayo kai my medical lab partner--si Job, drank a little too much.

It was hilarious, the girls were writing on his face. (thank god it was erasable marker tho, ) lingaw lingaw kaayo.

And yes, Ms. Chahill was there too.

Fun times. We all deserved it, especially after our Midterms.

I enjoyed the company of my daughter, she passed her exams( diplom arbeit) which is equivalent to a masteral degree. She is now an oceanography engineer. She will join a team that will work on the widening of the Suez Canal since the modern ships are bigger and heavier.

We're on break right now. We have class in 1 pm.

I slept the whole day.. like 8A.M. to 6P.M. Then I cleaned our room.(ahem) slept bac..and at 3A.M., ga dokdok napud.

haha. With my work, sleep at any time of the days is not a problem sa ako.. I can even sleep standing.

lol, sleep while standing? kuyawa pood.

make sure to get sleep everyday jud, bem. kai ma sakit ta dali ug walay tarong tulug. Ma immunocompromised ta. This happened to me last semester when for 2 weeks straight~i was studying. sleeping only about 3-4 hours a day. Na sakit, na sip-onon, etc. After exams, ning tug jud ko for the whole weekend lol. Ning learn jud ko to never do that again.

How many hours a week diay imung schedule?

9 hours /day * 5 days = 45 hours a week

yeah i see to it.. but last year..mga march-july..i almost only slept 3 hours..cge lang laag.

i went to work, do the grocery, cook dinner, put my friends baby into bed.

I was in the hospital today with some other 1st years on volunteer basis. Today I worked with some nurses in cleaning a patient. Scrubbing, cleaning, and dressing.

I saw another side of medicine. I really admire and respect nurses for what they do.

They define: Gentle, caring, beside, and constancy.


Precious is a sight of a patient who smiles.

dong, it depends if the baby is very sleepy then it would be very easy to put him to sleep. what is hard is when the baby is very sleepy and don't want to sleep, you would know that kay saputon naman unya mag sige hilak. then that's the time nga imo nang kantahan unya gentle stroke nalang sa likod or pikpikan. pwede pud nimo isayaw.
