You're welcome. As a Physician and being a Ph.D learner, the duties of both work and doctoral learning & research culminate in increased work-related stress as well as personal stress. Sadly, there are times where I get easily irritated at work by incompetent doctors, or incompetent nurses. Before, I would say very harsh things to nurses for things perceived , on my part, as incompetence and sloth-like work. There was a time where I said something , out of anger, to a nurse and she truly cried in front of me. The sense of guilt affected me. She was also much older than I, she is in her late 50's. I realized and accepted that I get easily irritated, dali ko ma suko. I told this to a priest friend of mine and he recommended me to pray that prayer when I feel or begin to feel angry.

And truth be told , the prayer works. At the start of the day, i pray this as I drive to work. It works. Surrender yourself to God's powerful sanctification, and He will absorb any burden one incurs in the course of a day. Firm believer ko ana gayod.

matod pa sa usa ka silingan nato from a nearby country, moanhi sa pilipinas iyang kaila for other ailments as a medical tourist pero niadto so u.s. for major surgery, only to realize that the surgeon there was a filipino.

anyways, gastric bypass surgery at a clinic in makati that specializes in this is 250k a pop, at the very least. how steep naman.

Lapbands and gastric bypass are different from - duol3x but not as recent - as gastric or vertical sleeve. Check the difference. Gastric "sleeve" is only about 5 years old and doesn't have many studies or information about it. Like the other two, it also cures disbetes and many ailments!

Lapband singular. They are all googleable and YouTubeable hehe. I prefer the "sleeve" because for some reason the stomach loses the "feature" that tells the brain you are hungry. Your pouch is made smaller too. Usang komagko busog naka but you may have to eat all day long because 1 komagko is not enough for a day's need. But the best thing is di naka mobatig gutom. While lapbands and bypass they kept your stomach as is so gutomon gehapon but you are made to eat less kay ge tinker raman ang agianan... so guess what? It's hard mentally! E youtube ni sila so you can learn the fifference... I'm your living witness!!!

this is just a passing game, ann. i noticed online forums have this now and then. i guess tubagbohol is no exception. maybe it's all in keeping with a world that would have been boring if everything in it is colored pink. we need blues and greens and all other imaginable shades too, surely.

kapila na pod ko nakaengkwentro dinhi, but i believe it's all in the spirit of sharing different, sometimes clashing, thoughts, and expressing these in various ways.

to be honest, if i didn't clash with fr chic and lorenzo before, i would have missed knowing that they are worthy of adulation because they went beyond those clashes and were able to forgive.

this is just a passing game, ann. i noticed online forums have this now and then. i guess tubagbohol is no exception. maybe it's all in keeping with a world that would have been boring if everything in it is colored pink. we need blues and greens and all other imaginable shades too, surely.

kapila na pod ko nakaengkwentro dinhi, but i believe it's all in the spirit of sharing different, sometimes clashing, thoughts, and expressing these in various ways.

to be honest, if i didn't clash with fr chic and lorenzo before, i would have missed knowing that they are worthy of adulation because they went beyond those clashes and were able to forgive.

like you, i have this strange feeling, too. it swings from humor to incredulity, to irritation and disappointment. and even fear. i remember votives's what-ifs. i share those, too. i can't say my reaction is better, though. it's just that i'd rather go on and enjoy what i've been enjoying here, regardless.

we can say that strange posts make for less boring forums. here anything can happen, ideas and opinions can sprout faster than mushrooms after a thunderstorm, for our taking or refusing as a matter of course.

i remember the time here when there was that someone who asked for help in looking for a father she said she never knew. like the rest, i did my best to try to help, and failed grossly. then it dawned on me, through that seeker's answers, that she may just have been enjoying the merry goose chase she was leading. her search may not have been real after all. so her game died a natural death. but what if it were real? then i can say that i did my best to help. on the other hand, if that was nothing more than a sick joke, it was no longer my concern. i lost nothing.

this reminds me of an article on online suicide and what to do if one happens to be at the other end, unwittingly taking in some stranger's lonely drama. do all you can to divert the potential suicide's attention, get his address, his details, all the works, while you seek help from the police or wherever. if he turned out to be merely joking, all the better for everyone then. we might wish to wring his neck for making fools of us, but who can blame us for going on with our lives with less guilt because we erred on the side of caution?

i digress too much... yes, as to the current threats here---they may be regarded as humor even if no one is laughing now. some of those posts have built-in disclaimers (lingaw lang, pawa sa laay, etc.). balong knows enough that he doesn't stand a chance because he is revealed as himself, full name, addresses and all. so he can't be serious. all his threatening posts can be used against him. (article 282 of the revised penal code and article 694 of the civil code may be applicable.)

two things, if he's not a filipino citizen---he can be declared an undesirable alien and deported immediately (goodbye, maribojoc), and we have an existing extradition treaty with the US. if he happens to have a dual citizenship, then all our laws apply to him. meanwhile, his phantom adversary, the recipient of his â€œthreatsâ€ who seems to be enjoying his own jokes, would continue to laugh like the joker of batman because nobody was ever dragged to court for libel for calling someone â€œunggoyâ€ in whatever language.

you may be wondering why i know these things. sheer desire for emotional and psychological survival compelled me to do some research four years ago. someone threatened to harm my banana republic with those tandem riding motorcyclists. the sad part was i had to keep it from him while i put on a brave face for the bitch who made the threat, intent on robbing her of the chance to gloat. but the what-ifs were sheer torture. despite the incredulity and assurances of friends who i shared the info with, i still suffered terrible sleepless nights. prayers helped me heal, but my parallel moves were just as helpful. i warned some relatives and two current generals (yes, it's not only balong who has generals for friends) that if anything happened to my banana republic, they know who to pick up. better to be safe than sorry, you know.

so, yes, balong is only joking. we'll have to take him as he is, a possible eccentric, probable aberration, bizarre yet funny, and never a bore.

packing up for a trip. stomach's bum over the thought that our 3 cats (all females, thrown out to the elements as kittens and i was at the proper place and time) who would need catsitting are all on heat. huhuhu, bad timing. got to warn the catsitters (puro ra ba laki) to bestow on them all their patience and to never let them out of their cages, no matter what.
