Aya san, I am so sorry. I have the same experience lastnight but hopefully my husband can still fix his zip drive. He dropped it and now it's making funny sounds and not retrieving any document stored in that drive.

By the way, what's the other bad news?

there is a file recovery software.. i had a caller once and it costed mga $200 daw te..

Do you still have the memory cards that you took the pictures from? If so, I also have a free software that restores pictures from WAAAAY back that you deleted on your camera card. (ex: sd, xD, MMC, MSPro Duo... to name a few)

Gorgeous pictures. Taken from a Gorgeous Person.

I must admit my fascination on the Bavarian style houses. Quite nostalgic of 17th century German homes. I've seen similar style homes when I took the Euro-rail across Holland to Ukraine in 2006. There were homes in Western Poland that looked just like that.

Marvelous pictures. Never cease to amaze me.
