oo diuretic na, 'te. Okey ra man to drink, pero not so frequent--because excessive black coffee consumption can lead to caffeinism. It increases heartbeat, respiration, basal metabolic rate, and the production of stomach acid and urine; and it relaxes smooth muscles, notably the bronchial muscle. These symptoms start anywhere from fifteen to forty five minutes after caffeine is consumed, except the central nervous system which is hit between thirty and sixty minutes after ingestion.  But these times depend on the person's hormonal status, whether he/she smokes or takes medications, or has a disease that impairs liver functioning. Gastric ulcers are caused by extensive/long term black coffee intake; as well as cardiac arythmia (irregular heart beats); and those who cardiac problems (hypertensive, high blood pressure, or had cardiothoracic surger) are advised jud not to take black coffee or any caffeine-based drinks.

Ang key ana is "Drink with moderation".

I drink coffee moderately. Strictly, my consumption should only be between 5-7 cups a day ;D
