Regular siyempre.  It's the caffeine that matters, di ba?
Otherwise, mag juice na lang ko.

DeCaf? How true is the report that this is really harmful to the heart?

Tea? Mas taas pa kuno ni og caffeine content... So I drink it only in a very hectic day at work ;D   For EXTREME circumstances

Any caffeine based drink, either it be coffe, chai latte, coke, red bull etc, is inductive for cardic arrythmia (irregular heart beats) and excessive amount of caffeine intake, if the patient is taking hypertensive treatment drugs such as lipitor etc, there will be hormonal disruption. I've actually read reports of people who drank 7-10 cups of coffee per day--being sent to the ER for cardiac arrest.
