Back napud ko sa akong Kitchen. Antibiotic is miracle. Unsa nalang ug way antibiotic.Dili na ko contagious. Thanks goodness but bisan ug I feel better na I will continue taking antibiotic until 10 days man siguro ni di pwede undangan.
Sa 2 days nga wala koy gibuhat sa akong kitchen someone came here and bring us lunch.Yummy lunch murag maka spoil man ning naay laing cook diay plus mao pay magpahiluna sa mga dirty dishes sa dishwasher.
Naa mi birthday party ugma sa akong anak ikaduha si Michelle. 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
¼ cup  Mayonnaise

pinch of sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Paprika for garnish

Pop out (remove) the egg yolks to a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard powder, vinegar,sugar,prepared mustard, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Fill the empty egg white shells with the mixture and sprinkle lightly with paprika.

Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to one day before serving.

Iyang cake wala wala ra ni sa Cake ni Grazie.

gamay ra kay walay mangaon ug cake sa among family kaayo.Dia pay daghan sobra diri.Ari mo sa ahong kusina kay idalit ri nako ninyo.

Mao ni akong giluto nga nagrepresent sa Filipino Food which way poy hilig ang family sa akong bana baw murag gamay ramay nakuha paghuman party.

Kita man tanan kabawo moluto ani so di nalang nako ni pakapinan ug recipe

Mao ni akong gibanatan ang Cheese Ball appetizer kay parat parat ug lami gyud ang cream cheese ba.

recipe Ham Cheeseball

12 ounces cream cheese
1 cup grated ham (can use canned ham)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper, parsley and garlic salt to taste
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix all except pecans. Roll into ball, then chill until firm. Roll ball in chopped pecans.

Our main dish is Italian Beef in a Bun



3 1/2 to 4 pounds beef roast, sirloin tip or rump roast
12 ounces (jar) Italian Giardiniera, drained, less if you want it less spicy
12 ounces (jar) pepperoncini peppers
1 envelope Italian salad dressing (zesty Italian)
10 ounce can condensed beef broth
Preparation:

Place beef roast in a 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker. Combine Giardiniera, pepperoncini peppers, dry salad dressing mix, and condensed beef broth.
Add all mixture to crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 12 to 14 hours, until meat is very tender. Use a fork to shred for sandwiches and serve with crusty Italian rolls or just ordinary bun.

og way tableya, naa may mapalit nga champorado mix sa pinoy/asian store...naa man gani redi mix na nga champo naa sa plastic cup na morag noodles pud, dugang lng hot water...kaon na...naa pa jud pakapin gamatoy nga plastik kutcharita  ;D
Jamz naa bitaw tabliya baligya sa asian store pero lahi ra kaayo sa orig nga kakaw.Kiring akoang tabliya pure Cacao jud ni gikan pa ni sa amoa sa Calape.Mga local naggaling ani.Di ko moangay anang commercialized na.Mura pud nag T.V dinner ang ready nga champorado ug akoy pasultion aning mga pagkaona tabla ray nagkaon tag cardboard hahahah.

Wa man nuon koy schedule nga pagkatawo so anytime segi raman ko ug panglimpyo. Lami man ang pamati ug naa kay ginagmayng butang ma accomplish anang adlawa.Daghan ko na accomplish rong adlawa. Nabusy ko panghinlo ug butang wood care sa akong mga cabinet ug uban pa mao nalimot ko sa oras hapit na tingpaniudto. Gadali dali ko ug luto ug spaghetti ang meatballs basta gani magdali ko mao ni madali nako ug luto or any hamburger related cooking.

favorite ni sa akong bana akong spaghetti kay puro made from scratch.Apil akong father inlaw nga di man unta ni moangay mokaon ug spaghetti ganahan daw siya sa akong spaghetti.Unsaon naanad man ni sila ug pakan on atong spaghetti nga ready made.
Here's the recipe
Ingredients:

Meatballs:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 slices bread, crumbled
2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, smashed, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Sauce:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, smashed and minced
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 large can (28 to 36 ounces total) crushed Italian tomatoes
2 cans (6 ounces each) tomato paste
16 ounces thin spaghetti
Parmesan cheese
Preparation:

Recipe for spaghetti and meatballs
Make meatballs. In a medium bowl, beat eggs lightly; add milk and bread and let stand for about 5 minutes. Add ground beef, onion, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper; mix gently until well blended. Shape into about 24 meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place meatballs in a generously greased large shallow baking pan. Bake meatballs at 450° for 25 minutes.
In a Dutch oven, in hot oil over medium heat, sauté onion until tender and just begins to turn golden. Add remaining sauce ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt, if necessary. Add meatballs; cover and simmer 50 to 60 minutes longer, stirring from time to time.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.Serve spaghetti topped with meatballs in sauce; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Spaghetti and meatballs serves 6.

6 pcs. chickens legs and thigh
1/2 cup soy sauce

3 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon peppercorn

Mix all ingredients. Cook until tender. Transfer the chicken in a baking pan. Broil for 5 minutes and pour the remaining juice.Serve with rice or mashed potato.

2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
Peel the potato and cut into four pieces.Cook until very tender. Mashed with electric mixer add butter,milk ,salt pepper.

marinate and broil

Akong giluto rong adlawa Thursday Oct. 22 is Mushroom steak, Green Beans Casserole,Humba,Mashed Potato,ug Kan on nga sinaksakan ug kamote. Dugay ko wa kamata mga alas nuebe na ganiha ug ako nalang giluto ug scamble eggs ang duha nako nga anak babae.Akong eldest son sayo ni siya pick up pon sa school bus ug adto na ni siya mamahaw sa school.Akong bana may mag andam sa iya lunch box ug mag mao mao nalang ni ug pamahaw akong bana pero mag brunch ni siya unsay akong giluto sa breakfast mo break siya sa trabaho kadali ug mokaon ug brunch.Mushroom Steak dia ra.Sayon ra kaayo ni lutoon.

1 lbs beef steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 T. vegetable oil
Brown the steak in the skillet add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the brown steak in baking pan.Mix the mushroom soup and milk together and pour over brown steak. Bake 350 degree for 1 hour.


3 cans green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup grated cheese

Mix  the ingredients all together and bake 350 degree for 30 minutes or till cheese melts.You can add fried onions on top if you want to.
